First and foremost I have to say that I wish I could give them 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my 3rd dentist to see about the many issues that I have going on in my mouth and it was by far the absolute MOST AMAZING experience! From Deanna in the back office verifying my insurance and getting me in the very next morning! (Which is rare!) To Mary at the front desk greeting us with a beautiful smile and being extremely attentive to our specific needs! Then my girl Jessica A. wowwwed me with her magnetic personality and kept me laughing with her great sense of humor. Then came Jessica O.! She has a dazzling personality, impeccable bedside manner and she was very patient with all the questions we had from beginning to end! Dr K was hands down, the most polite dentist I have ever experienced! He was thorough and explained each step very carefully so that we understood the reason "why" behind each phase of treatment. Last and most definitely not least..... Kendra! She came out and explained the numbers with us. Usually that is the most confusing part of the past visits I've had. However, Kendra broke it down and encouraged us to focus only on the next step, then the next and so on and so forth! I have found my new "Home" dentist for my whole family! Thank You Best Dental Care! You have made my life much easier and now I feel like a thousand pounds have been lifted off of my shoulders and it's all because of you guys! The absolute best! I absolutely hate the dentist. I always feel judged or upset upon arrival and leaving. It was the best experience. Jessica the dental assistant was so sweet, amazing and there every step of the way. Dr. K was just the same. They always made sure I was comfortable! I would recommend that anyone go to them for their dental needs!

I had a wonderful experience at Best dental care. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, from the welcoming receptionists to the skilled dental assistants. The hygienist was thorough and offered helpful tips, while Dr. K was both knowledgeable and personable. The cohesive teamwork among the staff created a positive atmosphere that made my visit comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend them for their exceptional staff and excellent service.

Wow! They are awesome. Very affordable with easy payment plans even for "not-so-perfect " credit. My insurance paid after all but initially they saw me as a cash patient and it was only $39 I couldn't believe it. Dr K has a lot of experience and was even able to keep me at that location for my implant I'm planning soon. The entire staff works really well together and they're all so very nice.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sachin for a dental procedure, and I must say, he is a truly exceptional dentist. From the moment I walked into his clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease, which is not always the case when it comes to dental visits. The staff working alongside him were also friendly and attentive, creating a positive atmosphere that helped alleviate any anxiety I had about the procedure. In my experience with various dentists, it's rare to find someone as skilled and compassionate .

I love Dr. K but seems the staff can be quit rude. My daughter had gotten injured at school so I had to miss my appointment unexpectedly this was not planned to miss. The lady told me I would be charged $150-$250 for missing the appointment.But text messages always say If you miss an appointment it’ll be a $50 charge. It never said it’ll cost over $50 for missing. So I did not understand why I would be charge over $50 for missing. We never plan on family issues to interrupt. Dr. K always had taken care of me but his staff can be quit rude at times.

It was my first experience with a dentist in US. I needed my wisdom tooth out and I let them know I was struggling with severe anxiety at the time. As they put the local anestesia, I started shaking, the dentist just looked at me and said, “you wanna do this or no? You’re not a little kid” HORRIBLE. Later, when I couldn’t talk, another dentist asked me where he could sent the pain medicine to. I was new to the area and I couldn’t remember streets. I looked at my husband to answer and when he did the dentist knowing I’m from Mexico said “we’re not in Mexico anymore, you talk for yourself, parents don’t talk for you here” I honestly left so disappointed and terrified. I guess they did their job and pull my tooth out but they have no care for how they talk to their patients.

The desk lady is so rude and only speaks well whenever she wants to. No one ever really explains what they are about to do. They take in a lot of clients during times when it’s completely packed when they know they have a small waiting area, they’ll try to cover it up with the “we’re trying to help as many people as we can” but be serious they only want your money and the faster they get you in a chair is when they get their paychecks. Still have some type of glue mixture stuck on my teeth and when I asked for it to be removed they just left it there. Anyways this was my experience with them, if you’ve had better then that’s good but highly recommend to look elsewhere and weight out your options of dentists in Tyler.
