So. I used to work at this establishment. (I'm keeping myself anonymous for obvious reasons.) I starting working here and I was fired not 2 months in. Could I have been a better worker? Of course I could have. But I knew for a fact that I did more to actually help the customers have a good experience than the managers. The head manager, Tara, loves to hire you on the spot but will then threaten your job if she is mad. Sometimes even fire you for petty things. The food situation is far worse. Don't ever get tuna or guacamole from there ever again. It is gross and new stuff sometimes gets put on top of new stuff. We also had a rat problem for some time and cocoroachs. I would not eat here ever again. Not after how they treated me and the customers we were serving.

Nowhere in store or on either coupon does it say anything about “one coupon per order” when I tried to break the order into 2 since there was 3 people in my group they said no. I couldn’t share my second coupon with someone else even if we paid separately. Was told they didn’t have a complaint number or corporate number. Only the store number. Then my Meatball Hero came out like this. Not even hot. Photos to compare. Superior sandwiches, more like superior lies and disappointment.

This place is a disappointment. The food is good, but having only two employees during dinner hours isn’t working. Unless you’re willing to wait an hour for a sandwich, I’d probably go somewhere else.

The food is great, the service is awesome. The prices are incredibly high. 2 kids meals, 1 adult meal 3 regular drinks.... $38

We tried the Cumberland location so were new to their system. The women working there were very helpful to walk us through. The shakes are real ice cream shakes. We ordered reuben sandwiches for take away. We got regular size, which was very generous. The meat was excellent and a good amount. We will be back again.

i went to which wich for the first time and went to the counter to order because i didn’t know to get the bag since it was my first time. The guy just looked at me and i told him i was trying to order and he was like “um you get the bag over there.” The staff aren’t engaging at all and could’ve been nicer. Not to mention i waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and they were out of fries. I went back a second time a few weeks later and still no fries.

Came here for the first time after a friend told me about how good their sandwiches were. Only two staff members working at the time with no traffic. Didn't receive much help from staff on how to place my order or asking me if I needed assistance. They were not very engaging. No suggestions for additional options (add-ons) for placing my order to enhance my experience. Ordered two meals with drinks and carrot cake desserts (which were good by the way.) My husband and I enjoyed the sandwiches and fries. I would've given the review four stars if the staff was a bit more helpful. Please Note: One of the staff might have been in training but not sure. The food here is good. Will give it another shot to see if my experience could be better in the future. Great customer service makes a world of a difference with so many other similar competing open businesses.

Best sandwiches in Tyler. The service here is fast and friendly and the sandwiches are delicious.

What's a girl gotta do to get an Ultimate blt without lettuce and tomato, I got a bag just like you're supposed to with a sharpie crossed out tomato and lettuce and when I get home? Soggy awful lettuce and tomato which I can't eat because it hurts my stomach. (I asked for vinager and oil at the register and they didn't add that to any level I could taste) so basically a sandwich an over 10$ sandwich that I could not eat. Thanks which Wich! Superior sandwiches? I think not. 🤢 Yey expensive completely inedible food 💕 calling tomorrow to see if they will rectify the situation

Got my Child a PBJ and its on The sandwich bread used for the Big sandwiches which CAUSED A HUGE MESS! It was also heated which caused an even bigger mess! Then we opened our sandwich and order wheat we got half the sandwich with wheat and white! This is not OK!

The ordering process was fun. Pick up an order slip, check off what you want and hand to them. No looking over the counter and yelling no onions and extra tomatoes like subway. The bread is excellent

My first visit to a Which Wich and I was so impressed with the girl working the drive thru right before close. She was so helpful, told us since we were new she would go over some of the things they offer. I had no idea this place had so many other things, not just sandwiches. We ended up adding gelato to our order since she explained what it was, it was so great to see someone take so much time with people in a drive thru line that had never been there before and to do it 10 minutes before they closed. My husband and I were highly impressed. We need more workers like her, who simply take the time!!!

The goateed gentleman who took my order was the in the top 3 most friendly and genuinely positive people I have ever met in my entire life. The feeling it gave me was like i was a young boy and my cool older brother had just made me a sandwich out of the kindness of his heart because the neighborhood bully stole my bike. My cool older brother made me this sandwich and gave me a kind pep talk then went on to physically assault my bully to protect me and establish our brotherly dominance in the neighborhood. I texted my wife while waiting for our food saying I aspire to be more like that as a person and believe he would be a better role model for my baby daughter then anyone in her family.

We used to really enjoy this place but it’s gone downhill substantially. They’ve drastically reduced their menu and got rid of everything that used to be good about them. They no longer serve fries, wraps or milkshakes. So all you can get is a submarine sandwich with chips or a cookie. They’re ridiculously expensive for the food you get. It’s a more expensive, cheaper quality subway. Not just that but the restaurant was filthy and the soda fountain drinks were still luke warm after the ice had belted. We won’t be going back here.

Always a good choice for a quick sandwich. The staff are nice and they are quick. Wait times are usually low.

First time ate here. When I came in, I just went to the counter and ordered a BBQ pork sandwich. Girl smiled and called another girl to switch (I think she said this one's yours). Perplexed, I tried to order the same thing. New girl explained that I had to write what I wanted on the bag. I finally looked up and read what she was pointing at. When I finally figured out how to order, I ordered a pork BBQ sandwich meal, cost me $14.07 with taxes. Meal was made in 7 minutes. It wasn't bad but wasn't that great as well. There was heavy pepper on the fries, which I liked, but don't think would fly with others. The sandwich was ok but perhaps my lack of sandwich expertise on ingredients was the main culprit (remember you I had to write what I wanted on my sandwich). There was 3 on staff but the ty able were not wiped, baby chairs were not put back and the floors not swept. And I was the only one eating at the time.

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich. Had it delivered via Uber eats. Sandwich got here and it was not exactly what I ordered. The receipt was correct on what i ordered, but it was just meat and sauce. Cheese was missing, coleslaw was missing. Receipt was correct sandwich a bust. The pork was chewy and had a different taste I can not explain. Probably won't order out for delivery again. If I do choose to eat there again. I'll actually go in and eat
