I
only
gave
one
star
because
zero
wasn’t
an
option.
On
move
in
day
we
were
told
to
come
back
later
because
they
weren’t
ready
for
us.
Once
we
got
in
the
unit
we
entered
an
88
degree
apartment
because
the
air
conditioner
was
broken
and
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
to
fix
it
so
we
ended
up
with
window
units
for
around
a
month.
When
the
toilet
was
flushed
for
the
first
time
water
rushed
out
of
the
base
of
the
apartment
requiring
a
new
toilet
to
be
installed
add
in
a
total
mess
of
an
apartment
and
half
painted
walls
and
it’s
clear
they
didn’t
spend
any
time
preparing
the
rooms
and
didn’t
use
the
money
to
clean
it.
Good
luck
if
you
need
anything
fixed
in
your
apartment
or
if
you
don’t
have
furniture
most
students
didn’t
get
furnished
apartments
until
the
spring
when
the
furniture
that
was
promised
finally
came
in.
Add
in
living
next
to
the
train
tracks
and
you’re
better
off
living
anywhere
else
on
campus.
When
it
came
time
for
move
out
we
left
the
place
in
much
better
shape
than
we
received
it
but
that
didn’t
stop
state
from
billing
us
for
paint
charges
for
a
room
we
got
that
was
two
different
colors,
or
charging
us
$233
dollars
each
for
a
fully
functioning
microwave
which
we
have
pictures
of
fully
cleaned
which
also
is
funny
when
you
can
find
the
same
microwave
$260
online
in
any
store.
So
if
you
or
your
child
is
looking
to
move
into
an
embarrassment
of
an
apartment
complex
where
all
they
care
about
is
the
bottom
line
sign
your
lease
at
state
on
campus
today!
