My 2 year old doesn't speak and is not social due to the pandemic. He threw up in the lobby and I offered to help one of the receptionist was so rude and has zero customer service etiquette! She never made eye contact and was so rude. My son hasn't been to a clinic or hospital since the pandemic so he was terrified and uncooperative. The provider was so impatient and rude he was in and out in less than 5 minutes. No diagnosis or any explanation just that medicine will be sent to pharmacy and to pick up in an hour. Worse urgent Care I've been to don't go there!!

If I could avoid coming here, I would. Unfortunately, sometimes they are the only place open. Honestly, the service here is really give or take. I've been here a couple of times and I have had wildly different experiences. Sometimes I would see the staff eating entire plates of food while up front meanwhile i would be waiting forever in the waiting room. The girl with the really curly hair and the young man are really great with customer service, however. I really haven't had too many good experiences with any of the other staff there. I am giving two stars because they only have two employees that are any good.

Don’t go to this place, they don’t care about patient. They just need money. We did emergency call 7:20pm, send them what information they need it. She said Dr. call you before 9pm. Didn’t receive any call. So we decided to call them. When we call them back again 8:45pm they forgot and registered same time. And took $35 fee. Dr called 9:05 and didn’t pay any attention. When I ask some questions about my daughters health. He said sorry we already late . No help. When we say cvs already close can you send prescription to Walgreens, he said we already close we send tomorrow morning. What’s the point for emergency call, if we have to wait until next day.

I went to get checked in, they immediately turned me away and said that I had to have a phone consultation that I would have to wait an hour for. Then they called me 45 minutes late for that phone consultation and tried to charge me a $20 copay for a phone call that wouldn’t even include a basic physical assessment. There are much better urgent care facilities in Modesto that provide much more thorough care for the same copay, it’s worth the 20 minute drive. Don’t waste your time here

It seemed like the chubby girl in the burgundy scrubs was trying everything in her power to turn me away. I made an appointment online, she told me they do not do online appointments I'm probably at the wrong place. I had a screenshot of it, I was at the correct place. She asked why am I there, I said I felt I have a sinus infection. She told me I seem like I have covid symptoms, they can offer me a phone call, they don't see people with covid symptoms in person. I told her I want to be seen in person, so they can check all my vitals I thought I had a mask in my car, it turned out I didn't. She said they are out of masks, I could go down the street and buy one. She said well let me see what insurance you have, maybe we don't take it. I told her I know you take my insurance because I looked to see what urgent care's I could go to with my insurance. She said well you probably have a copayment I said yes I do have a $20 copayment and I can pay you my copayment. Finally after her walking in-and-out 3 or 4 times she finally agreed to let me be seen in there and they magically came up with the mask for me. She was rude and sensitive insensitive misinformed and seems like she just wanted to reject anyone from being seen you're getting paid to do a job but you don't want to see any patients wow! The 2 reception girls were nice And the provider that saw me was nice also. The girl that I dealt with in the beginning really discouraged me from wanting to be seen, no wonder people would rather not go be seen anywhere and then they just stay home and die. If it wasn't for for the chubby girl I guess I'd say this was a good place to go but seems like you have to get past the security with her.

This urgent care is the worst experience I ever had . The receptionist was so rude had me on hold for 10 minutes not concerned for my daughter health. I waited almost 2 hrs for PA assistant Anthony Ogbodo I explained my experience he said “ what do you want me to do next time take her to the ER we’re is exact word since it’s privately owed Il will get in contact with the owners I will never go there nor recommend anyone one going there very unprofessional

We met our mother here to assist her with a request for an EKG, this request was made by her specialist at Stanford. Upon entering the facility, we were rudely yelled at to wait outside...our elderly mother entered alone and received the same reception. As she tried to get on the table for her procedure she was verbally denied the request a few times and then not assisted on to the table. Absolutely NO bedside manner was offered. The doctor entered proclaiming what a stressful day he had and inquired why we were not more sympathetic. This facility needs a revamping of it's customer service protocol and professional approach to their important medical service to our community. We will not let our loved ones return here.

I am a physician who has worked in an urgent care before. On June 12, my dad was seen here after cutting his hand with a palm frond while trying to cut it down. The physician assistant who saw him did not clean his wound/irrigate it - this is basic wound care. He sutured it closed and put my dad on antibiotics (which is inappropriate if the wound is properly cleaned). This morning, July 22, this thorn came out of my dad’s wound. Do not go to this facility for medical care. They employ incompetent providers.

