Best burrito place ever!!! It doesn’t get better than this. So many things to choose from to make burritos huge and get super full. Also lots of sauces to add in burrito or just to dip in. The regular sized one is good but the monster is definitely the best to make you stuffed. We just had the regular sizes today but from now on it’s always going to be the monster burrito. Also the queso is very good. Inside was very clean and staff are quick and super friendly. Make sure you get the app to get points towards your meals and good coupons to your email. Definitely recommend this place for very good eats!!! Thanks!!

Food is good but they aren't up front about their pricing. Some of their offerings incur an extra charge, they call them "plus ones" but nowhere on the menu or in the store, or even on receipt do they tell you which items will incur this charge. This is quite a bit suspicious and shady practice. Enough to make me not want to go there regardless of how good the food is. You have no way to know if you are being charged correctly because they can arbitrarily add a "plus one".

The food here is ok but nothing to wow about. They have plant base stuff but you have to pay a price for it which sucks. Also they have these things in the bathrooms to show you how they are doing in cleaning the bathroom but they don't work. They have both in the men's and women's bathroom but my wife said only the smiley one worked. What a joke. Why have them here if they do not work. Like I said the food is ok not great, it would be better to buy stuff and make sure it home.

I have never seen a restaurant be so stingy on their chips. This happens to me every time I order food from here. The chips don’t even reach the logo of the paper bag. Ridiculous

Went in for lunch today. Remember this is a fast food eatery. Not sure who is responsible for the employees at this location but they have their act together…. Have been here several times and I have been to their competition right up the road. I will not be going back to the competition. Free birds treats you right. Courteous. Very friendly. I have two regrets leaving this review, the first one is that I cannot give a higher rating than five stars and the second one is that I did not get the names of the actual employees who made my visit so pleasant! Great job Freebirds!!!!

Absolutely delicious. Great food and great service

First time in 3 years coming to freebirds and tonight was not a pleasant visit. The gentleman that helped us this evening was quite rude and had an "I'm just ready to leave" attitude. I bought a monster burrito and it was made with such disreguard for technique. He made it very sloppily. The other two I bought were perfect, which tells me he just didn't care much for my food as opposed to the others I was with

Could have been cleaner and fresher. There were too many workers to be that dirty. Ingredients looked like they were sitting out all day uncovered. Not a good place for vegans, This place reminded me of a cheap chipotle. My friend said his burrito was really good but it was loaded with meat.

Alina did such a phenomenal job making my burrito and bowl. They were the best combo I’ve ever had. She made them with so much love and care it was amazing. Russ also did an amazing job assisting her when needed, Truly amazing service. Jessi was also a key player in providing an a amazing service. I love the environment here. Always a welcoming vibe. I will always continue to stop by anytime I am in town. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

What can I say.. Freebirds is way better than Chipotle. Food is always delicious, the service is great as well.

The service was good and the menu options where good. However I am very taste oriented and unfortunately while not tasting bad, just bland. I had a chicken burrito, with lime rice, sour cream and cheese. I have to say that the low carb tortilla is a great option and tastes good, it’s not worth $2 extra. Chipotle hands down has better flavor chicken and rice.

The guys at freebirds are always pretty cool, their food is on point and they always have a good attitude. The price is in line with the amount of food you get and the quality is better than that of other similar places. I always get the monster burrito and never go hungry. The balance of protein to filler is usually pretty fair and makes for a well rounded burrito.

My husband and I came in today looking for vegetarian options for my husband. Chandler was delighted to help. My husband liked the option too. Juan handled me very quickly without missing a beat on asking me if I wanted everything. If somebody doesn’t give Mr. Chandler and Mr Juan a raise I will. They remind me of what Freebirds employees were like when I worked here during the opening.

This was the first time I had been in there and it was definitely worth it. I got the super monster burrito with a lot of stuff in it and even though it was huge it was still very delicious and stay together even at over 3 pounds. Staff was very friendly and ordering online was very easy. Will definitely be back.

