Pizza was delicious. 1 topping. Large. Pepperoni, with coupon came to 9.54$. Regular price was 20$ something dollars. Customer service was in point. Although when I 1st entered 3 people were there greeting me but it took 3 minutes for them to stop talking and actually ask why I was there. Once treated like a paying customer it went smooth. Then they asked for a tip. I carried out why would I tip. Alas the pizza was delicious hot and only took 20 minutes.

My mom ordered my boys (5&4) pizza since currently they can’t go to her house. When the delivery driver arrived my boys asked him where grandma was And without skipping a beat he said “ grandma can’t come right now but she asked us to make a very special meal for her boys.” Immediately I was so grateful for him. The food at this location has always been amazing, but the customer service is even better. Thank you so much for being so kind to my little boys!

Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese. Terribly disappointed. There was little to almost no cheese on my pizza. I was so hungry, that we had no choice but to eat it, but it felt like a scam. Especially since they charge extra for more cheese. Willing to give them a try again, but I hope they check their pizzas before serving them up next time.

I ordered one large pizza, a 2 L sierra mist, and their cookie dessert. It said it was going to take about 29 to 38 minutes. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. It took an hour and 45 minutes for me to get my food. The tracker just kept saying being prepared. When I called them no one answered the phone. I called a second time no answer. Two seconds later I get a text all of a sudden now it’s out for delivery. When the lady came to deliver it one she forgot my soda in the car so she went back to go get it. I opened my pizza and my pizza stone cold. When she brings me my soda it’s not even a 2 L they only have the 16 ounces so they brought me like three of them instead of calling me to ask if I wanted to change it. This is ridiculous having to wait almost 2 hours when it said maybe 30 minutes on top. The fact that they didn’t even call me to let me know it was going to take longer. And they didn’t send it out for delivery until I tried calling them I’m not happy at all

This place is a complete mess and joke! The quality of food is BAD and the customer service is TERRIBLE. There are workers who prefer chat and play in the back of store than serve customers. There is a hispanic woman with ponytail hair and a weird nose who gave me terrible service. When I asked for a couple of dishes, this woman threw them at me. That's not good! Terrible place to order and/or pick up pizza.

Terrible customer service. They messed up with our pizza. We tried calling customer service and the actual store and it was impossible to talk to someone. We had to drive to the store in order to get the problem resolve. We are not going to order from them again

Terrible customer service took over 80 mins for order and delivery an extra 20 minutes. Lost this customer for good

I have always had the best service at this Papa John’s!, and this is my first review of them. I am writing this because they have gone above and beyond this visit!! We ordered 2 pizzas one of which I wanted thin crust, both were order regular crust “my bad” We called back a few minutes later and requested a Thin crust. They were more than happy to oblige. Our delivery arrived within the expected time but unfortunately they were both regular crust.. ok no biggie. A few minutes later there was another knock at the door, another delivery driver! It was our thin crust we called back to request be changed 🙌🏻 No questions asked we were given the other pizza. On top of that the manager called (missed the call) to let us know the other pizza had been dispatched and was on its way. Honesty this is the best service we’ve had from any restaurant or fast food in a long time. Thank you Papa John’s for your continued excellent service!!!

My experience has been consistently bad. First of all they’re customer service is horrible, when you do an online call and you ask about the specials (for example on medium pizza) then do so, they say call the corporate office. Call the corporate office to get a pizza? Second, we enter the store and the person cannot even bother to come to the front and talk and mumbles from the back of the store getting frustrated at us for not hearing her. She then tells us that there is a 35 minute wait and we ask is going to take 35 minutes to make the pizza or to order it and she says she has lots of orders. An ambiguous answer. We then tell her that her customer service is not satisfactory and she say “I know”. This is not the first time this has happened.

Nothing but kids working Friday 17th of February. Screaming, shouting at each other. The little girl doesn't know what deals her company offers and when I tell her that the Papa John's telemarketers offer extra large for $2 more on a $10 pizza she gets a slightly older girl to try to find the deal before telling me it's $22 for a one topping extra large. If you see kids working here when you walk in, do yourself a favor and turn around. TLDR? The older guys know how to run this location and the kids act like they're at daycare!

Well I wanted to try their new garlic stuffed crust pizza but apparently you can only get it in large so then I asked for a thin crust regular pizza medium and they refuse to give that to me unless I got a large so this place can stick it where the sun don't shine because any pizza parlor you can get small medium large extra large but apparently at Papa John's you can only get large!! I'm going somewhere else!!!

I love the pizza here it always has great quality. Customer service is on point. The place is always clean and neat.

This third time when we ordered we put no cut but they cut our pizza any way . we have to wait for them to prep our order again . ,😪
