This pizza hut usually is very satisfying.. However on this last visit I wasn't pleased with the pizza. It seems like it was rushed on the cooking process (and then within the 20 minutes they said it would take to be prepared) somehow was cold when I arrived to pick up! Both were cheese so maybe they gave someone's cancelled order? I dont know. Just disappointed.

I think it is very dishonest for pizza hut to advertise the buy 2 or more for $5 each deal lbut then when the person clicks on it, the top of the page which I missed seeing says $8 medium pizzas. This is really misleading and in trustworthy. I bought 3 med pizza and it said 35 and I couldnt figure out why until I called the store. Then I went back to the website and saw how you tried to mislead customers with your deal.

Your manager is arguing with me this Garlic Parmesan is a dry rub on the phone while they got the order wrong for the unpteenth time! These were suppose to be bone-less….. This place is terrible

I I could give this place a pizza hot location a zero stars I definitely would I order pizza today 4th of July and it said it was going to be deliver in 35 mins and that was at 945pm it was supost to arrive at 1020 pm and never arrived that was really unprofessional will never buy pizza from this place will tell my friends and family about this poor experience

Good service. My order is always right and it's always done on time. I always order online for pick up. Never had a problem. The one thing I didn't like was how greasy the breadsticks were the first time I ordered here. Those things were dripping in grease and the paper and the box were very soiled. It was kind of gross. I never got them again. I just stick with the pizza now. The dinner box is a great deal. I got 3 medium pizzas.

Always prompt! Love pizza and the pasta wings and cheese breadsticks.

Took 10min to come after the "ready" time, wings barely had any sauce on them and they got my melts order wrong.

The drivers are nice and they Thank You for the order. They say "Have a Good Night" and wish them the same.

Extremely disappointed with my order. Ordered online to avoid waiting in the store and had to wait anyway because my order was wrong. No apology no nothing and they act like they're too busy to care. I will never order from pizza hut especially with all these extra fees and the service is horrible!!!

Our ESL class ordered 3 large pizzas tonight. Tony took our order, he was patient and friendly. The pepperoni was perfect, the Hawaiian was good and the mushroom was fresh on the cheese pizza. But no plates, no napkins and no free red pepper flakes. The pizzas were not very hot. Maybe will try next time.

Pizza Hut in Tustin rocks! They made my pizzas perfectly and they were ready right on time! Can't ask for more!

Starting with the positive. The pizza was delivered within the estimated time and the delivery person was friendly. The pizza was ok, the crust was probably the most enjoyable since I have always been a fan to the original pan crust. Most of the toppings were good too. Now the negative. The pizza was not delivered piping hot, it was as if the pizza was sitting out for a while before it was boxed...the cheese was already semi-hard and by the time I got to my second slice of pizza it was room temp. It was my first time ordering pizza from this location and out of all the Pizza Huts I have ordered from, this location has the saltiest cheese I have ever tasted and it ruined the pizza. I won't be ordering Pizza Hut for a long time and will never order from this location.

The efficiency. The timely manner I received my order from the time I placed my order. And I love the TV screen león h me know when it was ready. Keeping the customers in the loop about the status of their order makes a difference. Thank you

Our driver was courteous and helped make the delivery to our party perfect. Kudos to our driver. The staff made sure that we had great quality food as well.

Get your payment process corrected. On a previous visit I was overcharged for an item I did not order. I was told, because the order was made online, that the store could not refund me the money, but would put a credit for that amount on my account. On this recent visit, I paid online again. When I got to the store, they presented me with a different bill, claiming that the new bill took my credit off. Unfortunately, the new bill was miscalculated and I ended up paying almost $7 extra for my order. This kind of inability to get payments correct makes me wonder about the employees of Pizza Hut and if they are trying to pull some kind of scam on the customers. I am reluctant to try Pizza Hut again at this point.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and breadsticks. Our pizza was overcooked, the cheese near the center of the pizza was burnt and almost non-existing, caused by either overbaking or leaving it in a warmer for too long. The breadsticks were also overbaked, they were very hard and stiff. This was a big disappointment because my son was looking forward to his pizza and instead received something that was almost not edible. I've ordered from the same location before and never had this type of issue.

I give one star because the pizza I ordered was delicious. A couple of days ago I went to Pizza Hut in Redhill, Tustin. I ordered all veggie pizza. According to the cashier large hand tossed veggie pizza with 3 topping is $12+ and all topping $19+. How much they charged me for 5 veggie toppings? $27.49. Pure rip off.....
