It's
a
new
branch,
horrible
management,
we
booked
a
much
needed
item
online
and
paid
for
it
so
we
wouldn't
have
to
wait
20mn
like
we
did
in
Katowice
Branch,
for
our
surprise
when
we
arrived,
they
said
ah
well,
yes,
you
have
to
wait
for
an
hour.
We
waited
70mn
&
still
nothing
and
then
when
we
insisted,
they
said
we
don't
have
those
items
on
stock,
that's
after
wasting
50mn
drive
from
katowice
and
140mn
wait
(3
hrs
total)
of
our
day
and
left
us
dry
without
those
items
at
closing
time
(Means
we
can't
get
them
anywhere
else
anymore)
and
which
we
needed
to
be
able
to
open
our
business
the
following
morning.
On
top
of
all
that,
they
said
they
can't
return
our
money!
1-
The
way
inventory
softwares
work
(Which
you
have),
it
deducts
items
off
your
stock
list
soon
as
it's
sold
on
your
POS,
means
if
it
shows
5
pcs,
it
will
surely
deduct
them
and
will
show
us
Zero,
not
available
still
5
pcs!
So
it's
either
those
5pcs
are
stollen
by
your
staff
or
they
are
most
likely
"Misplaced"
and
you
don't
know
where
they
are!
2-
If
that
ever
happened,
you
don't
send
an
sms
to
your
online
paying
client
saying
"Your
product
is
ready
for
pickup"!!!
3-
When
that
happens
you
genuinely
apologise
to
that
client
and
you
promise
you
will
fix
it
for
them
ASAP
by
getting
it
from
another
branch,
instead
all
your
staff
including
your
manager
there
who
waited
35mn
to
be
able
to
talk
to,
all
acted
indifferent,
blasé
&
nonchalant
about
it
like
it
was
nothing!!
This
would've
never
happened
in
Katowice
Branch,
we
love
their
staff
and
management
since
we
visit
them
at
least
3
times
a
week
for
4
yrs
now.
But
Regional
Castorama
really
hired
badly
for
that
new
Branch!
Sad
to
say
so!
They
did
return
our
money
at
the
end
of
us
almost
going
into
a
fist-fight
with
them
telling
them
we're
not
leaving
without
either
our
money
or
our
Items.
