Waiter and waitresses were awesome! Very prompt after we ordered, great sense of humor. Food was great. Drinks were ok.OK. And we had a large group, with multiple tabs. It was fun!

Food was delicious! I'm honestly not a big fan of burgers but..... I love Red Robin's burgers. My family and I enjoyed our time there. A definite favorite place of ours for a family dinner.

I came here with my friend at 9 pm on 4/29. We came in then a couple came in a few minutes after. They were helped and got seated first which was a little annoying. Everyone was acting like they didn't want to be there. (I get it, it's Friday night). I ordered the simply grilled chicken with a salad and my friend ordered the whatever hamburger that has the black pepper sauce on it with bacon. She said it was too sweet to eat. My chicken sandwich was extremely small. Way smaller than a hamburger. (Why pick and choose what to do shrinkage on?) I asked for an extra patty and was charged 3.70 without telling me. Plus my salad had cheese, when I specifically asked for no cheese. My friend also had to wait a long time for a refill. They treated us like we were burdens. If a place really doesn't want to serve, then just say so, so I can use my money elsewhere.

We always go here for vegetarian burgers but since last couple or three times it is not been the greatest experience. We ordered a burger with steamed broccoli to get the worst broccoli you can get, and a burger with fries that had total of 9 fries to be exact! The burning love burger is all about jalapeno and we got a whole raw jalapeno with it, barely even cooked. Catchup packets looked like they were handled with sticky hands. Worst experience at Red Robin!

Worst service ever. Had to ask for utensils. Only brought 1/2 our drinks, had to ask for the rest. Brought the wrong shake. Never asked if we wanted drink refills nor fries for the "bottomless fries". Left dirty dishes on the table until we left. From our table, we could see 3 of the servers standing there just socializing. Guess the customers don't count. The place was half empty for obvious reasons. The locals know not to go there.

Good food. Good place to take the whole family and good for events, celebrations. Good size waiting area. Friendly and helpful staff. Good amount of parking. Wait time varies. Outdoor dining. Curbside delivery. They cater. They have a bar with TVs. Clean and big size indoor dining area. Definitely recommend this location.

Had an interview there today at 1:30 pm. I arrived early and waited for a hostess to let the manager know I was there for an interview. The hostess didnt show up till 10 mins. later. Then was seated and waited another 28mins for the manager to show up and never showed up. No one EVER came to let me know she was running late or anything. That was super rude that they have no consideration for people who come in to interview and I can just imagine what type of treatment the manager has for employees or the type of environment they work in and by the looks of their reviews and what locals say about them they dont give good service. So dissapointing.

Staff and manager were top notch. Service is really good and burgers are worth it. Fries garlic even better. Can't go wrong with red robin here in Turlock! Thank you!

One of our family’s favorite restaurants. Love the Whiskey River BBQ burger. Every time I would go I would get the same burger. Then one day we went and didn’t feel like a burger. So I tried one of my all time favorites, the fish and chips but never tried here. So I tried and really liked it. It will be a tough choose next time. Now I work there, I can say the staff does care about the business and the customers. They do keep the place clean and have good servers that do care. Now I have tried a few more things. The wraps are really good, the crispy chicken sandwich is awesome and probably my new favorite.

Service was almost non existent. Three tables in the bar had people. There were times when there were 3 or 4 waitresses or bartenders at the end of the bar (more staff than seated tables) and despite attempting to get their attention, no one came to ask if I wanted anything else. There was what seemed like 10-15 min when all staff had abandoned the bar completely. They took my order and thats the last time I spoke to anyone. I had planned on sitting there for a bit and ordering at least one more drink and watch the game. But wasn’t about to stay to get ignored.

The service I received last night (August 2, 2023) was absolutely great. My table came in pretty close to closing and I recognize we might might have been an inconvenience however this didn’t stop the staff from giving us some top notch service, every worker was super polite and accommodating to our needs, and they were not rushing us at all to get out despite us being there a little after closing. I appreciate the staff here for giving me a great experience. And on top of that, the food was quite good as well. Only spent $16 for a good quality burger as well as unlimited fries, which is only a little more expensive than a large combo at most fast food places where the quality would not have been as good.

