We were at kumar resort for 2 days.. When we arrived we booked 2 deluxe rooms . 301 and 302. They gave us 1 room(301) saying its duplex you are getting it at deluxe cost. I request everybody please never ever take room no. 301 ( in the game zone building) . its not at all cleaned. Full of dust. No refrigerator .. no tea kettle.. intercom not working... felt like that room was not opened for many days.. Room no. 302 was proper deluxe room with all the amenities. People at reception they are not at all responsible.. We asked for water in evening and they provided it the next day with charges which was no use to us.. that too after calling them for 3-4times.... While leaving we complaint about the same. They did not had any answer to it.. they were not even sorry... And i would say our Rs. 8000 was wasted as we were not provided the room which was promised by your side.. and you guys did not cared as it was prepaid amount.

Best resort I had visited ever. Cleanliness maintained. Workers are friendly. Parking available. Wheelchairs entrance and parking is also available. Prices are moderate. Many rides available. Time cant be mentioned here because it may change so contact on their official number. This also I'm not mentioning here because there are possibilities to change so you may search it on google.

It's really nice place for weekend gateway with friends,family...we had booked rooms with which we got water park free entry .. Water park is really amazing with limited rides n pool options ..one can really enjoy stay and water park rides ... Food quality is good . Budget friendly resort to enjoy...

Staying at Kumar Hotel is just a okay experience. The rooms we found are little old made. But they try to keep them clean. There rooms are spacious. Even in deluxe category room, you fill a sofa cum bed in addition to big size double bed, 2 chairs, big glass table, TV, almirah, side tables, AC, hair dryer, toiletries, and good room lighting. The quality of bed sheets, pillows cover and blanket is not good. You will think once before using them. Even if you tell them to replace, the another ones you will get will also be same. Room service is good. Staff behaviour is polite and friendly. They have their own restaurant. The food taste is good. Rates are also fine. We had lunch for 6 people there and it coats us around ₹2200. Overall, the price they are charging for the hotel stay is much higher than what they are offering. Mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. Many of the electric switches were not working. The pool was also not cleaned. The staff is very polite and good behaving. 4 star to them. Food at Gazebo Dhaba is very tasty but very costly.

Forcefully I have to give one Rating coz there is no option for "ZERO" rating for service. Highly unprofessional staffs specially in reception. Trying to book rooms over call, I need to dial 30 times at different time spam then finally got someone to attend us but again he kept me on hold without even asking then cut the call by himself only. And this happened multiple times. I think there are too many bookings available so they are not interested in attending any new Guests. It seems this resort doesn't care about there guests, their bookings, and definitely ignorant towards customer service. I wish they get some well trained and cultured staff.

To be very honest it’s overrated. I got the room at a very expensive rate and then at night a rat was seen in our room . We were very tired and exhausted yet we weren’t able to sleep bcoz of the rat , the mattress had large holes which were created by the mouse . Really disappointing incident. I agree that there is a nice play zone and waterpark but they are also not so well maintained and there in Lonavala there are plenty of good hotels so why to settle for less .

The service and maintenance of the resort is good. Rides and Games are fun. But it's not how it's shown on travel pages. Resort is very Old and shabby. 1-2star Hotel. Stay was not bad but won't be going for it again

The place is big and has water park, kids game zone, 2 attached restaurants, enough parking. Good place to spend weekend with family and friends. Entry to water park is complementary. Please check if the water park is open before booking. Breakfast is complementary. Rooms with gallery on the water park side is good.The resort is located near the main chowk, so market is quite accessible. They have enough parking space.

This resorts deserves a negative review. Pathetic room . We booked for 2 days but checked out in a day because it was a worst place to stay. I wonder how people are giving good reviews to this resort . The water park was dirty , poor maintenance. To go to the reception you need to go through a dirty parking lot. It’s a dirty place, not worth a single penny.

Best place to stop for food and street shopping. The place is right at the junction and very well placed. The food served is delicious with quality and quantity. The place feels fresh and open. It's the right place to park eat and do shopping. A recommended place for family and friends for good food at the right price and fudge shopping

Neat and clean rooms with good service... Its located in the main junction and has lot food options (inside & outside)... Water park entry is complimentary if you stay... Water park was also good... Around 10 slides (adult) and rain dance... Highly recommended 😊😊

Kumar Resort is a good resort with a water park that is well-maintained. The hotel rooms are not luxurious, but they are clean and comfortable. However, the staff could be more accommodating, as they gave us one room in a new building that was under construction. The Gazeebo restaurant is good, but the prices are very high. The service is also slow. The location of the resort is convenient, as it is close to the railway station and the main road. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they can be a bit slow at times. The water park is a lot of fun, and there are slides for all ages. The food at the Gazeebo restaurant is good but please consider price and slow service before buying. They have offerings on hukka also.

