Off the boat fish grill is by far the best fish place I've visited in the Tustin area. Love the beer battered fish tacos, with a side of rice and beans. We order the guacamole and chips, with their fresh hand made salsa. My wife really likes the chicken kabobs and with rice. We have frequently ordered the baclava for desert it's delicious.

This shopping center sucks. Parking is awful. Stores and employees seem rude. I'll never go back

Nice mall with different restaurants and shops. They have plenty of parking and also electric vehicle charging stations. Near the 55 freeway.

I go here for Thai Chayo, but the shopping center is easy to access, plenty of parking, and there are other restaurants.

Very nice shopping area with several great places to dine.

I have always enjoyed eating here. The grilled chicken with rice is excellent as well as the steak. Recently, I had the grilled barramondi which was perfect. I love the homemade tartar sauce.

This little Plaza definitely has some gems. There are several wonderful Quick Service restaurants in here as well as a personal training gym and an urgent care. Actually probably one of the best urgent cares around!

I seldom go to this plaza. However, It is clean, orderly and the service at various restaurants was acceptable.

New owners, but still great food and staff. I had sukiyaki for the first time and it was delicious. I look forward to returning soon 😌.

This is a great little plaza located in Tustin. There are many places to eat such as sushi, Mediterranean, Thai, and sandwiches to name few. Also has shops such as a dry cleaners, Ninja Studio, medical center, etc.

This plaza has Postal Annex store love it, also this is very nice food court.

Where's the bike racks? Y aren't there any?!?!?! I only had to stop here for ONE business I couldn't avoid, which I will review separately. This mall is tucked away in a corner of Tustin farther from my home than I usually travel, so never expect me to frequent.
