they fire people for nothing. the bouncers are very mean and very difficult to understand. they are very aggressive and are ready to fight you.

First time going to Heidis Bier Bar and definitely the last time. After queuing for 30 minutes I got told I’m not allowed inside because of my black linen pants. The bouncers even went as far as to check my pockets which I found very strange after having seen them letting in people with bags without checking their bags. After they had checked my pockets which contained my wallet, phone and keys they said I cant enter because of my ”sweatpants”. Horrible experience don’t go to this place, there are other bars in Turku!

Can’t get in if wearing adidas shorts. Feels like a weird restriction for a bar. Obviously owners have no idea what they doing. You should get your beer from a different place.

The best bar in Turku used to be here. Now there is Heidis... Enjoy your beer in a nice plastic pint. One of the bartenders is cool tho. Ps. The place next door is where you should be going.

The bouncers were really non professional

This place is most certainly reductions, the European laws say that 18 is the minimum drinking age, these people said the entrance age is 20. I got the idea that these people denied entrance because I’m a foreigner it is most certainly ridiculous. Avoid this anti foreigner place like the plague!

We waited in the queue for over an hour in cold weather, only to go search another bar after the bouncer denied our group of 7. It's a shame.

Good one! A nightclub concept, what doesn’t leave you cold

Really expensive, but I'm happy to see that they don't judge their employees by their look but by their personalities. This makes the bar crazy good, with bartenders that love their job and happily talk with eachother like family. Since the law during this pandemic allow for free outdoor seating, but half of usual indoor seating Heidi took their own twist to it, and moved the bar outside, and built roof over their outdoor seatings. Making them able to fill it up without breaking the law.

I've had a good time at heidi's a few times but today on 10.10.2019 I left after a few minutew because heidi's advertized a 50% sale on facebook about a drink but when we went there they said the sale wasn't valid. We went there because of the sale and left because of this problem. The sale was 20 off a 40€ drink.

Need to improve some services as specially regarding dance side not people get much together and Need to improve the songs shuffling you should have good Playlist so everyone can enjoy rather than sitting In smoking area. Thank you so much other wise your bar is so big and good infrastructure.

Loved this place. Great to drink, eat, chat and dance. Plenty of rooms to move around in. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Don't bother buying tickets here in advance, it's a scam. We had booked a table and pre bought tickets for 30.4, but when arriving the bouncer told us to go back in a really long que. There was only one que for people with pre bought tickets and others. The point in buying in advance is to get your place in the bar guaranteed but apparently not here.

Poor service attitude from staff ruins the complete experience.
