Fun experience except the young lady doing cash out tonight, pretty rude but I guess millennial generation doesn't have much respect for anyone it seems, other than her, nice vibes, good atmosphere and I had a nice time, a few wins, a few losses but all in all a decent casino. Get it together 1st Jackpot. The bootleg bar setup in front of the blackjack tables is terrible. Although construction is happening, leaving that sad example of a temporary bar at the back would have been a better option. Also, fix your kiosk. I've been coming for months for my free play. Every time, I have to go find a manager to escort me to the cashiers so that I can redeem. The manager doesn't believe you know how to work a kiosk, so I have to watch him go to the kiosk to do exactly what I did and then go to a cashier to redeem my free play. It's such a time killer. It makes me want to spend no money with you all. I'm there so long trying to just get free play, hell, I no longer want to play. Why does every employee look miserable. No greetings at blackjack tables. Here's your compliment, though! The food place when you first walk in is bomb. The dessert cakes are so good, too. I'll come here to grab a plate before I eat at any other casino. Don't let it go downhill, please.

Nice small, out of the way, casino. Looks like a local favorite. I loved the fact they had lots of older games as well as new. I played a variety of my favorites.

Been there a good while back and we're going to Tunica 9/14 - 9/16. Called them and booked a comped room at their other property Hollywood. We've never stayed there and hope it's decent. 1st Jackpot is pretty decent looking casino to play in. Good selection of ways to gamble your money away.

No complaints here besides not being assigned a host then upon going personally to try and speak to one after repeated phone call going un-returned... still didnt have a host come speak with us face to face which I thought was very unprofessional especially on a Thursday afternoon. Atmosphere is good, security is good, food is good... all in all its a good place to gamble.
