I love this Taco Bell at lunch. Fast service, everyone is nice, my order is nearly always perfect. No problems. Breakfast, though. Y'all. I get that you're open late and it costs more to open early, but drive through breakfast not opening until 8 AM seems like a missed opportunity. But I'm an optimist, and today I decided to try anyway. I arrived at about 8:07, seemed reasonable they'd be open. And I sat in the drive through line, at the speaker, with cars lining up behind me, for at least five minutes. Pretty sure they did get an order out ahead of me, but either the speaker is broken or there's a staff crisis or ... I dunno. No idea. I would have spent an easy $20 but there was literally nobody there to take my order and the lobby doesn't open until 10 AM. This is not a great look and it's a shame because you're my go-to for a quick lunch that everyone usually enjoys. I was hoping to make y'all a breakfast stop, too.

Bean burrito plus ground beef was made so poorly that the beans, beef, and sauce was coming out of both ends of the tortilla then it was wrapped and these ingredients were all over the wrapper. This mess should not have been served to the customer. It should have been remade!

The only Taco Bell I ever been to that actually makes all your food correctly AND includes all items. I know that's like the bare minimum but coming from the Athens Taco Bell, this one is a Saint. I always customize my food and they get it right every time. I send a little kiss on the forehead to every employee workin back there, yall goats. That drive thru is the devil though, feels small and also at an incline.

Almost everytime i try to go to this tacobell i’m ignored at the screen even though they’re open and i can see people inside and i just want to state i’m not coming in right before close this is happening 2-3 hours before they close. When someone does happen answer u at the screen you’re told they’re out of every meat, or if you somehow manage to get your food it’s always messed up or things are missing. do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance and go somewhere else.

I'm not sure it's going to matter how many years I wait between visits to this particular taco bell, it's always trash. The gentleman at the speaker/window was very nice and prompt. My taco on the other hand was not, the meat was so greasy that by the time I made it DIRECTLY across the street to the @Home store, the meat had already soaked and fallen through the crunchy taco shell.

Ordered 4 grilled cheese burritos and 8 soft tacos. When I got home I received 2 grilled cheese burritos. This is not the first time this has happened. This store is constantly sending out cold food, wrong orders, or not enough food for what you ordered. The quality is also lacking even for a fast food joint.

Usually a great fast food chain, but this particular location has a reputation for being terrible during breakfast. I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes in silence until I cancelled my online order and went elsewhere. This was at 8AM, but I've been at 10AM and they were very fast then

The food was good. I had a combo meal consisting of a crunchwrap, a crunchy taco and a large drink. The crunchwrap consists of a huge tortilla with lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, melted cheese and the tortilla wraps all of those ingredients kinda like in the shape of an openface envelope. My drink was pink lemonade with some extra water. I added some mild taco sauce to my food to make it extra scrumptious.
