The Artisan cheese plate is great! And so are the salads, meatballs and the mac and cheese! Update 1/28/2022 - Had a great dinner with fish and chips, spaghetti and meatballs, salad with salmon, linguini and clams, and margerita pizza! Delish!! 😋 Update 3/27/2022 Breakfast was great! All types of egg dishes plus yummy pancakes! Delish!!❤️ 7/10/2022. We tried the breakfast pizza and the steak and eggs. They were both great!

Came here for OC restaurant week. Will never come here again. We should’ve suspected something was up when their restaurant menu was notably different from the one on the restaurant week website. The sea bass was replaced with a much cheaper rockfish, and the dry-aged ribeye was replaced with a normal one. These are both cost-saving changes but there was absolutely no notification about these changes nor was there any change to the price. This is sad but there’s nothing to complain about if the food is good. So despite this, I decided to order a 14oz NY strip steak for $40. This would have been great dog food—no pepper, no salt, and greatly overcooked. Unfortunately, I am a human and therefore did not like it. I ordered it medium-rare but it arrived clearly medium-well (if I’m being generous). One can somewhat forgive this mistake with proper seasoning but unfortunately the steak was missing any seasoning whatsoever. They just threw a piece of butter on it afterwards (the steak was clearly not butter basted and clearly no herbs or spices were introduced at any point in the cooking process) and called it a day. I would be upset if I got served this steak at Denny’s for $10, let alone $40… the vegetables were also barely cooked and essentially unseasoned. The mashed potatoes were pretty good but I think I’d need more than 3 bites of mashed potatoes for $40. You might think that the chef just screwed up on a single order but my friend also ordered the same item and it was equally unseasoned and overcooked. I guess they’re consistent at least? Now, at this point, you might just think: “oh, so just the steak is bad”. I wish that was the case. My two other friends ordered a chicken parm and a clam linguine pasta, both standard dishes. Both of them were terrible. The chicken parm had no sauce and tasted like they cut apart some cherry tomatoes and poured the juice in to serve as the sauce. The clam linguine also had a very watery “sauce”. The only outlier dish was the garlic knots, which (given the quality of the other dishes) was surprisingly edible. Given that we ordered 5 dishes and that one of them was edible, I give them 1/5 stars. TL;DR: If you are thinking about coming here for a steak you should just visit PetCo and pick up some dog food for better value. If you have to come here then get the garlic knots and avoid the steak and pasta. Even better, just don’t come here.

Employees were friendly and took care of our needs. We waited a short while for a table while they opened up the dining room side (bar side was already open)for dinner. Once seated our order was taken quickly and came out correct. I had the meatball pizza. It was tasty. Bathroom was clean as well.

We always have a great time when we go to 17th Street, Grill. Kenny is a great host and Thaer is a fabulous waiter! We always look forward to a comfortable happy atmosphere. My husband loves their House-made Lasagna and I love their Apple Salad with Salmon and of course, wine Wednesdays! Sometimes I order the Apple Salad without a protein and it is still delicious. I am looking forward to having my Christmas Luncheon here this December. I know Kenny & Company will make the event special and Fabulous! 17th Street Grill is a gem!

Unfortunately not the best. I probably chose the one thing on the menu that was very bad and sad looking. One of their pastas! I was hesitant to return it because I was with company but I think it’s important to say that was below average for a place like this . Service was fine just not the best food.

The place was amazing! When we got there I was so hungry all I wanted was steak or chicken so we went with the tri-steak. The tri-steak is so delicious but what happened was shocking. The chef is antes to try something new with the steak so he tried something and the boss got so mad he was FUMING!!! When I was served, the steak was AMAZING!! So we tipped the guy $20

It seems they are under staffing here because every time I have been here it takes forever to get acknowledged, and even longer to get your food or beverage. To be frank I'm not the only one that feels this way. I'm over this place and I won't be coming back! And the usual reply is... owners blame this terrible service on "no good employees since covid" well...what was your excuse before covid? This place has ALWAYS had dirty (do not drink tap!) beer tap pipes (which you can taste) and terrible service!!! Getting to the point I rather stay home!!

I order the turkey chili which was okay and the apple salad which was delicious! The service was great! Although it's very noisy, I would go back again. There was a company luncheon goin on in the patio and that may have contributed to the extra loudness.

Delicious food. Had the artichoke as an appetizer and the tomato basil pasta. All were cooked to perfection. Would come again to try all other items. Surprised that it was Italian inspired. Didn't expect that from the name. Also, delicious bread! I gave a 4, only because we were charged for the bread that was placed on the table. Not a huge amount, but thought it was free like other restaurants since we weren't asked and then charged for it. Overall, it was a good new place to add to our restaurant list.

Food is always good. Went to comedy night a couple of months ago and it was great...pretty clean! Tonight however was not clean at all. I took my daughter and mother in law and it was a terrible experience. Sorry to see the content went so south.

We love this hidden gem, it use to be zito’s. But now it’s even better, our favourite is sitting at the bar & getting served by Brian. Hea such a great server , He’s so kind, fast & friendly, it’s better than being with family. Food is delicious & can’t beat the prices. Easy on & off freeway . Great menu & cook’s. So happy to be back at this golden little gem .

First I had to wait to be seated. Then I had to wait 20 min before a server came by to get my drink order. Then once I got my order it was more of an appetizer then a sandwich. The place was real cold ask 2 times to put up the heat but it never happened. Why if you can write a negative review. Why can't you leave a negative tip??

Great place for lunch. Cheery and happy people greeted us. Service was prompt, food was good. I selected the Organic mixed green salad with pepitas, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and a light citrus dressing topped with a large slice of grilled salmon. The fish was moist and flavorful. This restaurant is close to the freeway in the Enderle Shopping Center. Convenient for lunch or after-work cocktail hour.

Came here for brunch one weekend and the whole place felt a little "off". It was a bit of a ghost town, maybe only two or three other groups where there. Food was just okay, not bad, but nothing spectacular either. I'd be willing to give the benefit of a doubt and say maybe this spot is more interesting at dinner time, will have to give it another try.

We are Navy Recruiters that work 5 minutes away and wanted a nice meal. My co-work got a salad that looked like they did not want to take the time to shred the lettuce and gave him the core of a head of lettuce. I received a Parmesan Chicken Pasta with no sauce. When I asked for Parmesan they came back with grated Parmesan in a glass shaker. Very disappointed considering our meals were expensive and the restaurant had an elegant setting. This place has great potential but definitely has room for improvement. Unfortunately will not come back again and probably will try the nearby restaurants.

Always reliable breakfast here. Our waitress was about as speedy as anyone I've ever seen. There were 25 of us and she managed quite well. Impressive.
