I’ve never booked at Best Western before, I felt like it was a little out of my class. I stopped at this place in the middle of nowhere, and it is spectacular! Not only was it clean and friendly and convenient, the pool was awesome and accessible 24 hours a day, and check in was fast! Did I mention that this place is clean, clean, clean?! Also, a wonderful continental breakfast the kids and I found positively delicious! Never judge a book by its cover! Great job!😊

We stayed there on March 6 in a pet friendly room. The room was spotless. All bed linens were freshly washed. We liked that he floors were luxury vinal plank instead of carpet. Very good for our pets. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. Staff were very friendly.

First off our keys kept not working and with being at the far end of the 3rd floor I sure got my exercise. Room was very unclean dirty sock in the middle of the floor, sheets smelled horrible (beacuse they were peed on) and the bed is super uncomfortable. The hot tub was foggy and questionable. Pool was clean but crazy. Front staff had interesting conversations about guest as they walked through the lobby. Location is decent, walking distance to about anything you might need.

Five stars for the awesome, friendly service and more than decent breakfast, no stars for the overpriced, low quality room. Remember when Dad put the wet tent away for the year and you pulled it out again next summer? Yeah, that's how our rooms smelled. Then, the fan was broken, making it impossible to drown out the annoying noises of surrounding rooms coming through the poorly insulated walls. Finally, the curtains let a ridiculous amount of light through and the door was lit up all night like a scene from the Exorcist. Oh, and the shower didn't drain. Nice soaps, though. But $180 a night??! GTHOH!

This is an older hotel that I'm guessing was built in the late 1970s, but it has been very nicely remodeled, probably in the last couple of years. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was excellent with hot items such as eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pre made omelets, and waffles. The cable had plenty of channels, and the TV was nice and big. My biggest complaint is that the WiFi was horrible. It would work for 10 seconds now and then, but it was mostly unusable in our room (339). A minor issue is that there was a box around the base of the bed that sticks out from the mattress, and you are guaranteed to sub you toe on if you have bare feet. At least they put corner guards on it. The location is fine, but it is difficult to make a left turn on Blue Lakes Blvd. It is easier to always go right and then loop around if needed.

The continental breakfast here is absolutely phenomenal, and the coffee machine makes you wish you had one at home! The food was great, and the rooms were adequate. However, the beds are terribly uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant. I would not visit here again only because of the bed.

Not a luxury hotel but still a really nice place to stay for business or personal travel. Nice room, very quiet, never heard another guest. Best breakfast service I have experienced, three attendants working to keep food hot and available. Hotel is located on a busy thoroughfare so access during rush hour can be a challenge.

First of all great staff. The rooms clean and comfy. Great choices for the breakfast even an espresso machine to save the trip out for a double. Back to the staff. I am not just referring to the front desk. The team there is excellent pleasant and very attentive. This wasn't just my experience, I watched them deal with 5 different guests and all were treated the same. The hospitality team make sure the rooms are in top condition. The breakfast team made sure that everyone was welcomed and made aware of all the choices. This means that the manager Amy is doing a terrific job motivating and training their teammates.

Great location, really clean rooms, modern decor, great customer service, quiet and comfortable. When I checked in the guy at the front desk was engaging, noticed my Australian accent and made funny, exaggerated attempts to use Australian terminology when explaining the features of the hotel. He was efficient and polite, my room was spotless, the bathroom and bedroom fittings were modern, a fridge and a microwave were nice touches and the room was dark and quiet. I could walk to restaurants and stores, the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours (although I didn’t use them, but they looked great from reception). Plenty of free parking, location felt safe and the price was great.

I have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns in many states and thus one by far has been the best. To cleanliness, service, accommodations, amenities and the breakfast was all very well done. Good job to all the staff and management! Highly recommend staying here!

I'm a big fan of the Best Western Plus hotels. As a truck driver I've stayed at many places. I always know I can have a great experience when staying at Best Western Plus. The Breakfast was amazing. The only hotels that do Breakfast right. My only suggestion is to add USB connections to the room for charging phones. Certainly stay again if ever in the area. Thanks for being pet friendly. This hotel allowed me to comfortably watch TV, sleep, hot shower and eat a wonderful breakfast.

Great hotel. We stay a couple times a year as we travel through snowbirdiing. Pet rooms have no carpet and are very clean abd odor free. Breakfast food always good and dining room kept clean and tidy. Recommend

This Best Western was not like other BW Plus! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and bit dated, but we slep great, and it was quiet. The breakfast was not very tasteful, nor the variety of other BW+. The biscuits were fresh, but everything else seemed like it was 2-day old food. The coffee was terrible. Thankfully, there was a capuciono machine that made a Mocha style coffee tolerable. The gym had a non-working treadmill and a limited capable muli-gym, an old elliptical, and stunk horribly like a sweaty athletic room - gross. If you just need a quick comfortable place to stay, this BW+ will work.

