Today on 19th Dec 17 I have taken my daughter of 1 year and 2 month as she was suffering from fever and they checked and said she is weak we have to give saline they took her to a room kept mother and me outside and started punchering her for detecting nerve and when she was refused they slapped hard in her cheeks and which left mark if required I have photos of her. Such a bad service I have not seen they don't have proper SOP to operate and very bad service.

Very bad experience...we waited for 2:45 mins with my kid with 104F..fever.. no proper treatment...very very bad. Horrible experience..

No punctuality, no correct timings, staff was worst.they dont even know how to communicate with children's parents,,Money minded., Doctor is good

my son had fever on and off since 14 days . I waited for him and consulted . No doctor was able to cure it. He gave medicines and his health problem disappeared in 7 days. Best doctor. In this hospital after paying money they make u wait 1 hr whatever is the situation of ur child then take temperature for 1 second very improper way , then again wait 1 hr During doctor consult you many business people interrupt inside the room. They force you for saline and the duration of drops falling is very slow . so that you stay more time in hospital. They do all tests and charge u minimum 3000. And at last for what u went u are with same problem The problem not resolved, he tell you to come again and again

He is a bloody doctor don't do his duty properly..... kept waiting for 20mins speaking in phone in duty hours arogent fellow I slapped him with shoe

I know him since 20 years plus money minded calls patient as "customer" but from last many years I am getting poor experience in terms of treatment and staff approach it is horrible we can say worst all tenth pass waste of time

Wat we share past 10 years i faced some some times nd i saw some times... He preferd always medical representative person ... Ok not this time after completion patients then he give time but he gave when was in patients he gave a time it's not wright and agianhe was discussed up to one hr...

worest staff behaviour, money minded doctor,main reception staff ( black lady and ball head person)..he dont know how to treat patients..main doctor refer to out side hospitals,its not correct..main after pay the fees amount 1 hour waiting for doctor visit....no proper appontment way..
