Hi, not sure if this is the place but I had the most fantastic experience in your Tonbridge Wells store. I needed a specific Tissot watch for my wife's 40th birthday and Ashley dealt with everything brilliantly. He sourced the watch and was personable and friendly whilst on the phone. When in store today, Ashley greeted me and seemed genuinely pleased that he had helped. His rapport was outstanding with both me and my 6 year old son. It is so great to see such a warm and personal touch in the retail sector and I will most definitely use Berrulls again. It would be great if this feedback reaches him. Many thanks James

One of the best places in Tunbridge Wells to buy a luxury watch and I have purchased 3 from here (1 x Omega and 2 x Tudor watches) so far! The customer service is second to none, from the store Manager Graham to the two lovely sales staff Amanda and Ashley that I have personally dealt with. Really kind staff helped me out. Was super nice to visit to collect my ring. They made my engagement ring a size bigger for me even though the ring wasn't purchased from the. Wonderful service

Went to get a quote for a ring re sizing, was told the ring was a size below what we initially thought it was and was given a quote of over £300. Took it down the road to another jeweller and was told the proper size and got a quote for £67.
