This
was
the
worst
hairdressing
experience
I
have
ever
experienced.
I
went
in
for
a
balayage
and
trim.
My
regular
hairdresser
and
I
had
been
working
to
build
strength
in
my
hair
as
I’m
normally
a
bleach
blonde.
There
was
brown
over
bleached
hair.
My
hairdresser
was
late,
rude
and
not
well.
I
told
her
all
my
hair
history.
She
put
a
full
head
of
foils
in
over
bleached
hair
and
aggressively
cut
my
hair
without
asking.
I
went
home
and
cried
all
day
after.
I
had
to
go
to
my
normal
hairdresser
the
next
day
and
spend
all
day
fixing
it.
This
is
the

The
shocking
part
is,
that
when
I
went
to
ask
for
a
refund
or
even
an
apology
the
owner
got
aggressive
and
so
did
the
hairdresser.
A
hairdresser
has
a
duty
of
care
to
the
client
and
this
was
not
upheld.
They
also
claimed
I
lied
I
was
blonde
and
didn’t
disclose
this.
I
have
been
a
blonde
my
whole
life
and
only
brown
for
10
months.
I
couldn’t
believe
they
would
fight
back
at
a
customer.
The
owner
refused
to
refund
and
also
refused
to
recognise
there
was
even
an
issue.
Shocking
customer
service
and
outcome.
My
hair
is
enough
proof
in
these
terrible
photos
below.
It
was
SHOCKING.
The
right
way
to
deal
with
this
would
have
been
an
apology
and
being
more
understanding
plus
also
offering
a
refund
like
my
longtime
hairdresser
suggested.
It
cost
me
over
$400
to
fix
my
hair
on
top
of
this.
Now
I
can’t
touch
my
hair
for
months
and
have
been
using
keratin
treatment
to
try
and
fix
it.
After
a
whole
year
of
hair
care
it
was
ruined
in
one
day.
I
would
not
recommend
this
salon
one
bit.
