There should be someone at the front desk at ALL TIMES. I had to help an elderly man to sign in! He seemed lost and no one stood up to help him... I was outside waiting and had to go in to help him out! You should know that especially elderly people don’t know how to use a tablet or any other advanced device! Just saying! They walk-in and stand looking around looking for someone to help, but that’s your responsibility to have someone at front desk for any questions we might have etc!😓

So, I have 3 major issues with this location. First - The laboratory is not adequately staffed. I arrived at 8:00am to have my blood drawn. I had been fasting for 12 hours. There were about 15 people in the waiting room with me. I wasn't seen until 11:37am. When I asked why I waited over 2 hours to have my blood drawn, I was told that there are only 2 people working the laboratory today because they had to cut back on hours. Second - The 2 employees who both handled my paperwork incorrectly labeled my blood and paperwork causing me to have to repeat at a different laboratory weeks later. This is even after I corrected the paperwork myself and showed them the errors. Third - The attitude given off by the employees was sub par. They acted like stereotypical disinterested Frenchmen. The worse part was that they did not follow current procedures for blood draw. They had me pump my fist and they left the tourniquet on for almost 4 minutes. Even if my blood had been labeled correctly, I would hate to see what elevated counts occurred as a result of these errors.

Great blood draw. Walk ins ok. Not very crowded and all seats are distanced. I walked in. Signed in and sanitized so ready to go!

They are fast and efficient as much as the other testing center on Tuolumne Rd. This testing center has a small kiosk that allows you to enter your driver's license and insurance card in the lobby before they attend to your needs. This stream lines the whole process. 🙂

For those of you that assume it’s under staffed it’s not . It’s following county and government protocol due to COVID-19’s since we are still in pandemic and they are also showing respect to the elderly and for those that have on going health issues as well as for their own safety as well because there are still many people that aren’t vaccinated or boostered on Covid-19’s. So shame on you for insinuating they are bad or understaffed it’s a Lab and all Quest Diagnostics locations require an appointment like all facilities do Daah!

Absolutely terrible. I usually take my brother to the other one in Turlock and it was amazing there. Unfortunately , the AC there was broken so we had to come here. The employees had terrible hygiene, and they make you wait even if you just have to drop off something and leave. The employees seem like unexperienced homeless people and they always seem to make minor mistakes when drawing blood. I would definitely not recommend anyone to come here for any reason. EDIT: I'm here right now and I just heard someone complain of being here for over an hour and the employee said "Come on over, I put a note in the computer but everyone ignored it" without even apologizing. Once again, absolutely terrible. The appointment tracker on the TV said someone would be with us in 3 minutes. It just got raised up to 15 minutes, ONLY for a simple drop off of a test. Unbelievable. ANOTHER EDIT: As I am typing this, they are raising my appointment time. I could have been gone 30 minutes ago, but they just added another 17 minutes on my time and put me behind everyone else I came before. Keep in mind this is only for dropping off a small bag and leaving. Edit #3: another 20 minutes has been added. I am about ready to cancel and leave. Final edit: I was once at the top of the list with 2 minutes left and now I am not even in it with more than 1 hour being here and 30 minutes to go. Never mind, I'm adding another edit: I can't even begin to comprehend this. A lady just yelled at a senior citizen because he didn't know how to register.

Excellent. Checking in at the computer speeds things up. With an appt., I only waited 15 minutes. Waiting room is small and crowded. Megan was my technicians. She was friendly. welcoming, thorough, friendly and quick. It took about 10 minutes. I was in and out in under a half an hour.

This place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for employment drug test, showed up 15 minutes early and both of the drug testers refused to do my drug test. Also, they were unhelpful to reschedule me for next day. How is this good customer service to refuse testing for a schedule appointment. Not to mention I was early and it was before 2:00 pm. Complete waste of time.

I am a very difficult stick. The one employee I ask for each time I go for labs her name is 'Christine or Christina. She works(ed) with cancer patients. She knows and is awesome in drawing blood from "small" veins. I just love and respect her for that! Ask for her! She does not disappoint. Besides that- the place is immaculate clean and sanitized. Everyone are respectful joyful with greetings with a big smile! I have zero negatives about this place. Ohh! And schedule your appointment on line. My waits has only been 5-6 minutes NOT bad!!! 8/21/2023
