The food is good If you want your chicken fingers extra crispy. Good luck getting that done. Sometimes the bathrooms are clean. Sometimes the bathrooms are not clean at all and a lot of times you have to wait in line to get in that bathroom behind the staff One goes out. One goes in and they are in there for quite a long time. Usually Little strange, but other than that they're pretty good food and pretty clean other than the bathrooms as I mentioned and the staff is not always very pleasant to to give your order to

Peak chicken it’s literally the best I go here whenever I’m passing by their chicken is the best fried chicken ever and the fries are so good and the bread is amazing and of course the cane sauce I put it on everything it’s better than Chickfila sauce Fr. And the sweet tea is just so refreshing while eating that delicious chicken. I love canes also this is my own opinion on canes I’m not being forced to write this or anything like it’s just my favorite place ever 😁😁😁 I also just got the caniac combo while I was writing this to let everyone know how great it is

Food isn’t that good anymore, lemonade taste like water. You can’t even taste the lemony flavor. However I can tell the difference when I get food from broadway and the new raising canes on 31. That’s sad and I had my food brought to me… smh.. I told them to go to the one on 31.

The food is great but the chicken is not as tender and juicy as the other Raising Caines I have eaten at, the crust is harder and I like crispy and softer crust, the Tyler location has been too crispy and drier the last 3 times I have been. The Sweet tea is the best. The other locations chicken and crust is so tender that my grandmother can eat it without her dentures.😆

Nothing special at all. Good chicken but nothin special. Not at all worth $15 for 5 strips Cole slaw that is horrible and fries taste worst than McDonald's fries. I don't see the hype.

i said extra fries instead of coleslaw and they gave us both the coleslaw and the fries and charged us for both and then i said one extra cane sauce and they gave us two and charged us for two. honestly every time i come here, there are issues so i think i’m done now. i spent $33 instead of the usual $23 which is ridiculous considering if your employee had just listened, they would’ve done it right. the last time i came, i said sweet tea for both drinks and got unsweetened. such an easy simple fix if they’re employees were actually competent. no longer coming here any more.

Really perfect chicken strips. Crispy, hot, flavorful… Heads, up, though— they only include 1 sauce in the meal, and they charge .42 for an extra sauce! Bummer!

We had the best experience at this Raising Canes! Ordering boxed meals for 175 people can be a challenge, but this Raising Canes nailed it!! Jason was communicative and helpful during the pre-ordering process. Edger and the entire Tyler Raising Cane’s crew were incredibly organized and worked hard to get our order done correctly and in a timely manner! We will definitely use this restaurant again!

I cannot speak on the atmosphere or the service today because I did not pick up the food. My boyfriend did to surprise me, but I can say that the food was not great at all! Every piece of chicken was slimy and felt and tasted not done all the way sadly. The fries were also hard as a rock! Went to dip a fry in the ketchup, and it broke off in the ketchup with a snap 😳lol. We couldn’t do anything but laugh and shake their heads. The only good thing in there was the toast which sadly is never consistent either. Sometimes I go and it’s buttered and yummy on both sides and sometimes you go and it’s just on one side and plain on the other, never know. I gave up on this chicken meal a long time ago because it’s very inconsistent. I’ve had days when I get home and the chicken is perfectly cooked but they gave you only about 10 fries lol (exaggerating) but basically hardly any fries at all. Every blue moon the whole meal is great but more often it’s inconsistent and the chicken is not well done. It’s a roll of the dice. If he had asked me before he went to buy food, sadly I would’ve picked Slim chickens because I’ve never had a meal where the meat didn’t feel fully cooked or inconsistent. It’s pretty much always the same. If it’s not you better bet your bottom dollar they’re going to make it right if you call. I’ve definitely called in about these meals before and just gotta thanks for telling us. The inconsistencies makes me wonder if they really sweet guy that used to be there when it first opened is no longer there. Because it was definitely consistently good when he was. Things have definitely changed.

