I had Amber for my first appointment and she was fabulous. Made me feel so comfortable, didn't add any pressure and gave some really useful information whilst choosing my dress. Gorgeous shop and I found my dream dress. 10/10 experience!

I had the most wonderful experience! I chose beforehand the dresses I liked in the website and then when I arrived I picked 3 of my favourites from that selection. We tried them all on and started the process of elimination until I found my style & then picked more dresses in that style. The dresses and staff are all so beautiful and so kind! I walked away with my dress and I cannot stop smiling! My best friend came with me and wants to go back shortly to get her dress from there too 😁 thank you!

Isabella Grace was a pleasure again second time round. The boutique is always clean and the staff are friendly. I thought I had found the perfect dress on my first visit, and when I came back a second time I had Mandy to help me confirm my choice. She was friendly, honest, helpful and made me feel at ease with the whole process. It was great to say “yes to the dress” at the boutique.

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Isabella Grace to try on wedding dresses for the first time. Walking past the shop everyday on my way to work and seeing the beautiful dresses in the window made me so excited for my appointment. I had secretly pinned my hopes on getting my wedding dress from Isabella Grace and I was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped foot inside the boutique, with my mum and sister, we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Sharon showed us up to our room and was incredibly attentive the whole way through. As soon as I tried my dress on, I knew! Amazingly, so did Sharon. She listened to everything and offered suggestions along the way, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I could not have had a better experience and I was sad when it was over. Isabella Grace is a beautiful shop and I am so lucky to have had the support of Sharon in helping me find ‘the one’ so I could say yes to the dress. Thank you so much for everything! I have been to many bridal boutiques as a bride and as a bridesmaid and this is without doubt the best I have been to. The dresses are stunning, the shop is gorgeous, the rooms are decorated beautifully, smell delicious - all of those small details are there - everything that makes the experience so much more special. Our consultant, Carrie, was incredible, so knowledgable, friendly and professional. She knew exactly how to help my overwhelmed bride find HER dress, not just a dress she looked beautiful in. It was a really productive and emotional afternoon. She nailed it. Cannot recommend more! 5 stars!

We have been to Isabella Grace twice now and today I have ordered my dream dress. We have had the most perfect day! Both visits have been welcoming and every single one of the ladies have been nothing short of incredible. Being a curvier bride, I was worried about trying on dresses but I can honestly say these ladies can make anything work! I have tried my dress on 3 times which was absolutely no problem for them and they were so unbelievably accommodating! The ladies have veils, accessories and even bouquets available to use which is super helpful! When I said yes to my dress, we were offered a glass of fizz each and I was given a beautiful goody bag, a really beautiful touch! Thank you ladies so so much for being so accommodating and helping me to find my absolute dream dress, I am and will be on cloud nine for a very long time!!! ✨

Isabella and Grace has a varied and beautiful range of stock. The dresses were comfortable and the consultant was very skilled in selecting dresses that flattered, were comfortable and made the bride feel fabulous. There was a happy outcome, and the perfect dress was purchased. However, the first part of the experience definitely needs work. There are many ways to make the bride and her supporters feel at ease, and treating them as naughty schoolchildren does not contribute to the whole package. There are kind and polite ways to enforce the rules of the shop, and against other bridal emporia that we visited you failed. The intentions were good, and completely understandable, but the customers need to be cherished and encouraged, not made to feel that they were unable to communicate with the bride, unless instructed upon how to do so. After all, they know the bride, and what she wants!

Just amazing! Thank you so so much for everything! I’m due to get married in 3 months time and my original dress shop went into liquidation meaning I lost my wedding dress. To say I was stressed would be an understatement! Isabella Grace turned everything around. Sharon was so sooo friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable & confident and to help me find my dream dress once again! The most beautiful bridal store full of stunning wedding dresses with the most wonderful staff to help you along the way, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much again. So professional and really knew what she was talking about, made me feel really comfortable and actually picked out the dress that I loved the most. The team were amazing from beginning to end and with their expert assistance and opinions they helped me pick out my dream wedding dress. Isabella Grace was the first and only wedding dress boutique that I visited and I left my first appointment having found the perfect wedding dress. Their boutique is amazing, their selection of wedding dresses were stunning and my Maid of Honour, Mum, Mother-In-Law and I were made to feel very special, even being given a glass of fizz once I had chosen my dress! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would also like to thank Lucy Bennett (the most amazing seamstress) who quite literally took my dress apart and put it back together again to make it fit me perfectly, whilst also adding in unique customisations to the dress to make it one of a kind! Thank you all - I would highly recommend Isabella Grace to anyone.

