I started at this OrangeTheory in Tustin back in 2018 and have been going ever since! The workouts are challenging and fun. The biggest motivator to come back though, is the staff. From Liz at the front, to Mel and James in the studio, every aspect of this OTF in Tustin is why I’ve kept coming back. If you haven’t tried it, do it. You’ll get more than just a great workout, you’ll get a great community.

If I could leave a 0 review I would. Came in to try a class while visiting my mom. I tend to work remote from LA and OC. Arrived to a Tall Black Lady named Marie (description in case she gave me her wrong name) who welcomed me with attitude as to why I didn’t arrive 30 min before class and forcing me to give her my job information and personal data I did not feel comfortable providing at which point she turned and said get out of my studio you are irate and you will never come here again. Called security for no reason and refused to give me her name hence the description of her being a Tall Black woman who may or may not have given me her true name, she says she is the supervisor of the franchise. Nonetheless I will never try another Orangetheory studio anywhere I go because of this experience. Equinox and Barry’s do not force you to provide private information. She also failed to explain the need for any information until after she decided to call security. She assumed I was there for a free class instead of looking herself in the mirror and checking her attitude and stereotypes at the door. I hope the owner of this studio makes some changes.

I love visiting this studio. It has updated treadmills and rowers. Staff is friendly and coaches are great. Check out Coach Melanie. She is FIRE! If she doesn’t motivate you, I don’t know who or what will. I have been to 40+ studios and this one is amazing! Check it out! As for the Orangetheory experience, the workouts are for beginners and advanced. It matters not what your current fitness level is, you will become your best self via OTF.

OTF Tustin is the best place for an efficient, fun and effective full-body workout. The coaches are great! Mel and Mark have been the consistent cheerleaders I need. Lakana is full of energy and very attentive. The vibe is so positive, the music is motivating and everyone who works there is super supportive and fun. The managers are also awesome, and Liz will even jump in on class to motivate her friends.

I have been going to OrangeTheory Tustin for about 3 years now, and I consider this place to be my home away from home. The front desk is so welcoming and friendly. Mari, the manager, has been there for a short time and has already made noticeable positive changes felt by members. Emily and Julia, who just usually happen to there mostly at the time I go, are always there with a smile and ready to get us assigned to our stations. The workouts are so good, and don't require you to think. You just book the class, walk-in and get an amazing workout. While all the coaches are all great, Mel is one coach you'd definitely want to take a class with. No slacking allowed with her, she will coach you, correct your form and push you to be better than you were yesterday, every... day! Lakana, is another coach to look for as well, She is full of energy, pushes you and challenges you, and has some awesome playlists! The studio is always super clean, and so are the bathrooms. If you live in the area and are looking for a way to get your workout in without much fuss, try OTF Tustin, you won't regret it! I'm also there 5 days a week, so maybe we'll even cross paths and become workout buddies

I was unsure how I felt about group fitness until I tried OTF Tustin! The classes are definitely intense but I must say they’re one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to build cardio and get toned or burn calories, this is definitely the place for you, and if you need any motivation, their staff and coaches are very welcoming and encouraging

I really like OTF but this location is really inflexible and I will be recommending friends and family go to a different location. The two streets leading up to this location currently have construction going on so 4 lanes merge into one lane. This caused me to be one minute off the cut off time and the person I talked with didn’t want to hear me out or let me reschedule. I made my reservation for this 9:40am Monday class, 20 mins prior to class to make sure I could go. Had I known I was going to run into so much traffic, I wouldn’t have made the reservation. The person I was talking to seemed to not care at all about talking with me as she was looking at the computer while I was talking with her and just kept on acting like she was proud about this class still counting. Maybe she had a bad weekend but at least have a positive customer service conversation and interaction. All in all, typically OTF is great, however I won’t be coming back or recommending this location.

The 8:30am classes at Tustin Orangethoery are the absolute best! Coaches Mel, Mel & Ari are very supportive as they kick our butts! In all seriousness this is a great gym and a great group of people to work out with!

This is by far my favorite gym ever. I’ve tried so many others like 24hr fitness but I just give up because I get stuck and don’t know what to do. Orangetheory will continue being my favorite gym. With this gym you see results if you’re consistent and the staff is amazing

OTF Tustin is amazing - the workouts are challenging every time and the coaches are truly the best. They take the time to encourage you and motivate you and correct your form when necessary. It's a great workout and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a challenging fitness routine.

