They were happy to hold our bags for us when we checked out, which worked well as we then collected within the standard check-in window. Check-in is limited to 4 hours (4-8pm), however so long as they know up front you can check in later but it will cost you €20; although you're not told that until after you've made your booking so just one thing to be aware of.
