Out of town shopping gaff full of people & cars. The car park is too small for the number of people, being out of town you need to drive. Only visited as the shop there had the item I wanted in stock. Hopefully will be able to avoid it for the rest of my life. But if you enjoy shopping with lots of other people, I'm sure you'll love it.

Lovely retail park. There are plenty of car parking spaces. Fully and clearly signposted, I'd never been there before. There is a plethora of shops but only went into the M & S Home store. Large store dedicated to home furnishings in the main. Spacious with an extensive variety and in one option or another, of every item of furniture they have for sale on display. I only concentrated on the sofas but was pleased with my visit, very useful to actually see items and touch them. Swatches and colour charts are available to browse and take for comparison. Helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, Medina, a great asset to M&S. A positive shopping//browsing experience.

More of a crèche than a cafe on Monday morning at M&S, and call me old fashioned but eight quid for a coffee and a sandwich, though both were good makes me wonder if Marks aren't trading off the brand slightly more than their position as a high end operation. Unfortunately however, the very friendly and professional counter staff's customer service was not matched elsewhere as we sat at an uncleared table which remained that way until we left. I do remember commenting on the furniture section which is somewhat hard to miss, and do bear the high M&S standards, but anyone happy to part with four grand for a table and chairs right now, a bit like my sandwich, isn't in any cost of living crisis.

Really good homesense and m&s it’s just a shame that the parking can be really hectic at times otherwise great place to get a few bits

Went to the new M&S food store. Definitely better and bigger than the store in Tunbridge. The only problem is the parking, as it's so popular.

Decent list of shops, though the car park entry and exit system seems to add to the queues.. Three car park can get very busy at times

Who thought this was a good design for a retail park? First and last time going there. Who wants to spend hours in a queue to get in?

Looking on the website review it says free parking, this is not true because if you go over 3 hours you are charged a £100 and £60 if you pay with 14 days, my sister and I will never be visiting there again.

M&S is good but parking awkward . They've put concrete blocks in and not put any signage or not very visible signage

The car park is chaotic. You can't even get in to the retail estate off the road and then you only get 3 hours parking. It took 20 minutes to get in and find a space then the same to queue to get out. This needs fixing.

Great retail park near Tunbridge Wells Hospital. It has a very nice M&S Home Store with a cafe. There are car dealers, restaurants and hardware stores all next to each other. There is an Asda next door as well - Recommend!

Got a parking ticket for being there 2 hours and 36 mins... The signs clearly say 3 hours maximum!!

There are a good selection of shops cafes and fast food outlets here. Plenty of parking available too although there are restrictions on how long you can stay. Be sure to check the signage to avoid getting a ticket. Can be quite a lot of litter - the public waste bins need to be emptied a bit more frequently.

Felt like an Oasis. Large number of specialist brands all within walking distance. Ample parking but getting in and out felt like playing in a maze. The parking around the fast food outlets could do with better signage for directions.

I love this place. You have Marks and Spencers, Pets at Home, Costa, and more. Parking is easy. All in all, a relaxed shopping experience.

Plenty of car spaces and fast food options. Not many options for shops, but what they do have are good quality shops. Short walk to many other shops.

Stopped off at this retail park on the way to East Sussex. Has most outlets that are currently popular. Gets busy at lunchtime and weekends. Quite close to the main road A21 and a convenient stopping place with free limited parking.