My family and I visited the other day, and I had the BEST veggie burger I've ever had! It's so nice having a restaurant close by with vegetarian options, and this place really does have a great veggie burger and veggies!! I love that they give you bottomless sides and drinks! You really get your money's worth! The staff working on Friday evening were so kind and attentive! Almost everyone who was working would ask if we needed anything, not just our waitress, and they were on top of it! Not only that, but I could also hear them being kind and helpful to each other, which was sweet! Must be a good team :D I highly recommend this location! Never had a bad experience here and been coming since the early 2000's!

Had to take a Bassracker's Doughploder and 2 magazines to my pal Creamer Pearbottom down in Turlock to his almond farm so he can finaly do away with those pesky squatters on his scratch field. Boy, that'll sure do the trick, just hope no one finds out. Creamer was so happy to get the Doughploder he hooked me up with a salad from the Red Robin Gourmet Burger Restaurant, wow a salad! I guess someone told him I've turned into one of those vegetarian things, who knows? Anyway the salad from Red Robin was amazing, it was so good I got a double cheeseburger to go. ☆☆☆☆☆

Just a cold and not welcoming experience. I had a drink and some mozzarella sticks that were really good but the bartender was just there. Not the personality you want if you're trying to have a booming business. Get a bartender, not a kid that's just there for a paycheck.

Took my mom for lunch the server her name is Julia was awesome even the manger Jennifer always brought me refill of Arnold Palmer without asking. The staff there were on point. Service was awesome will come back again. You guys rock.

First time to eat here as I was told that they have bottomless sides. That was a good thing. However, I was thinking that there would be varied options or choices. There is not much to choose from but it was still okay. We ate enough to make us full. Service was quick. Food was okay. I was happy that I have tried it but it is not something that I would crave to come back for.

Service was slow. Ordered meals with bottomless fries but no one ever offered refills, same for drinks. Ordered burgers with "some pink" but they were over cooked. We waited 25 min for an appetizer, which arrived 2 min before our meal. No one was rude or anything, but the service was just inattentive. Normally I would just chalk this up to one bad server, but other tables were having the same issue.

The entrance is odd. Parking in the back. Main entrance obviously in the front. Depending which way you go around will determine your experience. Went around the East end and took a tour around the dumpsters and alley cats. Place was understandably dead being it was about an hour and a half from closing on a Sunday night. You would have figured the service would be fast and easy. Wrong. Doesn't always work that way. Other than taking a long time and the food not being the greatest I would only recommend people try it if they were going on a busier night. Experience may be better than mine. Manteca Red Robin is great and had hoped this would be too. This place didn't do it for me and hence the 2 star review.

Came here about 2 or 3 months ago and experienced cold food we haven't been back there until today. Today was by the worst experience I had at red robin. To start the servers do not know the menu well enough they repeatedly got our tables food mixed up, on top of that when our food did come out there was a Long hair in my ranch, the burgers were cold and the service for the bottomless fries is ridiculous. The burgers are suppose to be gourmet but I have yet to experience that. The service, the quality and overall state of this restaurant has really declined and I will not be returning.

I had ordered a large pizza which wasn't bad taste wise, roasted chicken salad with veggies, grated cheddar cheese,,wranch topping and cheese sauce, and a large bud light, staff is welcoming.

We came here for my son's graduation. We had to wait a little but it wasn't long. The food was great and the waiters were very attentive. They weren't filling up the restaurant to its max so it was a nice atmosphere. My husband's hamburger was somewhat undercooked and when I mentioned it they had the chef come out to talk us personally. I think they were understaffed but did great taking care of us. The appetizers came out fast and the food came in a timely manner. Can't wait to go back.

We love to eat at Red Robin's when visiting Turlock but I'm giving them only 3 stars because I've noticed the place is going down. The food is mostly good but I've noticed from my last few visits that the outside isn't cleaned up much and their outdoor plants look worse with each visit. But I'm mostly concerned with the inside of the restaurant which seems to only get minmal cleaning and several spots I could tell hadn't been cleaned in weeks. My concern is that not caring for the cleanliness of their business could mean the same for the food they serve. Hoping they clean it up as if I see the same issues on my next visit, that would be my last visit.

The food used to be pretty decent. Went back for the first time in awhile. The food was cold and the onion straws stringy instead of crunchy. Service was not great but they were at least friendly and I wish them the best. Got a side salad and had to wait quite a long time for just a fork. Hopefully things improve soon!

Every time I go here I get the broccoli and it is always super old. They're just taking bagged pre-cut broccoli and microwaving it. If you want fresh vegetables look elsewhere.

3:30 pm is the best time to come if you want everything fast fresh and fabulous 🤩