I was traveling with my geriatric dog, and this hotel gets A+ marks both for humans and dogs. The staff is great (Goldie is a gem among hotel staff), the pool and hot tub are 24 hours, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. For dog owners, they put me up in the rooms closest to the exit to the pet area, the floors were vinyl click plank rather than carpet (better for cleaning, less hazardous when my dog tripped over his water and spilled it EVERYWHERE), the beds are lower so my old dog had no problem getting up. Absolutely recommend if you are traveling with pets.

Your hotel charges pet owners a $30 non-refundable deposit and your rules state pet must remain quiet, clean up after your pet and do not leave pet unattended. Yet you alow people to bring in their unruly children and ALLOW them to run up and down the halls even after 9pm as well as jump on and off the beds, slamming the doors and yelling. Why???? If pet owners have to keep their 4-legged animals quiet then by God the parents of the 2-legged animals should have to do the same!!! We called your front desk at 9pm and told the woman the 2-legged animals were running in the hallway and she said she would check it out. They continued to run down the hallway, slamming doors, yelling along with their parents until 10pm!!!! For a $205 hotel room price ENFORCE YOUR DAMN RULES when it involved the 2-legged animals!!!

I gave 4 stars because they dont clean there pool. Always felt itchy after a good swim. The water was extremly merky. Swimming pools shouldnt be saltier than the ocean. Always ended up with a bad oder when leaving. Its also quite cold and i cold plunge. My smart watch said it was 59°F one day and 62 the next . Other than that its an amazing place to stay.

Very impressed for the cost. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. All Standard room amenities were provided, staff was very friendly and the free continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.

My family and I stayed here from Nov 11-12, 2023. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean and hotel staff were quick to check us in! The 24 hour pool was so much fun for our two babies. It was relatively close to restaurants that we could walk to easily. Breakfast was a grand buffet! There were so many choices, it was also praise worthy! Definitely come back again!

I've found Best Westerns to be consistently comfortable. This particular one is in a great location for all amenities. The room was well layed out with an above average size fridge and abundant closet space. The beds and pillows were, as usual, VERY comfortable. Continental breakfast was above average and much like another reviewer had posted, they have a coffee machine in which you would wish to have at home. This will be my stay when I'm in this area.

Great place to stop for the night. The room was clean and the beds were soft. They had a pool that was open 24hrs and fitness center. It wasn't Golds gym but I was able to get a workout in. Breakfast in the morning was very good and filled us up before we hit the road. The front desk helped us out with a few spots to see before left down. On our way back after the holidays we probably will try and stay here again.

The management team needs to focus on all DEFERRED MAINTENANCE and room cleanliness! There were dirty socks in our room when we checked in and make-up on the pillowcases/sheets. Because they were full, the front desk clerk said they could not get us another room and the maids had left for day, so we ended up cleaning our own room. The pool area has 3-5 inches of standing water on floor with no drains. It had clearly been there several days as it had a foul smell and floaties on top. The pool had not been cleaned for at least as long and there was peeling paint and surface material everywhere. I can't imagine the bacteria and germs from the pool/spa.

Clean room, comfy bed. Updated interior. We slept late and didn't get breakfast at the hotel. 24 hour (pool and) hot tub was very tempting to my husband's sore back, but we ended up just crawlng into bed because we got in so late. Only concern was the drainage in the shower. We were given a handicap access room with walk-in shower... the curtain didn't touch the floor and the whole bathroom floor ended up wet. The shower floor dried quickly while the rest of the bathroom was wet all night and still wet in the morning.

I’m not sure if the beds were new, but they were very comfortable and slept very good. Hot breakfast. There is a washer and a dryer but the dryer takes forever even after 40 minutes. Shower was nice and warm. Front desk very friendly😁

Ordered a room with 2 queen sized beds online and paid extra for this. Double checked via phone that we would be receiving that. Only to get in that night to a king bed. Asked the front desk worker to switch to the room I had ordered only for her to tell me she had given it away. Not to mention, when I got there and checked in I was greeted with "Okay so I had to clean your room really quickly so it's not perfect but it's clean." Bed was just thrown together and bathroom trash was not emptied. Will not be returning and would not recommend this stay to anyone.

