I
lived
at
Cumberland
Place
for
over
three
years.
When
I
moved
in
the
facilities
were
in
better
shape
and
management
was
much
quicker
to
respond
and
more
on
top
of
their
side
of
things.
The
pools
are
good
when
they
are
maintained
properly
(their
turn
around
time
with
pool
repairs
wasn’t
always
the
quickest)
and
the
gyms
are
pretty
solid
as
well.
Apartment
size
is
big,
price
is
fairly
reasonable
and
location
in
Tyler
is
good!
My
frustrations
with
Cumberland
came
around
the
last
half
of
my
time
living
there.
The
management
switched
over
and
while
they
are
still
friendly,
when
you
can
get
time
with
them,
my
roommates
noticed
that
the
facilities,
response
time
and
their
availability
to
help
tenants
seemed
to
taper
off.
We
would
call
the
office,
leave
a
message
and
most
of
the
time
not
hear
anything
for
days
or
get
a
call
center
with
people
who
aren’t
on
property.
For
a
good
period
of
time
they
didn’t
have
any
maintenance
people
hired
and
when
they
did
it
often
took
weeks
for
them
to
come
by
to
get
things
looked
at.
Cumberland
is
also
supposed
to
be
a
gated
community
but
the
majority
time
the
gates
were
broken
and
were
left
wide
open.
The
office
staff
would
also
communicate
different
things
to
us
as
tenants
-
we
would
hear
one
thing
from
management
and
then
when
we
would
call
to
follow
up
someone
else
would
tell
us
that’s
not
how
things
work.
We
also
did
have
a
similar
ant
problem
that
other
reviews
did
mention.
It
of
course
was
a
huge
frustration
and
one
of
the
big
reasons
we
moved
out.
Cumberland
Place
wasn’t
the
worst
place
to
live
but
just
thought
these
things
were
worth
noting
to
those
who
were
thinking
about
living
there.
I
would
say
though
in
my
experience
it
was
definitely
better
to
live
in
years
ago
then
currently.
