i just went up to taco bell for late night food for me and my family. i get home my taco has someone’s hair stuck in it. so i have my sister call up there and nicely tell them. and a girl answers the phone and says she didn’t make the food and she’s the only girl working and we’re tripping and hangs up. so out of pocket for costumer service. need some new workers that are respectful back to upset costumer’s.

Do not order here. Wrong item. Obvious poor training/employees. Don’t waste your time or money.

By far one of the best taco bells I have stopped at. One of few places that actually cooks the flour tortillas properly. Most of the time one side is raw. The service was great the seating area was clean and the food was hot and fresh. The hard shells were crisp not stale. The flour tortillas were soft. All around great experience.

For starters they didn’t give us what we had ordered. So after driving some distance we realized the order was wrong. When we went back to the Taco Bell, we went inside only to see the place was a complete mess. The inside of the restaurant had food all over the floor and the employees were not very clean looking. The place was not busy at any time during our two visits there. Trash cans were overflowing with garbage. We got our order and left. Got about 10 min down the highway and when we went to open the bag to get our food out, the chicken casadia was very flat no chicken in it and I was very upset. When I called the store to speak to a manager, he answered the phone and sounded completely clueless and not one time during the phone call did he apologize to me for my order and the quality of the food being so bad! This place is run by children from the manager on down. Someone needs to get them some real training on proper manners and better hygiene.

Not a fan of Taco Bell but when I do get food from here it is good for what it is. Service is normally good and fast. Parking lot has some SERIOUS pot holes. If you see water, don't drive thru it.

I ordered a chicken power bowl and extra of everything and this is what I got. They actually forgot the chicken and I had them add it. It’s not worth the $9.

Better than your typical Taco Bell and that's because of the staff/crew. They are always pleasant and cheerful which is what keeps me coming back.

We got the $5 trio, it was filling. They surely didn't skimp on the meat. Most meat I've had in a taco at any other Taco Bell. My burrito supreme was stuffed..so good, now I'm stuffed 😁😋🌯🌮🥤

Went through the Drive thru. Got what we ordered, except asked for the super hot sauce and just got the hot sauce. Food tasted good.

Ordered 2 nacho bell grandes and the guy behind the counter said they couldn't serve them to me because they didn't have the proper bowl for my order...I said I didnt care if it was in a box. Tried to argue with me and not give me my order because their boss would get after them for using a box...seemed like a ridiculous thing to bring up to a customer. If you don't have the right bowl, that's on you...not me. I shouldnt have to change what I ordered because you weren't fully prepared for your potential customers.

Was at this location they had messed up multiple people's food some one else asked to speak to the manager and got no response. And the they called the cops and said we would not leave the building not only was I not doing anything. But then the cancelled the cops and I called the to file a complaint on the store for filing a false police report. Avoid this location at all cost. I also asked for a refund and had to wait over 10 minutes to get it and only got a partial refund. Also one of the employees was flipping off someone in the drive threw.

Fired my husband because he was sick and didn’t even tell him he was fired they told him if he didn’t come in with a dr note his hrs was gonna be cut but they took him off the schedule 100% and never said anything to him. He was still sick when they took him off he hadn’t even gotten to go back into work. 10/10 don’t recommend working here. It’s nothing but drama and the gm gives his buddies all the hours and they smoke weed on the clock🤷🏼‍♀️

Restaurant was very clean, food was hot and fresh, and the staff were very well trained. Very nice seeing young people taking pride in their jobs these days

I went here and the worker said they were out of every single thing except tacos. Somehow I doubt that but if it is true management needs to do a better job at inventory.

This is one of the best Taco Bells I've ever been to. I've been multiple times and every time the workers are amazing and very kind. The food is good and consistent. Wonderful place.

This is the second time now in 2 months, that I've come for a Taco Bell breakfast at 10:30, and they tell me they're all out of breakfast. How could you offer breakfast... and then when somebody goes in order it you say "oh, we're all out..."

Stopped at this location on the way through. Ordered food a specific way and was unable to eat most of it because it wasn't prepared correctly. Will not be going back again.
