Damon was super helpful!! I visited today and he made my experience amazing. I usually just run in and grab a few things but he chatted to me, helped me out and made me feel very welcomed. Would 100% return if I knew Damon was working!!!

I would like to say that you guys just wasted my time I could have been doing something else but. I try and trade my ps4 5 days ago I even called yous to make sure. Yous said it's fine and today your saying no seriously don't bother waste of time and money when you can sell it to someone who you know wants it PS im calling yous tomorrow something is not adding up

Sad to say, not the best EB experience we’ve had. Thankfully our local EB’s shine beyond the service we experienced here. No questions of whether we were members, or any positive engagement. The store wasn’t busy, although it is a tough time of year for retailers. Hope the teams days get better and they can get back to the service other reviews here seem to reflect.

The girl was very helpful.. the guy was ordinary.. whilst she was busy doing something for me.. I turned to him and said I got a question for you...if you want something to do? He looked at me un-impressed.. I said I just want to know what the price of this game was worth new..(was pre owned) he replies with "what do you mean what it's worth new" 🙄

Good, friendly staff that know their products wich is very helpful when your kid asks for something you've never heard of
