gone in there multiple times to get a haircut. show them a picture of what i want and they do what THEY want. last time i went in i asked for simple layers, my hair isn’t layered AT ALL. so choppy, it looks like my one year old son got a hold of some scissors and cut my hair. seriously wish i could give this place zero stars. the “stylists” are more focused in their conversations than the customer who’s hair they’re doing. seriously don’t waste your money or time here.

The men's/boys haircuts can be rough but cheap. It's mostly always packed. I didn't appreciate how she charged me a different price then another client for an equivalent haircut.

Called and asked them if they did color and told them I needed purple aqua and blonde the lady said she had it and I could come down. I get there she has me wait 25 minutes to tell me she didn't have the purple. So I wasted my time driving down there and having to drive home.

Another bad hair experience leaving me sad and embarrassed to walk around I came in with really overgrown blond hair and told them I wanted to add some brown into the blonde to ble d it all and then fix the roots by adding some blonde back into the roots like highlights like the lic I showed them. They did not. It looks nothing like the pic I showed them, but I told them I liked it cuz I like the bottom. But I HATE my roots, they made my roots an auburn brown color and I HAVE NO IDEA WHY!!! I HATE IT. Then they did not add blonde into my roots so the whole style LOOKS OUTGROWN, and UNFINISHED, and they first told me that I never told them that, WHEN I DID they just didn't understand my English or were not listening (which is sad), and then they said that they and pointed out a supposed "highlight" and when I looked closer in the mirror It was just a reflection of light. I told them I didn't see it and they said they did add some (when trust me I watched them)and that it would show up in a few days (IT HAS NOT and will NOT show up cuz they didn't do it). I left STILL FEELING EMBARRASSED because of my OUTGROWN HAIR. I'm very sad cuz ik I'm gonna have to spend even more money somewhere else very soon to actually fix my hair. They also were also VERY DAMAGING to my hair and very harsh and giving me split ends when they brushed my hair cuz they were in a rush. Huge miss communications and false claims I'm sad

They cut my hair poorly bad they left me a bold spot like if they never done haircuts before but if u going to get your head fully shaved go ahead 10/10 for that service 😂

We have been going to Eloisa's for years! Lorena and her do a great job. The wait can be a bit lengthy at times and most of the time it's packed.

Hair cuts at your style and most of the times so quickly less than 20 minutes,🤞🏻

I didn't like it, because serving several clients at the same time, it leaves a lot of time waiting for the person who is already on shift to finish fixing their hair. My daughter was waiting 5 hours for me to finish fixing her hair and she left it badly dyed. The loud music in the place seemed like a nightclub. The music is nice but at a moderate volume.

They must have control over the clients' shifts, I don't know how to register them when they enter. From there on out, the cut is excellent and so is the price.
