The hotel staff and services are good. However, the hotel stated as 4 star property but in my opinion it is near to 3 star property. We booked a room with a bath tub. The room is neat and clean but the bathroom is horrible. The bathroom wall and tub have so much mold. The TV was not working well and also the remote of the TV was broken. I shared a few photos of it so if you book a bath tub room please make sure you do not fall in situations like me. If you are going to enjoy property by having alcohol then red alert for you . The property does not have any bar and they don't serve alcohol so you need to manage it from outside. If you think its 4 star property so it is going to be more luxurious than hold on it is not a luxurious property, How they get 4 stars for the property I am not sure but the property is between 2 to 3 star hotels. If you go with the price option yes it is quite affordable compared to 4 star property.

Meritas Crystal - A Mixed Experience My recent stay at Meritas Crystal was a mixed bag. The resort boasts friendly and accommodating staff, which is a definite plus. However, there were some notable issues that marred the experience. Firstly, the absence of basic amenities like hand wash was surprising and concerning. Hygiene should be a top priority, and this oversight was a letdown. The malfunctioning AC remote added to the discomfort, as a working AC is essential for a comfortable stay. The game zone's poorly maintained equipment was disappointing for those seeking recreational activities. Moreover, a room with an unpleasant odor upon opening was a significant downside. A bad smell upon entering a room is never a pleasant experience. On the bright side, the staff's positive attitude and service were commendable and somewhat balanced out the negatives. In conclusion, Meritas Crystal shows potential, but it needs to improve on its basic amenities, maintenance, and room odor issues to provide a more enjoyable and comfortable experience for guests.

Good stay at the resort, nice clean property. Less options in the menu, but taste is good for the food, we opted for in room dine many times in 2 days stay. Pool is good. Rooms are very comfortable, bed, balcony good. Points for improvement- Game room options ( also the leakage in the ceiling), plumbing in the rooms. Bad Experience- Night staff at the reception was reluctant to give me extra blanket as i had already taken one for my kid, he asked me for what's the declared occupancy, i told him 3, i have paid for same, only then he gave me a extra blanket. Rest all was good experience, Security guys at gate are really good, pankaj, jiran were great service. thanks to all for our memorable stay

Overall it's a decent hotel barring few things Pool need repair, looks shabby .Services and hospitality are below average.. few staff were good. But overall I won't recommend it to anyone. There are better and more hospitable stay available at this price range.

Complementary breakfast is good with limited dishes. Dosa and omelette are made on request for breakfast. The rooms are quite neat but not big enough. The swimming pool seems to be infested with worms. We have said the cleaner person was over there but he said it's just the leaf. Its better if management can take a look at the issue and keep the pool clean Valet parking is available. Play rooms and recreation rooms are available during the day.

The property is decent and within a short distance from the market, however the pool and game room are not well maintained and needs to be upgraded. The staff would not let us accomodate an extra guest even after we agreed to pay the necessary charges, and would not even let our guest enter the rooms for a short period of time after many requests. Highly disappointed.

The resort is average rated. The rooms are great. The location of the standard rooms are badly planned because the windows open up at the internal road hampering the privacy at the sitout / dinning space. The breakfast is absolutely worth enjoying whereas the lunch and dinner is below average. Service needs to be taken care off and has to be compromised for because room service and in room dining service is poor. No attendant to take back your used cutlery in spite of calls. They are inside your rooms until the next day. The swimming pool and the vicinity around it is good

I will start with pros, good place to hangout, safe as well. Resort is small but beautiful. Amenities are good. Best for weekend getaways and a day outings. Hats of to the chef, great food. Talking about my bad experience here are about two things: 1. Room- we took a small room, how much ever it was cleaned it was smelling weird because of improper ventilation in bathrooms. Fixtures is bathrooms are loose. Maintenance and housekeeping needs bit improvement. 2. Restaurant hospitality - gesture was not good. Only one person in the restaurant was sweet and pleasing. Others were showing attitude only because I had confusion with room with bf and room without bf charges. Instead of clearing my doubts the servers or waiters were showing attitude and did not provide me service for 2 days in a row. This was a disappointing.

Why Google says its 4-Star.. it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Not at all recommended. 1. They have these in house restaurant, food was good.. but it’s unnecessarily overpriced.. and they literally take half hour to bring already made product.. very poor service.. everyone was looking so confused as if they dont know what to do. 2. Exhaust of our room was not working, they did not had even checked such thing before checking in. They repaired it while we were in the room. 3. We asked for water bottle in our room and glasses. First they took 20 min to bring water bottles.. and another 5 min for glass. 4. Front desk was good , they give good info but rest other things were just waste. 5. There was pool area and nearby roof, it was packed with mosquitoes. And lil stinky due to running stream and garbage into it.

