Wonderful place to enjoy a cigar or smoke my pipe. They are friendly and helpful but not pushy. Other places in town can't compare when it comes to the personnel vitola has brought in. Top notch cigar selection with lots of seating areas. Must try when in Tuscaloosa!!!!

What a fantastic place and a breath of fresh air. The staff is knowledgeable but never pushy f,but never overbearing. Smoking areas outside, upstairs, and downstairs with televisions everywhere. It's a great place to grab a cigar and watch a game. A+ highly recommended.

Very nice place. Good prices and a great variety of cigars. Very friendly staff also. The Arturo fuente double chateau is one of my favorites. It's a really good cigar if you prefer a milder cigar. The Arturo fuente king b is a great one also, it's a little stronger but not too bad.

Had a really fun experience here, I learned about cigars, and Alabama. Bottom line was that the staff AND the patrons were all super friendly. Feeling welcome at a place when you're from out of town is great. If your like cigars and bourbon stop by and find out for yourself!

Visited for the first time today, and loved it! Bigfoot was super helpful and gave my husband some sound advice on what to try. I explored the lounge in the back, which was quite handsome. The entire store is masculine, sophisticated, and quite relaxing. It was pristinely clean, including the restrooms. I highly recommend coming in to shop and to spend some time. We will be back, sooner rather than later.

Place is LARGE. Bigger than you think when u first walk in. At first you are greeted with a glass box filled with a plethora of different CIGARS. If your not sure of what CIGAR MOOD your in the host is happy to give recommendations. He RECOMMENDED me with Churchill’s last hour cigar after giving me a brief history lesson. Beautiful humidor, and nice selection of cigars. They are finally serving a few types of alcohol. Which coupled with the recent friendlyness of the staff, makes thier rating go up. The smoke eaters are way too loud, they have good music playing but is still drowned out by the excessive amount of smoke eaters and it makes it harder to converse with a buddy. Cant really hear the games being played either. Up stairs tv has no sound and it was dirty, ashes all over ground, bottles everywhere, full ashtrays- this was before 12pm. Only had 1 guy working so this could be atributed to that. But other times it wasnt as bad but not like other places. All the seating is rediculously uncomfortable-hard leather and metal stools- imo not fit for a lounge, more of a come and go place. Hard to find parking which is a deterrent sometimes. Has potential to be a cool place, but they are not there yet

Staff is wonderful and the place is calm and welcoming. They have the best selection in town. Great place to unwind without drama unlike another establishment in town. Great location and close to everything Downtown!

The nicest lounge in town with the best selection of cigars. River was an absolute gentleman as soon as I walked thru the door he greeted me asked if he could make any suggestions or anything to make my experience better. You can buy cigars anywhere but lounges sell an experience and customer service. Thoes guys have it down to a T. Plus they have a massive humidor.

In town for work over the past few months and need a local place to get some sticks. Staff super helpful and the selection was great. I haven't stayed and smoked there but I love the concept. Wish this was local to me in NJ!

It's a pleasant place; the employees are helpful and welcoming. I often drop by during lunchtime to enjoy a cigar and relax.
