This Medical center is polite, prompt and truly care about your pets health and well being. They explain to you procedures needed and give you a look at X-rays and such and a fact sheet to what's going on with your pet. Their a wonderful professional team. I trust them with all my pets. I know my pets will get quality care.

This was our first visit to Veterinary Medical Center, and we were very impressed. From the kind staff to the med assistants and doctor, everyone was so kind. Our kitty "Garden Kitty" had very bad mats as she is a long hair. They did a beautiful job of cleaning him up. He now looks like a little lion with furry mane and legs and tail. Most of all he feels great. A big thank you to this clinic. It was friendly and very "old school". A wonderful experience for us and Garden Kitty. We will make this clinic our first choice.

The vets there and the technicians and assistants care so much for your pet and make you feel at ease about any concerns that you might have. Very clean facility and super nice people. Real animal lovers.

Phenomenal people at this location. We had to move away for about 7 years and experienced 3 other Veterinarians. None of them comes even close to the people here. We recently just moved back to the area and woke up this past Saturday morning to find one of our girls in distress. We quickly looked up our favorite vet to see if they were available on Saturday and showed up as they opened. I can not stress to you the care and compassion they have here. The staff genuinely care and go out of their way to make sure everyone is involved and working together. I am so thankful we are back in their caring hands and because of it our girl was back to normal in no time!

They were super nice here, the staff care about you and your furry babies. The rooms are spacious and they're gentle with the animals. Highly recommend this place.

Very professional, friendly and polite employees. Their Customer service skills are on point. The ladies behind the counter are very helpful. The lobby environment is very warm and welcoming. I would recommend bringing your pet here for anything from an emergency to having their toenails clipped.

The best veterinarian in Turlock. Dr. Quinley Is the best. They are very nice and very professional yet very friendly. My family has been using this veterinary office since 1971. Not the original owners but the same quality of care.

It was an excellent experience. No waiting time. My cat was checked. I was given the medication that I wanted for my cat to travel which worked excellently. It was a marvelous trip for all. I am very grateful that I brought my kitty there. Everybody was very helpful.

I've been taking my chihuahua, her son and multiple fostered dogs here for years! All of the staff is very helpful and kind! We love DrQuinly, he is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding! My fur children mean everything to me! In 2019 they saved my sweet grandma dog's life with an emergency surgery! I'm so grateful!! 🙏

The staff is awesome, Dr. Quinley is just amazing and very patient, my rottie and my chihuahua loved him. I am sad they had to switch owners to Petco, I hope the attention will remain the same and it won't be another big company monopolizing the market.

The staff is very patient and take the time to explain treatment options without adding stress. We took one of our pets in last summer and the vet remembered and asked how she was doing when we visited 4 months later with a different pet. Highly impressed with the service.

Took my 19 year old cat in with 2 major medical concerns. I was seen promptly and was impressed with the care from the support staff. The doctor did a thorough exam, but we did not talk about the main concerns that I had; it was left with "we'll see what the blood work shows". When I had not heard from them after one week, I called and was told the doctor left me a voice mail. Nope, I did show a missed call, however. The staff member explained sometimes their phone system made it look like a voice mail was left even if it did not record. She explained she would leave a message for the doctor to give me a call since we did not have a chance to chat. It's been another full week and I still have not heard from them. I plan to transfer the records to another veterinary clinic, and schedule a 2nd physical exam so that I can speak with someone. It's disappointing that there is no personal website for this veterinary office, since it is part of a corporate entity (Petco). Since I have been having trouble with communication, it would have been nice to be able to email the hospital, but no email address is provided on their website or printed materials.

My 10 month old Chihuahua mix puppy "Bodie" had his very first appointment with vetco and it was amazing! They treated Bodie with kindness, affection, and answered every question that I had professionally. They had great personalities and you could tell that they love animals..

I took my dog to this place on May 4th due to his coughing and they did X-rays and the vet said that he had bronchitis? His coughing continued and they wanted to charge me again for more medication that they gave him the first time? Didn't trust him anymore so I took him to Sylvan Veterinary in Modesto and she determined he had a heart murmur and prescribed medication for that. I took him home and he did well I gave my bath and gave his medication and he went to sleep. The next morning he was dead. Don't go to any of these vets if you do good luck.

I went here because this is/ was 1st Street veterinarian. The first street veterinarian doctor Quincy is superb. I've used him for over 20 years. When I made an appointment. I did not realize it would not be with Dr. Quincy. Whoever hired this woman veterinarian they have should really do a double check. She's slow inefficient. Shows absolutely no confidence in herself. Which she shouldn't because she doesn't know what she's doing. I will definitely make sure when I'm making appointment. I make it in the future so that I can get in with Dr. Quincy. Vetco admit, you made a mistake and fix it!