Isabella Grace Bridal was such a lovely experience. I loved the website which allows you to pre-select dresses you want to try. They are also open on pricing so you stay within the budget. On the day, the bridal consultant was amazing, with a positive energy and open to help me find dresses that fit my vision. The bridal rooms are private so you get a moment alone with your bridal party. The only reason I would knock a few stars is the no photo policy which was the main / only reason I didn't end up buying from them. In all my other appointments with other stores (I had been to 5 others before attending this appointment and they stocked the same designers bar one), I was allowed to take photos. For me, personally, it was more important how I look in the photos rather than in the mirror as my wedding photos will outlast the wedding day. I expect this is important to most brides so they need to review their policy as everything else is great and it is losing them business.

Recently booked an appointment over email and was told that it would be better to move the appointment as they now have a trunk show which is purely for brides who are ready to buy their dress, have booked their venue (even though my venue is booked) and that I’m a 2025 bride. Their tone over email isn’t very warming. They didn’t make me feel special or excited visiting their shop which is such a big thing for me as the previous shop I have visited made the day so special and any emails/phone calls leading up to it. So I was pretty glad to cancel my appointment with Isabella Grace :)

Isabella Grace is a gorgeous shop, and the dresses are stunning. My stylist was so helpful and knew every dress they had in. I had a few dresses in mind that I wanted to try on and she picked out a few more, they were very very pretty and in line with my wants/needs. She even took a dress out of the window for me to try on. I didn't feel rushed and felt very much at ease, such a memorable day. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend a visit.

From start to finish I had such a wonderful experience at Isabella Grace Bridal. I felt calm and relaxed from the moment I stepped through the door. My wedding isn’t for another few years so I wanted to try on dresses to get a real feel of what I do and don’t like - Carrie was honestly the loveliest lady who listened to me and helped me find the right shape. Carrie is so experienced and I actually ended up saying YES to the dress! I felt emotional when I tried on the dress and I knew it was the one. I had such a incredible experience at Isabella Grace. I visited the boutique with my two sisters over a month ago now and it was my first bridal boutique experience. Niki and Clare greeted us with such warm welcome and made us feel so comfortable. I had booked the luxury bridal appointment and it had such a lovely atmosphere. The boutique was so clean, so neat and cosy. I was looked after by Clare and she was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and how I felt about certain things. It was like she was reading my mind. I bought the first dress I tried on. Also, made some custom changes to my dress and Clare went above and beyond to show me what the results would look like. The online catalogue is so helpful and it really does give them an idea of what you are after rather than them using their imagination when you visit. I fell in love with my dress (as they know, I didn’t want to take it off). They really do celebrate with you when you pick your dress and see the importance of the procedure. Can’t wait to visit the store again soon to try my dress on and take it with me. Thank you for your lovely customs. It was an experience I’ll never forget.

The whole experience at Isabella Grace was fantastic from start to finish. I found they had a much larger range of interesting and modern dresses compared to many other bridal shops, and the shop itself is beautiful and intimate. Nicki was my main consultant and she was super in every way. The whole team were really helpful in helping me with my final choices and were so friendly and lovely. We were also a bit late due to flooding on the roads, and despite having a shorter appointment time, Nicki made sure I had the chance to try on all the dresses I wanted to try and answer all my questions, as well as providing much needed advice when I asked for it. In the end I found the perfect dress and I'm so so happy with it! Thank you :)

I had such wonderful first appointment at Isabella Grace - the store is gorgeous and there is a huge range of dresses and designers. I was looked after by Lauren who was so helpful, made me feel comfortable and was so lovely! Store manager Nikki was also on hand to help and the service from both of them was excellent. My mum and I had such a great experience, I found my dream dress and can’t wait to go back for a styling appointment. Couldn’t recommend more.

I had the best experience at Isabella Grace Bridal with the manager Nicki. She was so lovely and friendly and talked me through every step of the way. I was quite nervous of what might suit me and what I thought I wanted. She guided me with confidence and giggles throughout that really put me at ease, and after trying on 4 dresses I found the one in less than an hour! She made it so easy going and I left feeling really calm and excited to have picked my dress. I paid to have the luxury appointment in one of the private suites and it was very spacious and very private which I loved. I had such a wonderful experience with Isabella Grace from start to finish. I said yes to the dress on my first try and the lovely lady who assisted me was brilliant. There's no pushy sales culture here, just genuine people who love their jobs and it shows. I've heard other brides who have been here (and not actually even bought their dress here) say this was the best experience by far. The little touches make a huge difference and I was never made to feel conscious one bit. 100% recommend Isabella Grace especially if you live in Kent.
