Located in the Market Place plaza, A fantastic place to eat, fresh dishes from pancakes to eggs to French toast, coffee , great kids menu. A recommend place for entire family . Great parking . Super rad spot. Lots of outdoor seating, great variety of restaurants, open areas for the kids to run around and play. CLEAN!! We brought our team to eat lunch and found a spot big enough for everyone to enjoy. I'm impressed

This plaza is beautiful and very functional. There is a ton of different store and also a lot of parking space. You can find anything here, it is truly gigantic. All of the stores and the streets outside are neat and clean. It was a pleasure to visit.

We went to b j's and had the whole patio to ourselvesfor Super Bowl. Food and trains for great service was fantastic. Thank you.

This is one of my favorite shopping places. Anything you could possibly need can be found at the shopping center. It is so convenient and everything is easily accessible

Nice store and friendly staff. Quick in and out visits. The self check out carts are nice and easy to use.

Bed & Bath & Beyond always favorite shop but always forget to get the 20% coupon with me to store. They have best kitchen accessories bedding and drapery and I get lucky most of time @ their clearance section to find useful kitchen or bath or drapes or wall hanging decore sometimes for few dollars. Due to pandemic there was no line to get to the store and didn't notice any arrow stickers on floor for social distancing. Wait time to get to cashier was long and took about 15 minutes, I guess because it was Saturday. If you forget your coupon you can go back with your receipt and they will honor it. Great place to shop 😊😊😊🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

I dont like the design of this center, never did or ever will. The parking requires your head to function like a siren that rotates full circle. Cars coming/ going, moving from all directions. I pass on this center & prefer Fashion Island, where you can at least see in all directions driving, parking, etc. Including a better, clear visual of the main store fronts without a barrage of palm trees that at The Market Place are Everywhere obstructing clear view Points. The last thing I need is to ruin my expected time there by getting stressed out in the parking lots.

There are many food and entertainment options. It has a great ambiance and a great place to go out with your family or friends. They have a movie theater and grocery stores. It is a great place and have had many good memories growing up. There is plenty of parking

Stopped in at the See's candy store for my Valentine's Day chocolate purchases for my two special Valentines girls. Got there early this morning to avoid the crowds of last minute shoppers that are sure to flock to See's candy later today and All day tomorrow 🤣. Great selection of great candy and very nice and helpful staff, the price was a little bit higher than last year But, that's ok it's only once a year, and it's fun to splurge on the one's you love, right? 😉 And besides I get to enjoy that great chocolate too. 😋 ☺️

Needs cameras on plaza. They breaking windows on parking lot. Over all nice clean. Love the palms trees. My visit to the Irvine market place is for 24 hours fitness. Love the area. But needs more security and cameras on plaza.

I love this place it's got everything Target boutique stores great food stand-up comedy club at The improv and this place is also fine just to walk around and eat your lunch or enjoy the day with the family. And you can find stores here that should be appealing to just about anybody. Five Stars

Cool place; been coming here since I was a teenager. It’s gone through massive renovation since then. Love the restaurants and the movie theaters in here. The stores not so much.

Always love coming to the tustin marketplace. Sometimes the In n Out line can clog the traffic. Lots of great places to eat and shop, including lots home goods, business supplies, markets, entertainment.

Great shopping center. Really clean and well kept. Has public bathrooms and great selection of shopping and restaurants. It's pretty close to us so we'll stop by every now and again. Just beware it does get crowded on the weekends, but that might apply to all shopping centers in Southern California

Excellent big shopping 🛍 mall. Has everything you may need. The mall is spacious. Has cinema, food, coffees, department stores, and more. It’s an open mall; no corridors or shelters from the elements when moving from a store to the other. The mall is divided into 8 geographic parts. A number of major roads and avenues go through the mall. You will need a transportation to go from some parts to the others. Parking light towers are used to indicate the main businesses in each block (see example below). I’ll add pictures of the directory of all businesses here. In addition, pictures of the overview of the place.

