This was the worst hairdressing experience I have ever experienced. I went in for a balayage and trim. My regular hairdresser and I had been working to build strength in my hair as I’m normally a bleach blonde. There was brown over bleached hair. My hairdresser was late, rude and not well. I told her all my hair history. She put a full head of foils in over bleached hair and aggressively cut my hair without asking. I went home and cried all day after. I had to go to my normal hairdresser the next day and spend all day fixing it. This is the nice photo provided in this review. The shocking part is, that when I went to ask for a refund or even an apology the owner got aggressive and so did the hairdresser. A hairdresser has a duty of care to the client and this was not upheld. They also claimed I lied I was blonde and didn’t disclose this. I have been a blonde my whole life and only brown for 10 months. I couldn’t believe they would fight back at a customer. The owner refused to refund and also refused to recognise there was even an issue. Shocking customer service and outcome. My hair is enough proof in these terrible photos below. It was SHOCKING. The right way to deal with this would have been an apology and being more understanding plus also offering a refund like my longtime hairdresser suggested. It cost me over $400 to fix my hair on top of this. Now I can’t touch my hair for months and have been using keratin treatment to try and fix it. After a whole year of hair care it was ruined in one day. I would not recommend this salon one bit. Unprofessional.

I have been here multiple times now, and Kelsey has done my hair. She is warm and welcoming and makes me feel comfortable and I always leave feeling confident. Each time I come in, no matter what change I want done, she discusses how we can achieve that, and what would be best. She is always very accomodating to my desired outcome. There has not been a time she hasn’t perfected exactly what I want. Will be returning!

The ladies at this salon are so sweet and kind! They made me feel so welcome. I had a bad experience at another salon and they were so nice and totally fixed my hair and made me feel so pretty. Shout out to Mel who got all my confidence back and made me feel so pretty! I’m honestly so thankful for the kindness these girls showed me. I would highly recommend to everyone who needs to get there hair done!!!!!! xxxx

I went into platinum last night and had my haircut by the wonderful young apprentice. It was a fantastic experience, the staff were super friendly, the haircut looks amazing. I was more than happy to be able to let her learn. My haircut was exactly what I asked for. Just wanted to give praise to the everybody at platinum. Keep up the good work ladies. I will be back

The ladies in this salon are so lovely, helpful and very welcoming. I got my hair done by Kelsey and she did a fabulous job on my hair. I definitely would recommend this salon to everyone. I can't wait to go back and get my hair done again xx

Kelsey is my regular hairdresser now and she spent a good 20 minutes genuinely listening to me about what I wanted done with my hair. She explained how the desired outcome could be achieved. She is outgoing, bubbly and very kindhearted. I’m a fairly nervous , fussy customer but I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! You can trust your money is well spent and you will come out feeling pleased with the result. I know I left the salon feeling great about my hair, confident and like a queen . And the staff are caring and respectful to each other and their customers. Dana

Do NOT recommend! Took teen daughter in to inquire about getting hair lightened and a friendly mature lady was answering our questions. When all of a sudden a younger hairdresser came over and started arguing with the lady, very dominant right in front of us. They were arguing about stripping my daughters hair or not to strip her hair!!!! I left the salon disgusted and will not return. That’s 3 clients you’ve missed out on. So unprofessional!