As always, the food was tasty. My boys love their strips & fries, but my son especially enjoys the Texas toast. The restaurant was pretty busy when we went. None of the empty tables had been cleaned. So it was a bit crummy and sticky. They were possibly short staffed - so I would have to go again to see if this is a regular issue, but overall it was a good experience and food was fresh.

This was my first time back to Cane’s in a while. The food was good as expected. What stood out was the great service I received today. After I had received my food I was waiting in line at the drink area to get ketchup while a couple of employees were changing the trash. The employee at the register noticed and asked if I was waiting for ketchup and handed me packets from under the counter instead of me having to wait longer in the line. This may not seem like much, but this employee had enough awareness to read the situation and cared enough to make sure a customer could get served faster. I usually don’t see that a lot at fast food restaurants. This occurred around lunch hours today so if any manager at this location sees this please let the employee know her service was much appreciated.

Inconsistent. When it's good it's great. But the meat quality is low. The one thing I can count on is at least one out of three of the pieces being more gristle than edible chicken. But if you get lucky and get all actual chicken tenders it's delicious.

  • 2/5 Brian R. 1 year ago on Google
Didn’t live up to the hype for me. The chicken was low in quality and stringy with gristle. On the positive side the service was friendly and quick and the fries were good. Maybe I owe them a second chance but it just didn’t meet meet my expectations.

Chicken was soso! Only one sauce at least offer an alternative sauce. Check out the small drink anywhere else this medium drink would be a small. In times of high prices and everyone is struggling a little more drink wouldn't hurt this company. Won't be going back.

The food itself is Excellent. Perfectly seasoned tenders, crispy outside fries that are still soft on the inside (which os a feat in itself considering they are not steak fries) the canes dipping sauce though just puts it over the top. I haven't yet figured out exactly what their secret is, but its magical. They had up National Lampoons Christmas Vacation promotional items as their Christmas items. the restaurant's always give me that home town 60's diner modernized, though.

Having just moved to texas I wanted to go to canes several times, but coworkers always talked me out of it and insisted on other aces. Today I finally got to go to canes, I figured since the line is so huge every day it must be good. Now I know what Gordan Ramsay is complaining about when something is bland. I have never tasted anything so bland and boring in my life. The breading is completely tasteless and the chicken doesn't even taste like chicken it just tastes like nothing. It's just plain bland. Luckily they give you a slice of unbuttered bread to add flavor to the chicken. The only flavor on the fries is VERY light amount of salt on them. Luckily they give you a single ketchup packet to use for your entire meal. Soda was fine though. I now know why everyone told me not to go there, it is just horribly bland.

Pretty typical experience. Busy during weekends from church and various events that seem to be the ideal demographic. Only once did the chicken need to be swapped because it tasted burnt. Usually pretty spot on with the order.

They do not offer a way to buy chicken for a reasonable price outside the meals. I do not like coleslaw and don't want to pay for something I won't eat, so I asked about ordering a 6 piece without the drink or sides and was told that the 6 individual pieces would be over twelve dollars. My choices are to either pay for something I don't want and throw it out or be charged extra for trying not to be wasteful.

Pretty good chicken. Last time I was in they had a sign that offered a "hero" discount. There were some firefighters ahead of me In Uniform, and they didn't give them the discount. Train the staff better! First responders in uniform shouldn't have to ask to get the discount you advertise.

This was my first visit, although I’ve heard about this restaurant for years. The sauce is amazing, as well as the toast. The fries and slaw were good. The chicken was your average chicken strips, nothing stood out there. The restaurant was clean and employees very friendly and helpful for a newbie. I’ll be back.

Appalled by our stop by here. Ladies at the window were literally talking about the complaint they had JUST recieved from the person in the drive thru before us. They didn't pay any mind to us at all and our order was wrong. They were too busy gossiping to realize we hadn't paid yet because no one was at the pay window and trying to hand us drinks that were not ours. Additionally the music they were playing outside was entirely too loud. Definitely not pleased.

This is by far the best chicken cause it's juicy, flavorful, and steaming hot everytime my husband and I visit here! The sauce I must say is my husband's favorite too. Thank you for the great and friendly employees and for their professionalism. Thanks again from the McQuigg family.
