Wow. What are these other reviewers on about?! This was genuinely one of the worst meals I've ever been served. First of all the restaurant was FREEZING, way colder than outside, even on 30th Nov! Fries were greasy and still raw in the middle. Roll also greasy and lacking flavour. Both inedible. Maybe the frying oil wasn't properly up to temperature? The kebab was better, or rather, less bad. But in the end it was just greasy, scraggy bits of flavourless chicken. To be fair at least the salad in the kebab was good. Coke Zero the highlight of the meal.

Came here with a friend the other week and was impressed. The food is fairly standard kebab fare but with the original German approach. The bread is lovely - tasty and crispy from the waffle iron. Kind of like flattened sesame covered French bread. Sauces are nice, I like that the fries can come coated with either spicy or curry seasoning. Prices are good, nice selection of drinks and service was great. Nice and clean venue, comfortable seating. Only minor criticism is the Doner spring rolls were dry and not worth the money. Other than that, good stuff!

I’m a tough audience on a takeaway. German Donner Kebab delivered a fast, efficient and high quality service, exactly as ordered. 10/10. The only reason this doesn’t get 5* is the size - just not quite there. I want to feel desperate to finish a kebab and at the same time disappointed that i can’t just make it despite blowing my daily calorie allowance in 10 minutes. It comes in a neat, compact box, exactly as ordered…but when I push the boundaries on a designated night of breaking the rules, I need a little bit more. Hats off though…excellent!

My first experience here. Would have ordered previously but found the menu confusing. The £5 special offer tempted me to give it a try. I used the machine to order. Didn’t realise I could have sat down & used my phone and meal would have been brought to table! Okay value for £5 but wouldn’t pay the full price for what it was. Needed more meat. The meat tasted nice. Would have preferred a whole bread stuffed with just the meat and sauces! Managed to resist the temptation of the up selling of the extra fillings, chips, coatings and drinks. Satisfied my hunger on this occasion.

Sorry but it was the worst kebab I’ve ever eaten… meat taste less … like not fully cooked… no sauce inside.. I had Berlin Strasse apparently with onion, tomato and paid extra for extra chips … really ? Two piece of tomato and some onions … Really not recommend to anyone

The food was nice. It was not very busy but the service was slow, the guy at the counter was on his phone, and the seating areas were very messy - see photo. I appreciate that customers should clear up their own litter, but failing that the staff should do so.

Amazing food and service,Prices are reasonable,the most important thing is you don't need to wait your order for long time, the staff was very friendly 👌

They keep posting expired vouchers through my door. Obviously they dont accept then in store. Feel iv wasted my time 2 times going in for a promotion that didnt really exist. Im done with GDK now.

It's so delicious food.... Specially i like kebab and panini that's extra tasty .. Staff and manager friendly as well...

I’m eating very often at GDK Tunbridge Wells and always a good experience: the food is very ta and quality is always the same . The staff are very welcoming and professional: they take the order and then bring the food to your table when it’s ready. Many thanks to Abrar and Esha for the good service. My favorites:OG Kebab meal , Donner box with fries or Gym box .

Cheese and jalapeños mix meat box is my delicious. Always my favourite, consistent, always hot and filling. Staff friendly and welcoming Only criticism could do with better atmosphere music
