Great food and service. We tried a Dave's single with extra everything and they really prepared it exactly the way we liked it, sloppy. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, as long as you don't look around you're all good. The counters were dirty, carpets mot the cleanest. Place just felt dirty. The food though was excellent, pity about the surroundings.

I recently visited Wendy's and have mixed feelings about my experience. While their breakfast menu is always hot and delicious, the afternoon and evening orders can be hit or miss. On some occasions, I've received completely wrong orders or cold food. This inconsistency is disappointing, and it's a shame that I can't rely on them for lunch or dinner menus. However, I must say that their breakfast options are still pretty good, so I won't rule them out completely. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast sandwiches were well-prepared and tasted great, so I recommend trying them out if you're in the mood for breakfast. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering anything else during the day or evening.

Had breakfast a bacon egg cheese sandwich & sausage egg cheese combos. Really good. Had use drive thru because the inside was being remodeled.

Very crowded and slow service. The chicken sandwiches were good. The salad was ok, but no Italian dressing. The staff was nice and friendly, just slow, and customers got upset. This made me feel unsafe.

I waited in the drive-through lane for 15 minutes. I popped in because there was one car in line. Before I left, there were at least 7 cars in the lineup behind me, and we were all just in the que. 15 minutes to get some dried out nuggets and limp fries. Remove the fast food reference because it's definitely not that.

Poor customer service, the people that work the drive thru window sent my order to the wrong car and tried to give me the same bags of food that they had given to the car in front of me. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional. They really need more of a variety of fast food places in Robinsonville, MS.

This was the best experience at a Wendy’s I’ve ever had! I literally wanted to snatch the employees working that day and bring them back to my hometown location and tell them they have been transferred! They were exceptional! They were kind, well mannered and when we did our usual and asked for jelly and napkins, the gentleman said “it’s already in the bag for you”! He had put 2 different flavor jellies, napkins and ketchup in our bag! To me, that says something! Every drive-thru I go thru these days will hand me a bag of food with no napkins or any kind of condiments! I mean, i know there are people that don’t eat certain ones, but come on! At least put ketchup in the bag when it has an order of fries! Whoever trained this location needs to be promoted to regional trainer! They should be the one that trains all new hires for their region! Job well done!!

I thought I was in a third world country! This place was disgusting! It was absolutely poorly managed! The lady at the counter could not even make change for a twenty dollar bill. And based on the condition of the rest of the building, I am sure that the kitchen conditions were beyond reprehensible. None of these people should be allowed to serve any human being food!! I would hope this location is closed immediately, before they give someone food poisoning.

I eaten here several times using the app to order before I arrive or in the parking lot and use the drive thru to pick up. I've also been inside to pick up and order at the counter. My food has always been fresh, hot, and prepared well. Eating on the go is sometimes hard. Nobody likes a messed up slapped together sandwich 🥪 😒 This Wendy's nails it perfectly every time!

Ate here often during a week-long trip to Tunica! Eating at casinos can be pricey so we opted for Wendy's most of the time! Food was about what we expected for fast food, but every time the service was phenomenal!

Just like I assumed when you eat later on in the evening the food is not freshly made. They didn't disappoint. This location was the same thing. Cold burger, bun hard and fries cold.

Crumpy's was great nice service food was good plus they gave me a little extra I was set aside

The front door was locked. We got in line and waited @ 15 minutes to get our food. It shouldn't take that long to get 2 hamburger combos.
