They were out of ingredients for my typical but I still had a delicious alternative drink.

Staffs were courteous. They have a wide variety of coffees and gifts like Starbucks mugs. All the hand written names are gone now. They print ur name with what we ordered. Attached store hours and mugs section.

I purchased a Venti coffe that was half full, had just a much sweet cream foam as coffee. And I paid $8.98 for it. Never again. Won't be coming back to this location again. Would like to attach a picture, but no option to do so.

Due to my work, I’m on the road all day, stopping and enjoying Starbucks drinks all over east Texas, this location have some of the nicest employees you will ever meet, especially Olivia and Angie. They make their drinks with love and they are extra delicious! Thanks you!

I just bought a medium size hot chocolate cup. I paid 4 dollars for it plus the tip, and when I opened it i found that a third of the cup was empty. I find it very disrespectful to your customers to not check that all drinks are ok before delivering.

Went here to do some quite work with fiance and The guy (his name was mathew) at the register was very social awkward, when I was ordering he was just standing there saying uhuh, then when done taking order he didn't ask for the name on the order like every other starbucks does, then when walking out no one said have a good day like others starbucks would. Very disappointing.... prolly won't be here again.

I ordered a caramel frap with almond milk and I got a cup of blended ice and whole milk. I can’t even call to get the situation rectified because their phone is saying it’s disconnected.

This store is absolutely horrible. My drink order is always wrong or something is missing. Last straw was that I ordered through the app for a pick up on a Saturday . Went to pick up my very expensive order only to find the store is closed with a hand written note that the store was closed until Monday. They took my order and my money for this location, knowing it was closed. Come in on Monday to get refund, and the manager said, since it was technical difficulties it wasn’t technically their fault so we have to figure out how to get our own money back. Disgusting customer service.

My wife and I stop by once a week when we're going out of town. We've never had any bad experience with this store. Using the app to order ahead and being able to walk in and pick it up can make all the difference if there is a line for the drive-thru. We love it!