Room was very clean, good coffee in the room, shower head over 6' tall with good pressure. Bed was firm with soft top. Sound from the rooms travels through the doors easily when walking down the hallway. Check in was fast and friendly. The area was safe and quiet. Pool was nice, especially at night when empty. Although there was only one clean towell available. Near dining spots that stay open late and close to gas stations. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean in the morning. They had scrambled eggs, omlette, hard boiled egg, sausage, fresh fruit, pastry, oatmeal, cereal, variety of juices and coffees, waffles, french toast, biscuits and gravy.

My kids and I love this Best Western! We've stayed at dozens of BW's on our trips around the country. This was one of our favorites. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and even asked about our dog. And the pool was open 24/7.

Horrible customer service as soon as we walked in. Girl practically threw my id and card back at me and cut me off before i could finish my question. Pool and hot tub were super unclean with small toddlers allowed to pee in it. It was noisy in the hall outside our room all night with doors banging and no guests considering quiet hours. We barely got any sleep, it was so noisy. Our Room didn't seem clean, like, they had just done the bare minimum to clean up after the last guest. Found hair in the bed before i got into it. Worn and stained towels and thin cheap sheets. The hallways were filthy and wet from people coming up dripping from the pool. The complentary breakfast was overcrowded and out by 8 despite it supposeing to go to 10. Worst stay by far on our cross country trip. Just disgusting. Had i know there was a holiday express nearby, i would have gone to them in a heartbeat. I'm letting everyone i know not to stay here if they ever find themselves spending time in Twin Falls and i wish i could get my money back.

Quiet, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Particularly loved the cheese omelet. Staff at breakfast were happy and friendly. Made it nice to start a new day! Check-in staff was also great with calm, friendliness. Overall, a great stay I've come to associate with Best Western.

We had a very good over-night stay here. The room was clean, nothing was broken, and everything worked. The pool was a pleasant surprise and my husband took a swim before retiring for the night. The beds were comfortable.

When we checked in, there was a used bandaid on the floor by the bathtub. The bathtub shower mixer was broken, and there was no tub plug. Tub had been repainted badly with drips everywhere. The room armchair was badly stained, we stayed 3 nights and never had maid service, fresh towels, nothing. No working ice machines. The dog area was full of cigarette butts and had an old armchair for seating. The breakfast lady was nice. My husband used nearly all his points for a 'nice' place for a working vacation. Best Western used to be reliable for a decent room. Very disappointed.

Very pet friendly! We arrived at the hotel extremely late at night with our Cat and Dog and the receptionist was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Got a pet friendly room very quickly and smoothly. The room was so clean, you’d never know pets had ever stayed there before.

By far best hotel I've stayed at. Front desk was friendly with easy checkin. Pool and hottub were clean and my family had a blast swimming. Rooms were extremely clean and hotel was quite. The breakfast was exceptional! A very big variety of food, nice seating, and the ladies cooking were accommodating and sweet. We will definitely be making this our go to hotel in Twin Falls!

When we walked into the room it was 90 degrees (literally). We turned the ac on to cool down the room which happened fairly quickly with the window open, however when we turned the ac OFF the heat started to rise again in the room. So we had to keep the ac on all night even though it went into the 30s at night. Other than that the room seemed clean, but super basic.

The hotel was wonderful... after a 10-hour day of driving through rain and snow, it was amazing to be able to check the family into a hotel at midnight and hit the pool and hot-tub. The breakfast was excellent (thanks for knowing about the gluten options for our Celiacs) with a great seating area. The room was clean and modern and there was more hot water than my family could use. Than you for being the shining light of this trip.

THE VERY BEST BREAKFAST I have ever had at a hotel!! Love it!! There was build your own French toast, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, big or small make your own waffles, cereal hot or cold, so many choices! Although, the pool was like ice water. Extremely disappointing!

  • 5/5 Liz M. 1 year ago on Google
This was the perfect hotel for a quick stay with 3 kids. The pool was one of the better budget hotel pools we’ve been to here in Idaho. Indoor but the windows made it very bright and open and the pool deck was impressive. A different texture than I’ve seen before - anti slip, clean and softer than the norm. Kids loved it and spent hours there. Clean and comfortable.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing!! From our somewhere after 10 p.m. check in with (I hope I'm remembering right!) Goldie to the incredible breakfast preparers and servers, we received wonderful treatment!!! We will absolutely be returning and hopefully will get to spend more time!!

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it. Parking was well lit, and hotel is a little ways from the freeway which I always prefer. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The thermostat actually let you change temps to whatever you wanted so I really liked that. We walked to the grocery store nearby for snacks. Area seemed safe and quiet. Would stay again.