Nice complete Mall although very spread out at least it's all outdoors. Unfortunately it is so spread out to walk from one end to another is actually impractical and this one needs to go back and get their car. Otherwise though nice and sunny in a good collections of shops

Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, thrift goods, home appliances and furnitures, sporting goods, etc. where distance between each establishments is near each other coupled with a cozy ambiance, this place is a complete package for shopping.

There are a lot of nice restaurants here and all of them seem good. The stores are typical and you can find just about anything you need. My only complaint is with the parking. The parking stalls are so narrow that it is near impossible to get in and out of your car. Even if you can use valet mode to park your car other cars will dent yours. I understand there are lots of customers but the expense of dents on a nice car are tough.

Traffic is an issue but other than that it's an excellent shopping area. Lot of food service's and all kinds of stores, Home Depot, Best Buy, REI and a ton of furniture stores.

Great variety of eateries - Mexican Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, American. Plus YougartLand! Wonderful outdoor eating area also. Many retail stores, including Target. Check it out. There is plenty to do. Ample parking.

Looks of great spots for shopping, awesome nail salon, movie theater and several dining options. Plus Starbucks opens at 4:30 a.m. and has a beautiful relaxing patio area where one can easily conduct early morning business calls, virtual meetings in a quiet beautiful outdoor setting. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

Used to be a great place to come and enjoy. Now you can't even park to enjoy the restaurants and movie theater with closing off the whole one side for building more apartments. Just made it suck. We had to drive around for 15 min to find a place to park to go to Handles.

Nice, large shopping and dining area on the left and right side of the street. Not really in walking distance of one another. It's probably best to break each section up and drive from one to another.

I go to this market a lot. They have a regal theater there and I enjoy the movies. They also have some great restaurants that I have been in and an Amazon market is across the street. Hobby lobby used to be there, but they left this particular mall. That is the only thing that I can see that is a downside, but it's business for them. Would recommend this mall to anyone.

This courtyard area is beautifully kept and clean. It's so nice to be able to eat a meal or drink a coffee in the outdoor seating and under the umbrellas.

I highly recommend the grass-fed steak and mash potatoes as well as the coconut milk mint lime drink. It's so refreshing and delicious. Eli was our server and he is the sweetest person ever! Super friendly and constantly smiling making this our favorite location to grab a bit to eat. We will definitely be back for the great quality in food but also for his genuine hospitality!

Love this little shopping center! They have a great movie theater here! Several places to eat. Home stores to shop in.

This shopping plaza has everything! There's all kinds of eateries, department stores, and boutiques. A person could easily kill a day here shopping, looking around, or people watching. I love it!

My purpose for visiting the Market Place was to view the movie "His Only Son" at the Regal theater. It was quite good, the theatre ambience was clean, the employees were helpful. I was happy to see that this movie that positively depicted the Bible theme was being shown. Hopefully this will not only continue to be popular but will also impact the spiritual need of the community.

Very nice and clean shopping center. We were going to Best Buy and ended up walking around. It's a great place and it was a beautiful day. Tons of stores and eateries to enjoy. Check it out, you're gonna love it 👍🏼

Marketplace is great for a long day of shopping with the wife and kids with a wide variety of stores and shops for anyone's personal needs. I have to mention there's a great variety of restaurants located in or around the shopping center. The shopping center is my go-to place when I need to buy something for myself or my household. The location is right off the 5 Freeway Jamboree exit so you can't miss it and parking is never a problem. So once again great place to shop and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is an amazingly beautiful and well-planned marketplace. The parking lots and streets are wide. That makes it easy to maneuver and change lanes and to see where you are going. The collection of stores is wonderful. You really don't need to go anywhere else! Great restaurants as well. Such a beautiful place.

Fun lots of things to do. Lots of things to do great atmosphere and fun places to eat parking could be hard to find but there is plenty's spots just a lot of traffic.

Lots of restaurants and shops to check out. Parking can be difficult, especially at dinner time and weekends. Class 302 is one of our favorites in the marketplace plaza, definitely worth checking out!
