I was impressed by every aspect of my interactions with Passport Health. I was able to get a next day appointment through the very polite scheduling people. Then Jennifer was ready for me, complete with a personalized, very professional packet. She is a wealth of knowledge and an excellent educator. She told me of all the potential health risks and had a large variety of products to help but wasn't at all pushy about said products. She even mailed my immunization card that I had left behind- it arrived at my house the next day. Excellent service from start to finish. I will definitely return when in need of a travel clinic in the future.

I didn't know what to expect & thought they were expensive. However I was pleased with Deedee's (sp) professionalism & knowledge. She was helpful, informative & gave me time to understand all my options. I thought I was just going in for a required Yellow Fever vaccination, but left feeling cared for & empowered. I was also able to get other prescriptions for my upcoming 6 week journey to Africa. Currently it seems everything is harder than it needs to be but not here. Yes, I thought the price high and was more than I wanted to pay. However In a world of discounts, crowds & angst it was refreshing to feel good, especially when you're getting a shot. Basically you receive better service when you are able and willing to pay for it.

We found Passport Health in 2019 when we needed the Yellow Fever vaccine before heading to Africa. I thought it was going to be a simple in/out give me the shot go on your way appointment I was wrong! It was such an informative travel advice encounter and worth every penny. I was shocked my GP hadn't advised me on always traveling with a ZPac and tips about DiaResQ (which if you need it, this is great). While I still do use my GP for most things travel related, I now know to use Passport for our big overseas trips. This time it's Argentina & Antarctica- I had no idea Typhoid was a recommended guidance. They also told me what I didn't need (was ready to get RSV & Pneumonia, but not needed for my age group). This is a wonderful service which we plan on using when needed.

Staff was very insightful! I learned a lot about how to take care of our health while traveling and they have available to purchase great packages with travel friendly medicine. My husband son and I got our vaccines as well and everything went great!

Quick and easy visit. Great place to go if your unfamiliar with the requirements and health concerns of where you're traveling to. They provide a full summary packet of vaccination requirements and health alerts for the destinations. Doctor was clear and upfront about pricing.

I felt scammed. I phoned Passport for a few shots (Yellow Fever, Typhoid, Tetnus and Shingles) for my upcoming trip to S. America. I knew what shots I needed, so I did not need a consultation. All I wanted was the shots. Nothing else. Made an appointment for the Shots. When I arrived, I spoke to the Nurse (very nice lady, Dora) who proceeded to give me a consultation, even though I told her several times I only wanted shots. At the end, she threw on me a $100 fee for her consultation, even though I never asked for the consultation. Really, Dora?? After I paid, I asked for prescriptions for the Yellow Fever and Typhoid. Dora told me Passport Health doesn't provide prescriptions, so we would have to purchase the shots. From Passport. Of course, Passport Health has SEVERLY inflated prices. Check it out..... ...................Passport Health fees..............Others Polio...........................$161.................My Dr. $ 85 Twinrix (Hep A & B)...$315.................Costco $105 Shingles.....................$321.................Costco $135 Typhoid......................$209.................My Dr. $129 Yellow Fever..............$395..................My Dr. $325 So, you can see how elevated Passport Health Fees are. And, consider, Yellow Fever is a 2 dose vaccine & Twinrix is FOUR dose vaccine. So, the higher cost adds up with multiple visits. All in all, Nurse Dora gave me an estimate of $2,600 dollars. WOW!!! I went to Costco and my own Dr. and received the same Drugs & same number of Vaccines for under $900. SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper with your own Dr. and use Costco (they charge $40 for their consultation and may not have the drugs you need) for the Vaccines they do provide. Passport Health? TOTAL Medicinal Gouging. Very disappointed

Kristina was very helpful, and well prepared. She had a printout of where we had mentioned we'd be going to go over the vaccines that were relevant. She even looked up some specific cities that were relevant based on elevation (we didn't know that info). There was no pressure to purchase specific vaccines, in fact, she was helpful in telling us where they were also available. I would definitely go again and recommend to others needing to go abroad.

Passport Health was great; they got me in on short notice, yet had everything ready when I got there and nothing was rushed. Jennifer walked me through the country-specific information for my itinerary, and helped me make the best decisions possible for optional vaccines. I also appreciated that they stocked mosquito repellant and various travel kits.

Jennifer was very kind and helpful in letting me know all I needed to prepare for my trip to India. She looked into the specific places I was going to fully asses the risk for needed vaccines. I went in with very minimal knowledge and felt like she was able to deliver a lot of information to me without overwhelming or confusing me. She also answered all questions I had and helped get me ingredient lists for my needed vaccines, as well as an estimated cost for the vaccines that were recommended. She was very thorough and I felt no pressure to get them right then and there.

Kristina was so thorough in providing health information for my upcoming trip. She gave me an info packet to take home so I'll be able to reference tangible solutions should any health issue arise while I am traveling. Great experience, would recommend coming here to anyone getting ready to travel internationally!

I was surprised by the thoroughness of the service provided. Kristina had prepared a book for me with the lists of potential risks and mitigators (vaccines/medications) for the area of the world I am visiting. She explained the risks to me clearly, which allowed me to knowledgeably choose what I wanted to do. They clinic also has many of the supplies that are recommended, making it a one-stop-shop. On a more personal note, Kristina made me feel very comfortable and she gives painless shots!

Our experience with Passport Health was excellent. Nurse Kristina did an outstanding job of going through the health history for my wife and I and made numerous health recommendations for or trip to SE Asia. I always felt that she had our best interest in mind, and never felt that she was trying to sell us anything. Thank you for offering a wonderful service to travelers.

Kristina was incredibly helpful. She went through every vaccination option thoroughly, but gave us helpful advice and we never once felt pushed to receive a certain vaccine. Every alternative was discussed if we could not afford a certain vaccine, which was wonderful! She was so pleasant to interact with and really went above and beyond to make it a great experience! Highly suggest heading to this location- I feel confident we are very protected for our upcoming trip!