Well I was going to leave a great review for excellent customer service and speedy process however I just got my sons RX and they sent him with Tylenol pills to swallow when my kid is 9 years old!! Then when I call to get it fixed they told me I had to bring him in to be re-evaluated they just want more money to bill my insurance. No thank you! Make sure you ask the Dr what type of medication they’re sending to your pharmacy before you leave his office

DO NOT COME HERE- prescribed medications knowing the patient is allergic to them. Took my child here and the doctor verbally told us that she had no ear infection just mild irritation. 2 days later we get a text from CVS saying our prescription is ready. Antibiotics for an ear infection. (??) They prescribed Amoxicillin- she is ALLERGIC to Amoxicillin and it was documented throughout their charts. I called, the receptionist was short and rude with me. Told me that it was the end of the day and mistakes happen. (Call made 5:48pm 3/31/23, unsure of receptionists name.) Receptionist also said that if the allergy causes hives then Benadryl would have fixed it either way. Incredibly unprofessional and MALPRACTICE. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Protect your family.

I won’t go here again my son went in Saturday night with a bad cough lethargic blood shot eyes headache high fever breathing no fast ect he was tested for covid strep and flu and than had to do have a breathing nd treatment to clear up “asthma” before listening to him when my son does not have asthma and than the doctor proceeded to tell me it sounded like he had phenomonia before he even looked at him and listen to his back once his fever continued to spike even after ibuprofen his oxygen than proceeded to drop and the nurse looked scared when they didn’t know what was and still wanted me to send him back to school as his symptoms have gotten worse with no for sure diagnosis we are on day 3 still have a fever and his cough is getting worse the doctor was Dr. Thompson and nurse in the from is extremely rude if I could I would give zero stars and I will be filing a complaint with the medical board after I take my son in to the hospital!! This place should not even be here and I’m very disgusted about there patient care!! FYI you can not say someone has phenomonia without a chest X-ray!! And this is our healthcare system these day it’s a shane!!

Dr.Seth and his entire crew excellent and very gentle and generous. I reached there few minutes before closing and they still took me,take care if my deep cut,stitch. They were not rushing me. Clean environment as well. It was worth 35 minutes drive.

Blanca from here has no good attitude. This office doesn’t fax dr.notes , even though there no hippa violations and I’m requesting this since they didn’t offer and me rushing didn’t ask. I should’ve gone to express urgent are more expensive but quality is on point

10/10 This place is AWESOME! Same day appointment via phone. No stress or hassle. Polite & helpful receptionist & doctor. There’s a lot of other urgent cares in Turlock that are quick to deny service due to slightest “symptoms” but this office is there to HELP!

Second time being seen here within a week and all I can say is that I'd definitely go back. The staff was beyond courteous to me. They were attentive and answered all my questions. I love NP Anthony Ogbodo! He made sure I had sufficient time off from work to get better with no argument. He understood my pain and listened. I appreciate everyone here and will definitely come back if needed. Thank you guys. From one Healthcare worker to another! 🙏🏽

They Miss diagnosed My Daughter. I was sick but refused to go there .they might ve miss diagnosed me. then it would've been a big problem. don't recommend them at all.HAVE MERCY ON.MERCY URGENT CARE

Worst place EVER...!! Please do not come here, unless absolutely last option. I have never ever been in a Worst Un-urgent care location, they cannot care less here, crazy.!!!

I was very happy talking to Star! She was very professional, helpful and understanding. She checked me in fast. Marinell the provider was great also. Very helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend this urgent care!

Dr. Tyler Thompson and the staff are really friendly. They got my husband back soon as we got there..the doctor came in and cleaned the wound. He did a wonderful job, putting the stitches annd explaining what we needed to do to keep up with the womb till we come back and see him in five days. He took the time to make sure he answered all her questions. We are so incredibly pleased, and happy and thankful for the wonderful service.

The nurses were really kind and patient with me. I'm new to medical so I had a lot of questions regarding it. They answered all my questions helped me understand it better. Also the doctor was very attentive and took what I had to say seriously.

The worst! Do not waste your time with this place. They are VEEY unprofessional and rude. Waited an hour outside for my daughter to be swabbed before they would let us in. Never did get her tested (no others were tested in this time span either). Wasted an hour of my time with a sick baby before I asked for my insurance and ID cards back so I could take her to another place. Super rude and unprofessional.

I've been here twice with my adult son. The first time they will not allow you to step inside without getting covid tested even when you have no symptoms. You must wait in another line and get tested. You must wait outside, cold or hot weather, older ones or young children with coughs and runny noses. Not one chair provided, even though your entire waiting room is empty because you allow NO ONE in the office. Of you are going to make the sick and disabled wait outside of your office, at least provide a sitting area. You are the only urgent care in turlock that takes Health Plan of San Joaquin. Do Better!

Mercy West is an amazing center with an amazing staff. They got us in quickly and out just as fast. The doctor we seen was thorough and super nice. I applaud them for quick service. I was seen and on my way in less an an hr.

So after reading a few reviews this morning I was questioning my visit, but to be honest it was the opposite, the young guy at fron door greeted me and was nice. The two young ladies in front desk were professional and very nice. Doctor took a look at my ear prescribed me my prescription and I was out with in 25 minutes will definitely come back there 5 stars from me.

Professional and courteous staff... The office is very clean. I waited less than five minutes. I will never go back to Modern Urgent Care in Ceres. Thank You for your kindness and care Mercy West. Maddie Menezes
