For conference and meetings, this is a good place: big, very quiet. Facility provides many activities according to season and whether. Hotel restaurant is ok.

Kohdalleni osuneet työntekijät eivät valitettavasti ole omanneet vaadittavia asiakaspalvelutaitoja. Asiasta on oltu yhteydessä hotelliyrittäjään, mutta asialle ei ole tehty mitään. Hieno paikka hienolla sijainnilla menee harmillisesti hukkaan.

Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää sekä laadullisesti korkeatasoista. Tila ilmava, raikas sekä viihtyisä. Palvelut toimivia.

Huoneet pienet, mutta sievät. Sisätilat mykistävän tyylikkäät. Miljöö kaunis. Kokoustilat toimivat, tarjoilut herkulliset ja riittävät,. Henkilöstö mielettömän aurinkoista ja ystävällistä. Ruoka todella hyvää. Kaikin puolin hämmentävän hyvä kokemus!

It is nice and quit place to stay. I used it for business staying. It was comfortable.

Joustava palvelu. Ehkä hieman liian kalliit hinnat. Useamminkin voisi majoittautua ja pidempään jos olisi huoneen hinta noin 30-40€/vrk halvempaa.. Aamupala voisi olla 30min aikaisemmin eli alkaen klo:06.00

Mukava rento paikka ainakin kokoukseen ja muiden pitoon. Ruoka myös hyvää.

Olin tapaamassa siellä ystävää, jonka mukaan huoneet remontoitu. Terassi järvelle päin upea, lähellä vanha kirkko ja Tuusulan rantatien nähtävyydet. Ruoka ja palvelu oli ihan hyviä ja ihmeteltiin, miksi paikka aika tyhjä kesälauantaina.

Käytiin rakkaan kanssa syömässä ja paikassa oli Vintage tapahtuma. Aivan täydet pisteet niin tarjolla olleelle kattaukselle, kuin tapahtumalle. Hyvä oli livenä esiintynyt bändi. ❤️

Tänä kesänä koimme valitettavasti kolmesti täällä todella tökeröä asiakaspalvelua, epäkunnioittavaa, ylenkatsovaa ja jopa vihamielistä; todella hidas palvelu on ollut pikkujuttu näiden rinnalla. Viimeisin kerta tapahtui ihan äskettäin ja vieläkin mietimme, miten sellainen käytös on mahdollista asiakaspalvelutyössä. Meidät siis kirjaimellisesti hätisteltiin pois, kun mieheni huikkasi terassin puolella ainoasta avoinna olleesta ovesta sen läheisyydessä olevalle työntekijälle: "Mistä me voimme tilata?", jolloin tämä vilkkaasti huitoi käsillään mieheni kauemmas (hän ei ollut edes oviaukossa) hyvin tylysti ja kovaan ääneen huudahtaen "Älä tule henkilökunnan alueelle!". Jäi puuttumaan tervehdys ja ohjaaminen oikeaan paikkaan. Mitäs siinä sitten asiakas muuta voi tehdä, kun poistua. Niin paljon tuo tapahtuma harmitti ja hämmensi, että halusimme samantien olla yhteydessä paikan esihenkilöön. Kävimme hänen kanssaan tilanteesta lyhyen keskustelun, mutta tapausta ei oikeastaan edes pahoiteltu, vaan puolusteltiin henkilökuntaa ja toisaalta harmiteltiin "Kun hyvää henkilökuntaa on niin vaikea saada". Jäi ne juomat ostamatta ja valitettavasti taitaa jäädä jatkossakin, mikä on todella sääli, sillä terassihan on alueen upeimpia, ellei upein.

The food was a little cold. Visiting just the restaurant.

We ate there at the outside summer restaurant/terrace. Location beautiful but the food is very poor. Pizzas especially are the worst quality in the area and they charge 16e for a Margherita. Service at the restaurant is also slow and unresponsive.

Fantastic location , the staff too busy with locals visiting the hotel for food, there was nothing in the mini bar and everywhere closed for 10. No option for tea or coffee after this time. Only offered pizza for an evening meal so didn't eat much in the evenings. Breakfast was nice and lots of selection , However the views and location are breathtaking and with netter customer service levels this place could be great

Lovely place. Right next to the lake. Offers rental of outdoor activity equipment such as boats and SUP boards. Has an outside dinning area. Great area to walk around

Improvements to the corridor towards the hotel rooms are nice, keeping in style of the overall architecture and period of the building. Might have preferred for the tiling of the lower lobby to stay instead of the carpeting, though (this might not have been practicable, though). Restaurant food made to order is of consistently good, if not stellar quality. Rooms are mostly good, especially the larger ones. Do like the design and concept of the location, and many of the original artifacts from the earlier use of the building being retained.

Really nice location on the lake. Incredible and large outdoor space with a new patio to sit out for drinks. Restaurant food was very good. The room I stayed in however was a bit small and stuffy. There was also no air conditioning which meant the room was often too warm.

Beautiful and architecturally interesting location. Food service is very dependable of the timing. Some parts of the restaurant complexes are open and some are closed depending of your visiting hours. Food quality/ experience depends greatly on the restaurant / point you visit. Highest quality for buck being the “fine dining” indoors.

The staff in the hotel was great (change of the room due to a issue with the heating wasn't a problem). The rooms had a good size and the bathroom was also great. Breakfast was OK and also the dinner was very nice. Only room for improvement I see is the Gym. Small room with outdated equipment give the impression that it is just there to say we have one ;-). Will definitely com back on my next trip to Finland.

Tennis balls go in near by bushes and other enclosed place that keeps equipments.

Good breakfast buffet. Crows stealing food from people's plate, not so nice...

Room was ok (with extra 40€ a/c). Dinner was beyound nightmare; you can get more delicious Saarioinen microwave pizza with 1,5€ than this 15€ rediculous one. ”Makkaraperunat” was a joke as well. Don’t eat at the restaurant. Also a staff was unqualified.

Atmosphear and milieu are perfect; especially on summertime and more so when there is some happening (f.ex. Taiteiden yö). Fine place without high prices.

I loved the atmosphere and party during The Night of Arts. Live music, great drinks like Blanc 1448 from the tap. Good wine. (even tho in every bar drinks are pricy) We had splendid merry ol' time. There were people of all agesand that was a site to see. Also they served good food.

Good pizza at the restaurant. Terrace has a lake view.

Falls in pieces. Seems no maintenance work is ever done.