Nothing about this place is good.. i can write a whole book on why not to visit this place for a holiday but in short below review. ( Reviews always depends on personal choices ) this review might definitely help a few... Water park - Water is so dirty. It's better to not go to a water park than going here.. Room - Poor Maintainance and low quality rooms. Food - spicy and bad taste. Staff - very rude and unfriendly especially the restaurant staff.. The entire resort is so dirty... Very packed from all sides... With construction work going on its all dust and mud everywhere... I would give zero stars...

Whenever you want to visit near by pune I would like to suggest you this and may be any other resort but Kumar resort is one of kind. ....... As I have you will also notice some renovations is going on at water park slides as well as the new gaming house is about to complete. ..... Rooms and room service are awesome. You just have to call Room service and they will be there for you. Great utilities included in rooms. .... Whole day fun at water park slides at just 600 INR price per person. Rain dance, 2 or 3 swimming pool. 7 or 8 slides are available. ... If you want to visit with friends or else with families or else as a couple this place is worth spending your time as well as your money. If you have children they will never came out of the resort...... Again my suggestion is one of the best resort and must come to recharge as you wish with whomever you like....

It's a good place to spend quality time with your loved ones. Kids are well entertained. They have game zone and water amusement park with keeps you busy with your stay. We have also attained a magic show arranged by the resorts. Food is appetizing and hygiene is well maintained. Location is at main market area. Everything is accessible at hands reach. Overall a 5/5 experience 😊

I actually visited it for a friend's kids wedding and it was a pleasant surprise.. though the construction is still on the ambience has improved a lot.. the rooms are good and spacious enough. Located in the heart of Lonavla. The spots are very close to the property. Property is huge with a swimming pool and water park and indoor game area.. everything you want is inside the property. I would recommend to go after this season as think the construction would be done by then.

We went to Kumar Resort resturant ,Lonavala for breakfast. Sitting area is spacious and airy, both indoor and outdoor sitting available. Sitting arrangement is okay. Service is fast. Food is better than other eateries in Lonavala. It has a resort ( for stay) and a gift shop too which we didn't explore. For food it is good.

I went to the restaurant alongside the resort to experience the most horrible lunch of my life. We ordered chicken lollipop and chicken kolhapuri. Over priced, bad preparation of food and sub standard service is what we were presented. I hope the restaurant improves and all the best to the visitors.

We have had food here a couple of times and found the food to be decent. There is ample space to sit. Waiters serve well. The points reduction is due to the attitude of person taking order was least bothered towards customer service and that too in food business. The main course arrived at the same time as the starters. Despite our mentioning this he continued to ask the waiters to serve us, totally ignoring the feedback. To top it, we were asked to enter tip amount in the POS machine.

Old and expensive, games and play zone need major overhaul. Located at near to market places. Parking available. We enjoyed dash car obviously but experience could have been better if games are upgraded.

Prices quoted online are more... have a chat at the reception they quote less. Food at the gazebo dhaba is great plus point to their starters and tandoor items. Resort is average, one can visit on weekdays to avoid rush

I had been to kids zone in Kumar resort but it also has gazeebo dhaba in here. Also one can enjoy water park here. Coming to kids zone, it's a worth time spending place for kids. Dashing car, rides, and many such interesting and variety of games are available.

It'd nice place to eat, Drink and enjoy with family and friends. There is a small water park in the resort. Good for one day trip. Rates are also good.

Rooms were decent...services were average, but appropriate for a 3 starrer resort. But the overall structure of the resort is in a VERY POOR CONDITION. Unlike the previous photos dated 3 -4 years back the overall condition of the property is dilipidated. I understand that it could have been due to the pandemic. Also the rooms are not well connected internally. Few rooms are in 1 wing whereas few in other wing, admin in one wing, restaurant in one wing, play area in other.

Excellent and reasonable also.. water park is too good . Rooms clean try gazebo for tasty food and very good service. The only negative is the breakfast Too small restaurant...we have to reach early by 8 if we need table ..after 9 am- stand and eat😭 No cornflakes No butter cubes but one bowl of butter with a big queue to apply butter... So stand 6-10 minutes to reach there No eggs to order..just eat what is made...bhurji or omlette Only 1 toaster attacked by all..can't they keep 2 toasters in different corner And finally TEA GETS OVER MANY TIMES☹️