I have made numerous trips to this store for lunch while working. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and understanding even when I have 4 custom orders at a time and have never messed up a single order. Commendable

Good food but the serving sizes have just gotten so small. The tortillas that they used to use for their Halfbird (half sized burrito) is now the size that they use for their Freebird (normal sized) for more $$$ than it used to be. So less food for more cost. I understand food cost is high right now but it's pretty sad because this used to be the place to go for burritos. Chipotle it is I guess.

First time back in over a year and the new crew and management are knocking it out of the park. If you want delicious food and outstanding service, this is your place! Highly recommended.

I ordered the monster bowl I hope you have an appetite if you get that bowl. Ya need to stop what your doing an come try freebirds yourself the staff was so incredibly friendly I felt welcomed an appreciated will definitely be coming back

The general manager Trey has the best customer service! Tonight I walked in with my mom and son and he 1 not only gave us hot water to warm his bottle with. But he also remade our whole order (which was a lot) because my mom and I put the jalapeño sauce in our order. Fore warning the jalapeño sauce was too spicy lol. He had the best attitude and was so nice to us while my son was crying because he was so tired and, he never once made us feel like we were to much or that we were asking to much of him. He went above and beyond tonight! This is why we continue to come back and eat here.

Not too shabby… the green chili pork was juicy and tender. Great customer service! The price was a bit much to me but the so is the size of the burrito so you get what you pay for. 4 out 5

Husband got a chicken bowl. Serving size is about half of what it used to be. He said selections were very limited. Prices are average but beware servings are small. Food was warm but not hot like expected, and it was eaten within minutes. Taste of the food was good but it needed to be warmer and go back to the old bowl size!

The chips that your restaurant gives out now is very bad. Just received an order and the bag literally has enough chips to fill a kids lunch bad of chips. We did not order a kid meal. Utterly ridiculous!

My first time trying this place. I entered about 15 minutes till 2pm trying to avoid the lunch traffic and I timed everything perfect. There was only two other people ahead of me so I asked for a vegetarian bowl with vegan chorizo. I did my homework online before going so I would know what to order and it was pretty tasty. I did have to wait on the chorizo to be made because nearly every pan on the line was empty lol. The taste was good over all.

My first experience was less then stellar. The meat tray was almost empty, I saw the new meat being prepared, they scraped up what was left and put it on my steak full freebies burrito. While eating it, I could not find the steak. There were plenty of everything else, just little meat. The second time I went with the halfbird. Made sure I told them to take it easy on all the other toppings. It came out much better. I had another half bird the next time I came in. It was good too. I feel like I got ripped off the first time. I'll be back.

Customer service was very polite. Very cool atmosphere. Everything seem to be very clean, especially the bathrooms. The only thing I was disappointed in was the amount of rice and beans compared to all the other items I requested for my burrito. The rice and beans made up at least 85% of my burrito.

Great service. Good food. Enjoyed being able to sit outside with my daughter's emotional support animal instead of having to eat in the car. Only issue we had was that there wasn't enough of either of the chicken options. My daughter has to settle for a combo of chicken and steak, and it wasn't even the chicken she wanted. We would have had to wait another 7-8 minutes on the chicken, but my food and her goat's food was already done. We will definitely come again, and hopefully she can get her bowl the way she wants it next time.

Freebirds has been around for quite a while and while I'm not usually one to go out to eat, I have found that Freebirds is an amazing restaurant. It is one of the few places I really enjoy going to as it has proven time and time again that the food is fresh, the staff friendly and personable, and the environment welcoming and relaxed. Even when busy the staff are prompt, on top of their duties, well mannered, and efficient. Always greeted with a smile and a kind disposition. The food tastes excellent and has an option for anyone's diet or desire. well priced compared to their competition and for what you are paying, you get what most would think is applicable to the price.
