I was here for a night stay on my one day trip from Pune. Decent place to stay. Rooms are well maintained, though the blanket and bed were not so comfy in the room due to which sleep was getting disturbed. Bathroom and room was clean and also the basic necessary things were provided. They also provided snacks and water bottles complementary.

Best Stay Experience , Staying at City Palace was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Daily room cleaning was provided, and the staff was very kind. Only need to improve in offering food facility as there are very limited options for meals. Overall it was an amazing time. One should not hesitate to choose City Palace.

A very well maintained hotel with very clean rooms, corridors and pool. If only they could make some play area for children it would be worth because other than pool there isn't much to do for kids. The negative part was that the wifi was never working throughout our 2 days stay and there isn't any in house restaurant due to maintenance work going on. They do provide meals on order through a restaurant though.

Very good service they allowed me to check in earlier when I was waiting for my flight and travel to Mumbai , room clean and cozy and I wanting to give tip to staffs when helping me carry luggage he said it’s his job don’t have to give it to him. I will definitely come back again

Poor Living experience, with no room phone working and staff not present on reception all the time 😕 , the swimming pool was not cleaned properly, overall not a very good Experience and also not recommended

It's good place to stay but the owner is really particular about payment and the chef is always not available 😕