I signed up for OTF Irvine's introductory class on 10/1 through the website but realized OTF Tustin was more ideal for my commute to work. I was able to sign up for a 7:20am class at Tustin instead and for the following Monday, 10/3. When I arrived, I was greeted by Joseph at the counter. He turned me away saying I already took multiple classes and that my email was flagged. I was confused and tried to clarify that I've never been there. Despite showing him all my texts from the Irvine location, email confirmation for my free class, and even a class confirmation on the app, he was adamant that the system wouldn't even let me go through to try out an intro class. The class was on my app, which he opted to remove for me because it was past the cancellation period (even though he was the one who turned me away.) Joseph offered to show me the rates, which I agreed to since I was already there. He told me the only way I'd be able to attend that day was to buy a drop-in class or sign up for class pass. I tried not to get too frustrated as I felt he was just trying to do his job (in case the system truly wouldn't let him). I let him know I'd sort it out with the Irvine location as I don't want to pay for a class I have yet to try. I drove 30 minutes and even showed up 30 minutes early for orientation per instructions just to get turned away. I called the Irvine location and their employee said she'd be in contact with Tustin to find out what happened. She was really accommodating and really empathetic, contrary to the treatment I received at Tustin. I followed up later that evening and Irvine's staff signed me up without any issue. I made sure that everything was cleared as I didn't want to be turned away again due to a system error. I was able to connect with the Irvine employee I spoke over the phone with after finishing my introductory class. I sought clarification about why I was turned away and she stated that Joseph called that morning. She didn't see anything that flagged me on the account on her end and did not know what the issue was. He gave her a completely different email address than the one I provided. I feel he could have taken steps to double check. Instead, Joseph alluded that the system was right and insisted I already took multiple classes. I even asked which ones I attended just to figure out what was wrong, which he could not answer. He even called Irvine to ask if I was frustrated as if I was going through great lengths to get extra free classes. Normally, I wouldn't want to complain about this matter but I felt the service provided by Joseph at OTF Tustin was extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional. Rather than try to figure out how to resolve an issue, Joseph turned me away and then called the Irvine location to ask about my reaction. It's crazy the lengths he went to be right rather than help a customer. I did sign up through another location but felt that this customer service experience at this specific location should be addressed.

Haven't been active in a few years due to a serious injury. Getting back to a physical lifestyle is daunting, but the staff at Orangetheory were amazing! Got me through the first workout wanting more!!

Although OTF can be admittedly intimidating, the staff at OTF Tustin makes sure I feel comfortable every time I walk into the studio for a workout. I love the energy from the staff and coaches and definitely recommend it for anybody looking to burn calories or simply challenge themselves and find a community.

I love this studio! I've been coming to this OT studio for years and it keeps getting better. All the coaches are so supportive, energetic and there to support you in every aspect of your workout/goals. They push and support you when you need it and every workout is customizable for any fitness level or if you have any injuries and need to substitute an exercise. The staff is approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful with any need so I can focus on my workouts. All the equipment is updated with the latest technology and the studio is always very clean. I'm thankful to have found this studio and all the amazing people I've met from it!

Like many, I was looking to get back into a more regular gym routine post-pandemic. I was in the market for a new gym as I had cancelled my membership with my old one for various reasons. I had always heard great things about Orangetheory and decided to give it a go. It's now been few months since I've been going to OT and I absolutely love it! The workouts have great variety and are challenging, but in the best way. We've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and coaches at the Tustin location who are all incredibly helpful and supportive. I've even referred a few folks, who, in their words, were not 'workout people' and they love it as much as I do!

OTF Tustin is one of the best studios around. This one has all the new and upgraded equipment!! My favorite coaches are Lakana, Ari, and Melissa! I love how we can go to any other OTF gyms around and so I tend to go to Brea and Bella Terra location at times when a new environment keeps things fresh and also having a studio accessible when I travel is amazing. There's always a studio somewhere in a big city like Portland, Hawaii and NYC! Definitely recommend!

Every workout is different so I never get bored and I'm always challenged. The coaches are all fun and personable, while motivating every minute of the workout. Mel, the head coach, is my fave! Love her!

The staff and coaches at this studio are absolutely the BEST! I've been taking classes at OTF Tustin for the past 7 years, and every workout challenges my body each time. Coaches Melanie, Melissa, Ari, and Mark have always been encouraging and motivating members to run faster, row stronger, and lift heavier. Love the studio and the team there!
