Worest experience with (dr. Simhachalam gastroenterology) Doctor only doing endoscopy and at the same time op also taking tooo much of time to wait to meet the doctor, and the doctor also not listening our problem properly here no systematic and no Sufficient staff, These people and doctor fully commercial. If you having any stomach problem just asking to take tests endoscope he is full experienced but his treatments like a fresher, If u want to do endoscope then go this hospital

Like all reviews it is 24hr emergency care hospital. Simhachalam , doctor madam had good hand but other doctors visits frustrating us. No time maintenance for other doctors.i have seen negligence in other orthopedics.staf respond well in phone but they were not accurate about information & doctor visits. maximum patients come hear to gynaecologist.Well local talk is good hospital. Worst thing is parking place too small

Dr. G Simhachalam is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL doctor. The hospital staff themselves complain working i this hospital. No value for time. Appointment timing was given as 8:00 AM and the doctor hasn't yet arrived as it's 10:15 AM now. If you get operated at the hospital be sure that they would charge extra Rs 50,000/- apart from the bills. Very very poor function of the Doctor as well as Staff.

Fully money minded hospital.... Pay then talk policy hospital.... staff nurses rude behavior.... no proper knowledge... spended more money for worst treatment. Staff nurses treating patients like worst peoples... Staff nurses not responding in time...

Worst hospital.... Money minded... If u r a pregnant then u must not go there...she(the lady doctor) will tell u to go for operation only even she doesn't try to go for normal delivery... .. in starting she behaves smoothly she will never let u knw that u r going to hv operation but when ur delevery date come too close she suggests only for C-section...there r many methods for having normal delivery but she doesn't try any of them...in maximum cases she go for C-section only which is not good for a woman..

I can say this is one of the most indecent and inappropriate hospitals in vizag. The most basic problem of all is that they don't swipe cards nor they accept any UPI payments. Even if it is 20 or 30k we need to get the cash, be it Sunday or any other holiday. Coming to the reception at this hospital, the most common used dialog is to come to hospital by 7 in the morning. They don't answer properly through calls. When we come physically, they will ask us to wait until the staff comes and they come by 9AM. Then what is the point in asking to come by 7? I can overall say that they don't give much importance to the patients or their doubts and problems. They just keep us waiting and waiting and waiting. If a person visits this hospital, He/She should wait for a minimum of 2-3 hours to get a work done. So better visit some other hospital if you can. Just don't prefer this if you can

The staff are most irresponsible and not at all helpful. The are most disorganized and don't know how to handle patients. There is no order followed in sending the patients into the doctor room or scanning room. Not upto the mark. Customer service or care is totally missing . All the staff are only interested in their personal gossiping and they dont even care for the patients. Disappointed with the entire experience with Padmaja Hospital.

Worst hospital I have ever seen, booked appointment for 4 days prior but when we go to hospital ontime waited around 4 hrs then they said treatment not done here, have to consult other doctor, only money minded hospitals.

Dr. Was good, but staff are very reckless They are not answering the patients They don't know value of patients time We have an appointment 10:30am But here sister said wait till 12:30pm simply. After 2hrs simply she said sorry forgot your procedure, wait I'll inform to Doctor, some times it will take 4hrs waiting You are just waited 2hrs Staff Wantedly playing with patients.

Hi all hope everyone are doing great Just wanted to share a information with you all Early in the May ,I had temperature and breathing problem so I decided to get the test done for COVID 19 I visited padmaja hospital located at gajuwaka and made my test. doctor confirmed it as negative , but was showing symptoms of the disease – my oxygen levels had dropped and a CT scan showed infection but few hours I got a message in which they mention it as positive The same day I decided to take a second opinion and visited other hospital there they confirmed it as positive and I was at second stage.they suggested to get admitted to a hospital to get oxygen support *this is just to inform you guys that in padmaja hsptl they are giving fake reports*

One of the worst hospitals.Recommend not to go at all.This hospital doesn't even deserve a star.Dr.Simhachalam,he'll not listen to you.If you can't even have the freedom of expressing your concerns of the patient with your doctor,then I don't even know what are these doctors studying. The values, principles of doctors are being damaged by the doctors like these.Compeletly money minded.There is no UPI option available.you need to pay the entire amount in Cash and in some sections like pharmacy,there is card option available.You can understand how much fraud is going through in this hospital.They'll make you do all the tests.Even if there's a problem in your nose,he'll write a test for your legs. obviously if you are concerned about your patient health,not to go for this hospital.
