Firehouse Subs, in general, are great subs. This location is no different; however, the staff is always friendly and the owner is a good guy. I go here often, and would highly recommend.

This place has really gone down hill in just the last 4-5 months. I went in to get a Medium Italian and I was greated by a nice girl stocking some items but that was the best part , the experience goes way down hill from there. I had asked the front register ladie for a Medium Italian sandwhich and a medium drink she proceeds to give me the look of death and asks if I want the chips and I said know you can leave those off she then sighs and gives me another horrible look so for the sake of defusing the situation I said or I could have chips that is fine and then she said thats up to you so again I say I will take just the sandwhich with no chips. She then says ok so you dont want chips? do you want the drink I said yes a medium drink and sandwhich she then sighs again at me as if this job is the most miserable thing she has ever had to do and I am just a pest. She proceeds and says thats 12 dollars and change , I pay then wait for the sandwhich. I get the sandwhich to go and take it to my office and finally open the bag and take a bite and I am not picky eater but this did not taste anything like it was supposed to , there was a funky sour and sweetness to it and it tasted like burnt hair so I threw it away. I will not be coming back to this place.

Will not go back to this location. Walked in at approximately 8:20 pm. As we were walking up they were locking the doors. They said we could come in but locked the doors behind us. I asked what time they closed, they said 9. We were the only people in the restaurant. I ordered the pizza meatball sub, but they were out of meatballs. I ordered the Italian, she said she would put it on garlic bread. NOPE, no garlic bread. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one Italian and second hook and ladder. Since we felt rushed, I told the lady no mayo and wanted ranch on the side. I didn't realize it came with mustard as well, so she asked midway threw making the sandwich if I wanted mustard. I said no, just ranch on the side. Got the order, left, drove home and realized there was NO RANCH!!!! This is ridiculous. You lock the doors before closing and couldn't get 1 order right.

Used to be a great place. Got here at 7:45 and tried to call or order online so they wouldn’t have to rush because they close at 8. When I got here, at 7:45 the lady had the door locked and was not letting customers in. Just letting customers out. Traveled across town for our biweekly trip here but probably will not be back at this location.

First time here, cant believe I used to think subway was good. Will choose this over any other sandwich places going forward. Got a medium "hero" sandwich, and felt like one throughout the meal. Great chain, plus they donate a portion of their profits to actual servicemen/women. Cant beat it!

Firehouse Subs is one of my favorite places to eat. Their subs are very good and very moist. I don't know what their secret is in serving such a moist sandwich. I want to encourage everyone to try Firehouse Subs sandwiches.

The cheese steak was good but more peppers and onions would have made this more enjoyable. Way better than subway.

Meat could have been distributed on the sandwich better. I had both ends just bread Tasted fine. Service was okay. I never notice the other part of the menu until I've already ordered so I keep being disappointed about that.

Service was good, food was good. The sandwich size display is far from accurate. Ordered a large sandwich, was much smaller than advertised. Overall good experience though.

They need to change their hours. Online states that it closes at 8pm. I tried going today, about 20 mins before closing time, and they were not letting people in the door. I know I was pushing it going close to closing time but tried to call to place an order approx 40 mins prior to make it more convenient. Of course, no answer. Just the employees standing and looking out the door at customers trying to enter the store. Ridiculous.

Once again Firehouse has been terrible. I went to lunch a few weeks ago and everything tasted old like it had been sitting out all day. I know places will have off days and my kids love firehouse so we decided to give it another try. Spent $78 for 4 sandwiches with two small sides of soup and each sandwich was horrible. Received two meatball subs that both were soggy and not toasted even after asking for them to be toasted beforehand just to make sure they don't get soggy. A smoky beef and cheddar sub without any sauce. A turkey bacon ranch sub with the bacon having goopy clumps of grease all over it and no ranch on the sub. The sides of potato soup were the only things that were ok. Definitely not worth the price

Every time I eat here it’s over hour wait for a sandwich.. I actively avoid it with coworkers during lunch because it takes way to much time. always short staffed.

The food is great but it is expensive. Took a while to receive my take-out order but not unreasonable. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is because I think it should be a little cheaper for what I received.

We asked for a bowl of chili and a Mac and cheese. Also, 2 Italian subs, one normal and the other one with NO vegetables and Italian sauce and seasonings only. We got our subs but no sides. Then they said we ordered a cup of chili and Mac and cheese. We told them we ordered a bowl and the girl said that we paid for a cup, again their fault. When when we got home I found out that my sub had no vegetables which is how I asked for it but they put deli mustard and mayo on it which I hate. Never did I hear any apologies, just rude behavior. Terrible experience. First time at this location and probably the last time.

I see why Burger King owns Fire house subs. Service was terrible. Not one smile. My wife added a cup of Mac and Cheese and I ordered an add on of a bowl of chili along with our sandwiches. They ca)ed our name and I asked where the additional items were. One young lady said "you didn't order any additional. Another girl said she should look at the order again, oh now I see it a cup of Mac and cheese and a cup of chili, I corrected her and said it is a bowl of chili. She snottely said "Well you didn't pay for a bowl". I told her that is not my concern, I ordered it correctly. The one who took my order said she will give us the bowl as ordered. It is so sad, Fire House was one of my favorite places. Cheerful greetings, quality service and food. Now, it is below Burger King.

Do not go here. It is too expensive for a sandwich and it does not taste good. The atmosphere is boring and service is subpar. The last couple of times I went no one was happy eating with smiles. Forget this place.

The sandwiches are great! Its too bad that their desolate circus of a clickbait website wants you to provide the most personal of information. I literally had an easier time buying a firearm. That is sad. "sign up!?..... Now give me your social security number and the broodwich will be yours! Muwahahahahahah!"

Can't order on line won't accept on line order so I drive there to be told after standing 10 min in line the order would take 25 to 30 min. The Manger of this establishment needs to find new position. I used to go there every week never again

Thr sandwiches are really good compare other sandwiches places I been to. However, pice is a bit high as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDER TO GO OR DELIVERY!!!!!! The sandwiches are warm and often still wet. Once you home or receive it, it's cold and soggy.

Brought my husband by for a sandwich and he liked it also. We will be back.

My sandwich was soggy because the girl making it was more interested in her dance moves than making sure my sandwich was made correctly. She spilled steaming water on my bread and just left it that way.

Firehouse subs are always exceptional! Plenty of meat! Hot and tasty! The staff is friendly! And they donate to support first responders!

I was very impressed! The service was great! The food was delicious and a great selection. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go back.

Man, love that steak and cheese with Chipotle mayo. Great quality ingredients, made with pride. Always good, always ready on time for pickup via online order. Don't think I'm ever walk into a Subway again.
