The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for traveling to different places of the city. There is a wi-fi that unfortunately I caught only on the ground floor near the reception. The rooms themselves have soft and comfortable beds. There are also blankets for winter. There is an electric kettle and cups for drinking. There is also a TV in the room with different television channels. There is a shower in which you can swim.

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful but the rooms and bathroom very dirty. The towels are dirty rags, the carpets visibly unclean, the shower dirty and the soap was repacked as new.

Well located hotel in the heart of Mary. Rooms are large, good views of major landmarks. Beds very comfortable. Check-in was a smooth process. WiFi was inconsistent, several times dropping out altogether. Drink prices seemed to change with the whim of whoever was serving. A few in our group decided not to go to the bar there for this reason.

The only positive was strong hot water flow on the shower head. Very dark in all of the hall ways, if there were light sensors, then they all failed to work. Room was cold and could not control the room temperature. Breakfast was a joke, hot dishes only had fried eggs, potatoes and might be 1 more that I could not remember. Extremely slow Internet, only available near the front desk, too weak to pickup Wi-Fi in the restaurant. No free bottle water in the room. Poor lighting in the room, WiFi was so weak that could not get on.

Better than it could be, but there is no internet connection at 3rd-5th floor. Restorant could be better, but at least you can eat something. It is not 5 star hotel

Nice hotel. Very grand downstairs ! Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, there are not many other options nearby that I was aware of.

There is no open buffet for breakfast, your choice is very limited and they give you whatever they want, also the internet is very weak and it is not possible to use it in the rooms. You have to come to the lobby to use the internet , but internet in the lobby is very weak, too. The rooms are not be cleaned every day.

Thus u a good hotel. First good things . Very nuce building clean hygiene and bright space. Rooms are quite big . Some not so good side include very basic reastuarant . facilities like swimming pool fitness centre are mostly unavailable for use. Wifi is available only in the lobby area. No english speaking staff.

The service was decently good compared with the other hotels in Mary. The staff are pretty friendly.

Good location but the hotel needs to be refreshed. The towels were old and ragged.

The hotel on the outside and entry way looked very fancy but rooms were a bit worn out. Carpet stains, mold in bathroom. There was a kettle and some instantaneous coffee. Great views from the window. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff on arrival was a bit rude maybe because they didn’t speak English.

The place looks like a five-star hotel from the outside but is deficient in service and room amenities. Especially bad is the breakfast. Cold eggs?

Beautiful hotel which is centrally located whereby you can have good view of the city, Mary. Spacious and grandeur lobby is a good area to sit down and chit chat. It has all the required facilities and comes with comfortable beds and chairs. Breakfast is ok but not well spread.
