It’s my husband’s birthday. We are here to support the live music act. We just waited 45 minutes for an appetizer that was delivered cold when it’s supposed to be hot. And it’s not particularly crowded. Table beside us was not greeted and asked for their order for an hour. They are here to support the performer, too. If not for her, then we would have departed long ago.

Our waitress was great and the view was beautiful. The prices were reasonable for a hotel restaurant. However, the food is just not good. We tried the nachos and the flatbread. The cheese was a very odd consistency and the chicken was dry. We also had to wait awhile for our food. This would be fine for drinks but I do not recommend eating there.

Great concept, but terrible service. The appeal of this place is that it is a rooftop bar, however, the hostess would not allow anyone to sit outside. The appetizer came out with the main course and the waitress gave misinformation about what the appetizer consisted of. The owner should be aware of how this restaurant is being mismanaged. This was on 5/10.

We were here for a casual dinner. The restaurant is clean and has a good view. The food is very good, exceeding our expectations! The price is reasonable. I saw many negative reviews. Maybe they haven’t been consistent with the quality of food and service over the years. But we had a very good experience for our first time here.

It was a beautiful day today and we thought we’d have a beautiful time at a place that we could always catch a breeze and have good food and drinks. Sadly, the service and quality of food was lack thereof. Our server had a lack of knowledge of the menu, did not come to check on us, and our food was cold. After speaking with the manager, we thought it’d improve. The server basically disappeared. The manager offered apologies and to take the food off the tab; thanks to that, but that wasn’t the point. Please provide better service as the menu and atmosphere has so much potential.

I came to the hotel for the rooftop bar with a group of friends a month ago and will at the front desk was condescending and rude when I asked which elevator was for the rooftop bar, he was unprofessional and acted like we inconvenienced him while he was on his phone. We first sat down at the lookout railing but it is falling apart so we moved to the couches. Our server was very friendly but when asked to light the fire pit she said that only managers do that. And again servers were on their phones, it seems that managers allow this everywhere in the hotel?? Food was just okay. I have come to the lookout for food and drinks over the years and find that it is ideal for girls night however I have noticed that the hotel itself is not as charming as it once was, the building needs to be repainted, the terrace upstairs at the lookout seems to be falling apart, and quite honestly this has not been my first experience interacting with front desk agents. We will be going to the homewood suites 205 from now on.

Love this place! Beautiful views, great food (the black bean burger is delicious!), and great service! Samantha is a wonderful bartender and server!! Definitely go check them out if you get a chance!

Nice concept but the drinks are way to expensive. Paid $13 for a small margarita and while I was sitting at the bar drinking my drink all of the employees are just standing around not doing anything. Not the best experience!

Service was friendly but pretty slow. Menu was VERY limited. Crab bites were good but my chicken skewers were almost insulting. Dry, bland chicken on skewers with teriyaki sauce slopped on like a kids meal. Pretty disappointed for what I paid.

I loved to eat Pecan salad in the restaurant; however, the salad ingredients recently changed. The menu needs to be updated.

The place is very beautiful, esp in the outdoor area. The service was really nice. The food, however, was okay and not the best.

The worst restaurant in town We waited for a 1.5 hour for a burger after asking for several times. The waitress didn’t even check on us. The food was actually cold after it arrived. Don’t recommend the place at all
