Ну что сказать... Для Туркменистана и для Небитдага в частности отель хороший. По меркам эстетов - не очень. благо - я не эстет Ящерки бегают в главном холле, на улице жара, вот они и приходят под кондиционерами охлаждаться, прикольно. Номера чистые, постельное бельё свежее. В принципе - всё норм.

This is an interesting restaurant. I was amazed by the lobby/ground floor area when I stepping into the hotel. It felt like I was in some indoor pavilion where you have trees and water and it felt like some oasis. It's very big where there is a sitting area near the lobby, then the restaurant and a bar. The room was also quite big, its' a bit dated but still fine. The bathroom was also pretty big and clean, however I spotted a cigarette where the flush buttons were though the room was supposed to be a non smoking room. Also the air-condition was old and placed by the window in an awkward location such that if you want the air-conditioning you can't draw the curtains. Not a very good idea if you don't want light to be entering the room in the morning if you want the room to be dark. Impressive surroundings in the hotel. Walk out via the door near the bar and you can see a garden, swimming pool and tennis courts. You can also see animals roaming around like the peacocks, and there are also big cages/enclosures which keep a lot more peacocks and chickens. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, food was rather good. Was quite rare to have seafood as they served fish plov here, which is supposed to be a specialty in this region. Breakfast was also pretty sumptuous as well, so happy to see pancakes. The area around the hotel is also pretty nice to walk, you can take a short walk around to see statues, buildings, monuments, ferris wheel and theatre all within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Le camere sono vecchie e soprattutto puzzano di sigaretta, segno che ancora oggi in questo posto è accettato fumare all'interno. La lounge è spaziosa e luminosa. La colazione è buona ma il servizio è lentissimo, se siete parecchi al tavolo abituatevi ad aspettare anche mezz'ora per due uova.. Il servizio lavanderia è invece ultra veloce, in un paio di ore i panni sono in stanza appesi sulla gruccia. Praticamente nessuno parla inglese, la comunicazione è difficile. La pulizia delle camere, non so per quale motivo, va chiesta esplicitamente ogni giorno. I prezzi del ristorante sono "alti" se comparati agli altri ristoranti nei dintorni, ovviamente bassi se comparati ad Ashgabat e bassissimi se comparati all'Europa. Come si dice da noi, si fa di necessità virtù.

Probably the best hotel in town, with a nice lobby. With some remodeling of the rooms it would be a nice option as a Crowne Plaza in a mid sized Midwestern city. As it was, the rooms were acceptable for the developing world, but not luxurious (Sept, 2015)

J'ai séjourné dans cet hotel et cette ville nommée Nebitdag/Balkanabat. Nous avons mis en service la centrale de production d'énergie/électricité en 2004. L'hotel est moyen mais acceptable pour cette région très difficile d'adapatation. Deux collègues ont du etres hospitalisés et rapatriés aux US et UK. Le personnel est convivial hospitalier accueillant ca c une bonne chose. Comparé à Ak ALTYN 0 Ashgabat c un niveau correct.

We stayed here a night. Take note that there’s no lift here and hence you need to carry your own luggages up to your room. No help from the hotel staff. Room was dated but okay. Location is good with some attractions nearby. Breakfast was not bad