Not value for money, as per amount i paid 4600, room was so small, and was missing some basic things like hair dryer, sofa or chair in room, tv connection was so bad, they have only free channels. in 24hr i have called them like 5 times to restore the signal. Worst experience. Bathroom was dirty and unorganised also. Food is also pathetic. I order some Chinese on dinner but end up with some street quality food.

The room was really very nice at this price point. The food is good as well. We really liked it. However, I didn't like the fact that they have some rulebook which they want you to sign-in on check-in like outside food is not allowed. They seem to be quite strict in terms of their rules like check-out time. It feels like you've come to a school. :D Overall the stay was quite pleasant.

We booked super deluxe room here on the occasion of birthday but the birthday got ruined. Room was like a chawl , the room was supposed to have a good bath tub and balcony but the balcony was having leakage from everywhere. The dirty water was accumulated from the top floor. The bathroom hygeine was really bad. Totally disappointed.

Good resort option to consider in Lonavala. We got a room with Courtyard view on 1st floor. Has the amenities listed. Rooms and bathtub were clean. Food and service is upto the mark. Very polite and humble staff. Buffet spread is also good. Wifi speed can be better. Gamezone has table tennis, chess, carrom, foosball , air hockey options available. Kudos to Syed at Bombay Gourmet for serving us well.

The resort needs serious maintenance. We stayed in a super deluxe room. The washroom had plumbing issues, the water pressure in washroom was too low plus leaking shower unit etc. After complaining at reception, the plumber arrived to fix the tap; it improved slightly but didn't fix the problem; we had to manage it in some way throughout our stay, It was a pathetic experience. Instead of relaxing at the resort, I attended a plumber to fix tap in the resort room. Swimming pool had insects floating on it, again I had to request at the front desk to clean it. And another unfortunate event happened when I got locked inside the bathroom due to a faulty lock mechanism. Despite calling reception for help, no one came for help even after 10 minutes had passed. However, somehow I managed to open the door after many attempts to unlock it. All of these issues have been reported to the front desk. However, I am not sure how much of them will be taken into consideration. Didn’t like the resort as I had a bad experience.

The rooms are okay. We booked premium room to experience jacuzzi but it wasn't functioning properly n though we booked the room well in advance, they had not arranged the cleaning of jacuzzi n we had to waste 3 hours for them to clean it. Breakfast had good options but everything tasteless n not upto the mark. Gamezone has limited options n that too not functioning well. We found this resort costly. Regret wasting 10k for premium room. There are lot of other better options at this price in lonavala. Will never go again at meritas crystal. Giving two stars only for service staff.

During my recent visit to Lonavala, I stayed at Meritas Crystal Resort. The resort's location amidst the lush greenery of Lonavala provided a truly picturesque setting. The stunning views of the surrounding river were absolutely mesmerizing. It felt like a hidden oasis, offering a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodation at Meritas Crystal Resort was simply outstanding. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean. The staff at Meritas Crystal Resort deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, I was treated with utmost care and warmth. The staff members were friendly, and attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The on-site restaurant offered a wide array of delectable dishes that catered to various palates. The quality of the food was outstanding, and each meal was a delightful gastronomic journey. I cannot wait to return and create more wonderful memories at Meritas Crystal Resort.

The hospitality is good. The Bombay gourmet restaurant's taste is good. All the tourist spots are within 5km so it was easy to reach. We stayed for 2 days and having breakfast in package value for money. Overall experience is good. Pool is very small and shallow. The game room was good we enjoyed the pool(billiards) game

Great place to spend a cozy time with family. Good amenities. The Game room might need a little renovation, but still manageable. Well behaved staff. Great food too. Great value for money.

Booked the hotel for 2 night. Felt that I could have got better deal for the tariff paid. I booked it due to the review on the service and food. However, my experience on both were not as per my expectations. Breakfast menu and even the dinner was average to taste. The toast with tomato soup and the chicken spring roll were literally dripping oil. Service from the staff (Syed and other bell boy) was very courteous other than the one sitting at the reception in morning Shift. To sum up, I personally did not found it to be value for the money.

The hotel ambience was good. The decorations done were aesthetic. The swimming pool was very dirty and unusable. The game room was stinky but good options of games. Can easily spend 2 hrs there. Rooms cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located. The food is really good. Service is excellent. People are prompt, helpful and with a smile on her face. What needs improvement is - 1. The bathroom can definitely be better. The napkin hanger was broken, the door was difficult to open & close and bathtub tap & handshower supply is inconsistent. 2. We found the room smaller than how those appear in some of the photos. We were expecting larger room for Deluxe. However, our overall experience was good and we enjoyed our family time...
