Perfect experience all around! We did the 5 day tour which included Uturuncu and travelled with Vicente and Hilda and we had one of the best experiences in Bolivia! The tour is very well organized and the food from Hilda was delicious every single day. We couldn’t have asked for more! Communication before the tour via WhatsApp was really helpful as well. Totally recommended!

Excellent tour run by a very professional organization. I found La Torre to be very responsive to all my questions before booking and their operation showed that they were experienced and reliable. Unlike what I’d heard about these tours, the food was beyond “basic “ and I found I didn’t need the snacks I’d brought to supplement what they provided. I did the 4 day Salt Flats Tour and it was just amazing!!! We couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. Our guide Vincent knew so much about just everything, was kind, funny and always let us choose our music and listened to us singing for 4 days (poor man). He also took the most amazing pictures of us, always stopped on request and never rushed us. The accommodations were much nicer then expected (no bunks) and they provide lots of blankets and a sleeping bag. Bring lots of snacks, toilet paper, sunscreen and small coins, since most bathrooms along the way charge 2-5 b.

I did the 4 days tour through the lagoons and salars with La Torre Tours. Otherworldly experience, for a very fair price, and operated by nice and friendly people. Food was alright. Our Spanish speaking guide, Alvaro, was professional and super funny at the same time. I don't know about the other guides, but if you get him as tour chief, you'll definitely have fun

My partner and I did the 4 day uyuni salt flats tour. Elvis, our tour guide, was amazing. Funny, informative, and very helpful. The accommodation was really good, and our cook made delicious food for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agency!

The experience from beginning to end was an absolute blast. Thanks to our guide Luis Alberto and his wife Noemi we were able to visit incredible places, learn a lot about the local culture and places, and taste incredibly tasty local dishes. The timings of the tour were also perfect, we always had enough time to rest, and enjoy our food, while we'd see groups from other companies arrive very late at hostels. The accommodations where we stayed were also very neat, much more than we expected. The 100% freshly made food every day by Noemi was super tasty and always very abundant, including breakfast and lunch. With also many treats on the last day! Luis was the perfect guide, funny and very knowledgeable about everything. And a very responsible driver. He also gave all of himself when we asked to take all the imaginable possible pictures at the salar! We really recommend taking this tour from Tupiza to Uyuni through Sur Lipez, you will see much more than just the salar. An incredibly special experience. Thank you Luis and Noemi! Thanks to our guide and driver EDWIN and our chef MARCOS, we had an amazing 4-day tour starting in Tupiza and ending in Uyuni. Edwin is an experienced driver with a very good and comfortable jeep. He let us feel safe in every second of our journey. He was giving us useful information of all places and was gently answering our questions. In addition to that he is a great fotografer and helps you to get the best pictures. Marcos completed our nice trip with a big effort in preparing our food with a lot of diversity, excellent taste and freshness. MUCHAS GRACIAS CHICOS POR ESTE AVENTURA!

I have just returned from a fantastic 4 day 3 night trip with Torre Tours from Tupiza. They are very professional and rightly proud of their excellent service. Our driver Cristian was superb and took great care of us throughout the trip. The Land cruiser was in excellent condition and not at all cramped with 4 guests, 1 x driver and 1x cook (Gladys). Best to have a small day pack with your immediate needs at hand in the car, as most of your luggage will be stored on the roof rack until you get to your evening accommodation. Take a warm jacket as it can be very cold and windy at altitude when you visit sites or wander around the beautiful lagoons. There was even enough room on the car for my bicycle and panniers ! I can honestly and truthfully recommend Torres Tours... Enjoy your South Lipez trip :-)

Once in a lifetime experience! Everything was outstanding. They chose the perfect horse for me and the guide had a good feeling about what he could trust me to do on the way. We took the 4 days trip from tupiza to uyuni and it was worth every dollar we spent on it. The tour itself was amazing, the guide very good, available and a really safe driver. We had some problems with the bus coming from la paz and they waited for us on the first day. Meals were good (even for vegetarians). We took the basic accomodations. Sleeping bags were clean and with some blankets on we didn't feel any cold. Definitely a good price quality ratio. 10/10 would do it again. If you have time, it's definitely worth to spend a day more in the park instead of starting from uyuni.

La Torre Tours Tupiza We did a 5 day 4 nights tour with this agency. Starting from Tupiza, climbing Uturunku (6008m), Lagunas Route and then Salar de Uyuni and back to tupiza in a 4x4. The whole experience was 10/10. Basically they were the only company in Tupiza with good website and reliable information - route, conditions, prices, - and had the best reviews on TripAdvisor and Google. They were super responsive and spoke fluent English! We communicated with Carlos and Roberto and they were very flexible and attentive. They also have a hostel in the centre of Tupiza and know many places around if you ever need anything. Also when we spoke with the guides they told us that La Torre Tours has been the best company for many years - being fair, paying regularly and having like 15 guides constantly employed - so you know you really get the best standard. So our tour - it was really well organized and we always felt safe and comfortable. Like you do get into some super remote places, but with a nice big 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser and a very experienced driver (we went with Roberto Gutiérrez) with more 10 years of experience we always felt safe and on top of things. Accomodation was basic but ok, food was also basic but tasty and enough, and places along the route were crazy beautiful - one of the prettiest we've ever seen. Uturunku was hard because of the altitude but local guide Marcos was friendly and knowledgeable and we all made it to the top! And now our driver Roberto - also 10/10. He really knew his car, knew the ways, cooked and took care of us always. Always would he stop whenever we wanted for pictures or toilet or whatsoever. Also he explained a lot about every place we visited. And he was funny and in good relations with other guides along the route and would always get us the best rooms in accomodations etc... Like he was always driving pretty slow and safe - we saw a lot of cars on the way that were going way to fast for those conditions. And we heard people have died in this Uyuni tours mainly because of drunk and fast drivers. So it really makes sense to fo with a reliable agency. So really, the whole thing was beyond our expectations and for this price it's really a bargain you're getting. I absolutely recommend this agency and Roberto in particular. Ask for him if you can. Just one thing to beware - you're almost constantly above 4000m, sleeping on 4400 sometimes - so you should be acclimatized a bit or prepared for the altitude, it's still a stress for your body 😊

Excellent tour. Good, rich and more than enough food. The guide knows a lot and made us aware about different comestible flowers. He also asked us about what we expected several times during the tour to make sure we were happy with his services.
