I'm so pleased to find this clinic. I came for help with acne scarring. Everyone here is welcoming, kind and friendly. There was no 'hard selling'. They are clear on managing your expectations, and with their pricing. Every other clinic I have visited in the past will imply that I could do with other treatments, which can be harmful to a person's self image, but there was none of this at rtwskin. I live an hour's drive away, yet it is completely worth the travel in my opinion, and I will be continuing to use rtwskin - my thanks to Dr. Fatima and Aksana for the great results of my treatment!

Amazing service! Have been contemplating having a mole at the base of my neck removed for years. Found RTWSkin by chance and highly recommend them. I have been using RTW for a couple of years, and i can recommend there professionalism expertise, and customer service to a high standard, especially Dr Fatima Ahmed a expert in her field.

Dr Fatima was very professional and set me at ease straight away. I would recommend her without hesitation I had some large moles removed painlessly which are all healing well. Some smaller moles and spots on my face were almost invisible after a week.

Dr Nina is fantastic. She dissolved my jaw filler after being botched and having way too much. Completely explained the risks and made she to reduce these as much as possible by using minimal quantities of Hyaluronidase. Lovely lady too. Completely made me feel at ease, played my favourite music whilst having it done to make me as comfortable as possible.

I had treatment for my pretty bad Xanthaplasma and was always really self conscious about it. Dr Fatima was really kind and helpful and explained everything thoroughly and because of that I knew exactly what to expect. I am unbelievably impressed and over the moon with the results and the healing process was so easy and quick. Going to rtwskin was one of the best decisions I have made and I am so happy with the results I feel like a normal person again that doesn't need to worry about people staring at my face all the time.

Do not waste your time here. Had a consultation regarding treatment for acne scars where the nurse was extremely condescending and had no confidence in the treatment they were able to provide.

I had a rather large blemish removed from my forehead by Dr. Fatima using Laser Treatment. The result is quite amazing and I could not be more thrilled. In fact it has disappeared and will never return she told me. She was extremely professional and told me exactly what to expect during the treatment and the after care which I really appreciated. Would definitely go back and see her again.

I visited for a cleansing facial. The clinic was lovely and clean, well presented and lit. The front of house staff were very welcoming, and made me feel immediately at ease. The treatment was amazing and I was talked through the steps of it as we went, so I knew exactly what was being treated. I was given great advice on future skincare I could do from home, and bought some lovely products from their great collection of stocked skincare. Overall a fantastic experience, and a lovely clinic that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Personally I would avoid (especially if you have an alternative). Couldn't provide potential photos of what the tattoo removal would look like as it contains yellow ink. Didn't inform me that they would refuse to do the coloured part due to a previous reaction until I had arrived, wasting a Saturday morning.
