My favorite nail salon. Bi is my nail technician. He’s great. I only have to get fill ins every three weeks. The hold power is strong. I opt for the gel polish as opposed to regular polish. The salon is always clean. Staff is friendly and professional.

Absolutely Terrible. I came in and got a simple acrylic fill in with basic white gel polish. I came back not even 24 hours later and asked them to fix the horrible job. She told me it was my fault but I had done absolutely nothing to my nails and told me it was make up when I don’t even wear make up. I truly believe the polish was expired due to the fact that when I put it in the gel dryer it was initially yellow and dried white. I asked the guy before he was done if that was normal and he said yea. When checkout the lady went out her way to tell me the white gets dirty but it seemed like she knew something was wrong with polish and wanted to save their butts on the back in. I then asked for her to give me a color change because they messed my nails up in the first place and she insisted I pay even tho it was their fault. Not to mention it was very very streaky and poorly shaped. It would’ve taken them nothing to redo their poor work but they rather blame the costumer. It may be cheap but you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to their services and customer service. I will never come back here and my friends have decided to not come back as well. Very poor experience I’ll stick to Tuscaloosa nails. Update: they responded to my review telling me to call and when I did they said they were busy and would call me back. They never did pathetic salon.

Tina is the best nail artist i’ve ever had. She is so sweet and funny. She always takes her time and you can tell she tries her best. My nails always look so good and I get so many compliments on them.

I came into today to get a fill in and pedi. I am very pleased with my nails. My nails were spot on! The guy at chair 9 is awesome! Thanks doing my nails exactly like the picture.

Kelly is the absolute best! She made my daughter very happy as she always makes me! We will absolutely be back!

Tina (chair #8) was awesome! Awesome customer service to start off..which always sets the tone. She then went on to genuinely want to help me with picking the colors from a picture I showed her and she nailed it. Tina was professional yet inviting. Excellent job Tina. I loved everything about this visit, the conversation, her professionalism, and the shape of my nails fits my hand. No press on look for me ! 😂See ya soon Tina

I had come here several years ago and had had a very bad experience but recently decided to try them again. Everything has changed so much since my first time to come. I’ve gone twice in the last couple of months and both times I was greeted promptly and had my pedicure started almost immediately. Both technicians were very nice and I was pleased with my service and found the price to be reasonable. I will definitely continue to go back.

My daughter and I both got gel polish manicures and pedicures. It was her first mani pedi. We both enjoyed our experience. Our nail techs were really kind. We asked for advice for my daughter’s thumbnail as it was caught in car door a month or so ago and with prom tonight she wanted it to be uniform with her other nails. One of the gentleman nail techs applied an acrylic nail so well you can’t tell her nail was still regrowing. This nail salon has a 100 for their health rating and the salon has numerous safety measure like disposable liners for the pedicure foot soak and tools sealed from having been in an autoclave. We now have a new favorite nail salon. 11/3/23 - Another wonderful pedicure. Thanks for helping me take care of myself. After knee surgery in the spring, taking care of my toes are not as easy. B.A.B.Y. Nails makes it convenient and easy to come in and have my nails cared for and pretty polish done too.
