Terrible food, burger was dry, burnt and tasteless. Compare advertised burger to the garbage presented to me. Extortionate prices, £10.49 for this sorry excuse for a burger. Staff that have become automatons and stare right through you.

I visit here on occasion. The last 5 visits (must be over 4 months or so) they have had no sweet chilli sauce.50% of the time, I have asked for a large meal only to be given medium and the last visit last week in the heatwave, O bought 4 drinks to take home for myself and others but there were no cup holders! Staff are pleasant and friendly but whoever is in charge of the ordering needs to pull theor socks up in a big way because it seems this is not just a 1 off... its constant which shows a really poor management.

Ordered our food waited about 10 minutes which I didn't mind as our order was freshly cooked, my husband had a whopper meal which he enjoyed, I had chicken nuggets with chips, ñever had nuggets before they were really nice, crispy coating, moist tender chicken inside. All was good until I visited the disabled toilet which was disgusting, it obviously had not been cleaned properly in many months, the floor was soaking wet, don't even want to think about what was on the toilet, this is the reason I always carry anti bac wipes with me as because of my disability I have to sit on the toilet seat, so I spent 10 minutes cleaning the toilet before I could use it. There is no excuse for dirty toilets especially in a food outlet, if you can't be bothered to keep your toilets clean, how clean is your food prep area.

Visited the drive through at 4.20pm to get some chillie cheese bites and a latte.. absolutely excellent service from the guy!! Lovely, but also made sure we had everything needed. Made up with him.. And the chillie cheese bites are the best! Thank you 😊

Used the drive thru, quick and easy, very impressed. Food was still hot when I arrived home which was around 6 miles. So much better service than McDonald's.

Came to buy takeaway food as a good service stop before proceeding to my destination. The place is neat and trendy. The food is warm and freshly made. The toilets cannot be accessed unless you pay and order your food as there is a code to access the locked door of the toilet which is by the way dirty and unkempt.

Supposed to open at 10, they saunter out at 10.10 to open. They do not have any breakfast options. Fries are completely drowned in salt. Sauces given out as if we are under ration conditions. Drinks are not filled up to the required line and are 50% ice so don’t expect what you pay for. Burger King is always more expensive than McDs but you expect better food and service, clearly this branch didn’t get the memo

Front of house staff are very rude like they don't want to be there. And if you want a pot of barbecue sauce remember to order it at the Board you can't order it the counter is a joke and be honest it's going to give burger King 👑 a bad name actually gutted to write this review because I love burger King, long live burger King. Ps it wasn't my first visit I've been there 6/7 times same everytime.

AVOID! Absolutely disgusted to find a dead wasp in the bottom of one of our drinks. Took the drink inside to complain and before the guy had even opened the lid he said ‘Oh it’s probably going to be a wasp isn’t it’! So clearly this is a known problem amongst staff, however, Amany (manager) completely contradicted the staff and told us that there is no way we can prove it was from them, as they ‘don’t have a wasp problem’. Definitely won’t ever be coming here again, especially after spending £60 on the food!

Very odd atmosphere, been here 3 times and all visits were extremely frustrating. None of the app/loyalty codes work on the kiosks, I specifically had one that had to be used at the counter, claim they that can't do over the counter orders, but eventually gave in and the manager got it to work (after he told me to contact BK, while I was standing in BK, to tell them the offer wasn't working). Second visit apparently only drive-thru open, yet no one taking orders despite seeing at least 2 staff inside eating. Third visit they locked people INSIDE the restaurant, every time someone wanted to leave they had to get staff to open it for them. Ridiculous, can obviously tell staff don't care. Get better service at McDonalds for half the price.

This time was better than last time on the grounds we were able to use the facilities and not just the drive in. We arrived shortly before 8 on a Friday to a quiet burger king. We used to self service boards no problems at all. My 6 year old decided he needed the bathroom, which unfortunately was all the way upstairs, luckily I knew from past experiences you need a code to use the bathroom so fortunately had my receipt to hand, others were not so lucky ( whilst I appreciate the reasoning behind this I do find it quite annoying. Some didn't know there was even a code on the receipt) The food took a few minutes to prepare as expected and the shop started to get a little busy by now it's 8 o'clock and bam they close the walk in to drive in only. I found this very bizarre as this is on a main stretch of busy road (a21) and is situated right next to the garage (service station) prime location for passing trade. I guess they have their reasons but it seems odd especially for a Fri but I guess there's still the option of drive in. Bare this in mind as it's not exactly a big burger king, drive in is small so expect it to be busy during peak times. Overall it's a good place, bit far out from any where but I'd say worth the travel.

Shambles service. Not enough staff it seems as dine-in option was not available. Restaurant doors were closed by 8pm on a bank holiday, only drive through was operating and it took ages to get your order. Not a nice experience. Asked for plain cheeseburger with no ketchup nor salad, just the bun, burger and cheese but upon opening, my daughter, who it was for, found ketchup in it and she couldn't eat it. Poor angel had to eat just the chips and luckily, I had ordered ice-cream alongside her meal as it was her birthday. It ruined the whole experience as we were driving back to Essex after a long day at Camber Sands beach. Terrible experience

I ordered via the app and the process was super smooth. Food was good, service was fast and polite. All clean, good parking. Don’t eat fast food often but this was as good as Five Guys.

Been to this drive thru a number of times. Crew are always pleasant, however, the last two visits we have been given incorrect items in our order. Service has also been very slow recently and to check the order is correct isn't always easy when there are so many people waiting behind you in the queue. Maybe copy Macdonalds and install screens so the order can be seen whilst ordering as even the order was read back (which was correct) yet wrong items in bag...

The ordering touch screen machines are very poor. Burger ok, but uninspiring. Latte quite nice. Fries excellent. Functional dining area, but pretty sterile. Helpful staff.
