I've been here twice in the last year and everytime I give them my insurance information. I have gotten two bills from them saying I didn't provide insurance information. I have called three times and went to the urgent care personally to give them my information and I still get bills saying I didn't provide insurance information. The are messing up my credit because they for some reason they keep losing my information and the multiple photo copies they have taken of my insurance card

Took my wife there for an appointment with her doctor who ordered lab work went down to the lab sat there for 20 minutes asked how much longer and they said 45 minute wait so we left

I’ve used this lab several times and it has been a great experience. The wait time is minimal and the service is prompt and professional.

Excellent care. Very professional and very thorough in treatment. Only had to register once and all my information was in the system the second time. Took minutes to check in and be seen. Highly recommend this place.

I am honestly happy with the Doctors & assistances at SGMF! I have been going here for years. This location is very nice. The staff is Great & always professional! If they can't help you they will refer you to someone that can. Give them a chance!

The wait times at this lab are ridiculous. They don’t have enough help in the lab. They don’t make appointments and usually have an hour wait.

Never have appointments unless you prepared to wait a month!! Billing has always been wrong and no explanation the place is a joke !

Ugly building, reasonable care. I've been going here since the 80s, and I've always been happy with the team. It's not fancy, but it's local.
