I had an appointment with Emma and as soon as I sat down all I heard was negativity on my hair and what she could not and would not do. I was racially profiled because I am light skinned I assume and am half white half European. She supposedly got an opinion as was told that they could not bleach my new growth. I left the salon feeling humiliated and called got an appointment immediately at a very well known reputable salon and was told they were very wrong and I was misinformed. I even dropped by another reputable salon after just to ask and was told the exact same thing that the girl at JCPenny was very wrong. So sad that they lost a new customer for not doing their job like they should and not representing the company in a professional manner. I will be contacting corporate!

I am very disappointed today, I did color my hair and highlights. I show them I before they color my hair which one I one ☝️. They totally make different color I hate this. I payed $145 to do this. It is just waste. Dora was the lady who did my color theater please don’t try with her at all. I told her this look different than what I want. She stated that “why you need red hair”? I was like because I want it. Just waste my money. Is this hair is red? I hate this place now just robbed me sucks.

I was a walk-in and waited shortly to see the stylist that was recommended to me. I was treated with courtesy and professional service. The stylist, Tina, was awesome . She cut my hair exactly like the picture that I had and gave me tips on how to style it myself. The salon was nice and clean. I'll definitely be back!

I wouldn't trust them to cut hair... what attitude problems and for no reason. I don't understand how people can be that rude.

My hair was chemically burned in December. I've been in there personally 3 times to resolve this; salon mgr just argues. It's damaged so bad that no other salon wants to touch it. I had 4-5 inches cut off, it was almost to my butt. Haircut did not resolve the damage. Olaplex has been used weekly, and nothing has changed. My hair is ruined.

I went in for a haircut and I was unsure of what I wanted but my stylist, Stacy, was amazing! She helped me figure out what would fit best and it ended up looking amazing. I will definitely be going back.

I got a men’s haircut with Stacy Bui and she did very well. She did a really good fade and textured my hair. will be going back to her.
